Did a lot of reading beforehand looking for a nice property to continue our week in Hilton Head (moved over from the Disney resort mid-week). Our experience @ St. Andrews Commons in Mr. Jim's condo was outstanding. The unit was very clean. Loved all of the interior lighting choices. Cooling system was great. The internet was excellent for my wife being able to do zoom calls for work.
From picking up the 2 parking passes and utilizing the code for the door entry, it was a seamless operation. The condo fit our needs perfectly. Loved the family room with the ample seating. The wrap around porch was very nice. Kitchen was equipped nicely. Loved being on the second floor for the quietness. The pool area was lovely.
I cannot stress enough how responsive Mr. Jim was to our questions when we were arriving at our condo decision and following up with us when we made our final preparations.
You will not be disappointed if you choose this property.

We loved our stay in this condo. The location was beautiful and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, bikes, and boogie boards were all put to good use! Thanks for a nice stay!

Great location for price! Floors were dirty, perhaps an extra mop would’ve made it better but hey it’s the beach. We love palmetto dunes and the st andrews area—we have been several times and will be back again!

My husband, adult son, and myself stayed at 1977 St Andrews Commons and had a great time. Lovely, clean and well kept home in a beautifully landscaped community. Owners were very responsive and quick to answer all our questions. Would definitely recommend and will book again.

I have stayed in St. Andrews more than a dozen times. This is by far the best unit I have experienced. Everything in the description was correct. Kitchen and bedrooms were well stocked. Most of all, everything worked as stated. I can't go with a rating above 5 stars but I would if i could. I am already looking for another date on the calendar to stay again!!!!

The Villa was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful with one minor issue that we had.
The furnishings were up-to-date and comfortable. The wrap-around porch/deck was comfortable and had a nice view of a pond and the golf course. It was within a very short walking distance to the pool.
The owners Jim and Ellen gave us a great list of items that would assist us during our stay.
We would certainly recommend this Villa.

This was our third visit to Jim's wonderful and quiet villa. Thoroughly enjoy our stays here as the villa is very well maintained, convenient to everything, and most importantly, Jim is an excellent host. He takes pride in his property, is very responsive to any questions or concerns and even remembered our entry code from years past. We look forward to visiting again.

Very well maintained condo less than 1 mile from beach in quiet neighborhood. Everything in condo unit was well maintained and the owner provided excellent instructions. Although we never had to call them, it was easily understood on how to reach the owner if needed. We would definitely stay here again!

As advertised, everything you need is in the property with the added bonus of bikes being provided for two adults. A few little beach toys also for small children also came in handy. Good location and perfect getaway for a family.

We had a fab stay, the apartment was really clean and Jim was a great host who communicated everything really clearly. The location is close to restaurants, shops and a short bike to the beach.

Older property but well maintained, good upgrades, exceptionally equipped and excellent value. Great location for biking maybe a little less so for lots of time at beach. Offered a shuttle for beach trips but didn’t use since we were visiting family group with rental beach house in palmetto dunes. If family comes back to palmetto dunes next year, we will rent same villa if available.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying in Jim's condo and it did not disappoint. Jim remembered our old door code and had it set for us when we arrived which was a nice touch. We are already looking at the calendar for next years trip

Wow …. this villa has absolutely everything a person needs to relax and take in the sights.
The kitchen is very well equipped (lots of ice trays - always appreciated).
We took advantage of the two bikes that the owner provided (we rented two additional ones). An easy way to get around the area. Great tennis and pickleball facilities within the community. Nice pool close to the villa. Terrific walking and bike paths between the community and shelter cove (a fun area with plenty of grocery stores, shopping and restaurants). So much to see and do …. and a wonderful place to come back to at the end of the day.
The owner leaves a very informative package of information for renters and responds quickly to enquires.

The decor is pleasant, bed and sofa were very comfy after our rounds of golf each day, location is great! Everything we needed was on hand. Check-in issues wasn't the fault of the owner and he helped us through it. Needs a deep clean though.

This was the second time we stayed at this wonderful villa as we vacationed here last year during the same week of September. I can only echo my previous positive comments regarding this property and the owner, Jim, in particular. The location in Palmetto Dunes is perfect; it’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, the beach and bicycle riding paths. The villa itself is very spacious, well furnished, clean, well maintained and very quiet – very conducive to a relaxing vacation. Jim is a very proactive and responsive owner/host who takes a great deal of pride in his property. Similar to last year, Jim’s communication with us throughout the rental process was exceptional. We look forward to returning to Hilton Head Island and will definitely rent this villa from Jim again and highly recommend this property.

We were very pleased with our stay at this villa! It was very spacious, great lighting with the sky lights, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and great location. We could walk to the beach in 20 minutes, pool close by, and a short drive to restaurants. The owners were immediately responsive to any questions that we had. We recommend this place to a family looking for a getaway! We look forward to staying here again!

This is an excellent Villa and is exactly as advertised and previously reviewed by others. Jim is a very responsive and gracious host. The unit itself is very well equipped and bright and airy. We spent much time (when not walking, biking, and swimming ) on the beautiful wrap-around deck. We will be back!

Lovely villa in a great location, close to the beach, shopping, and bike trails. Comfortable seating for all of us in the living area, with the reading nook being our boys favorite spot. The pool was excellent, and the grounds were beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer!
