My spouse and I had the third floor ensuite and we let our adult children, one boyfriend and another adult sort out their beds. The sofa bed was deemed very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (just be aware that there are no staples like salt, pepper, sugar in the age of Covid) and we very much enjoyed the outdoor seating. It's adjacent to the pool and other patios so I can imagine it might be noisy in the middle of summer but perfect end of March. On the map the beach is across the street, but in the way of Hilton Head it is an easy half mile walk and very beautiful. Don't miss Kenny B's for Beignets a short walk away. Communication with the management company was easy and uncomplicated.

This townhouse is close to the action of Calligny Park, but also in a quiet area. Would stay again.

Condo was very nice, close to beach and restaurants/shops at Coligny beach Very nicely updated with 3rd floor master, would def stay again

Very comfortable for my family. We walked to the beach and Coligny plaza. Never tried out the pool because it was a bit cool.

Just an issue of poor cleaning. The master bedroom in particular had a musty smell that would not go away and carpet over very uneven floors you could feel. There were holes in some walls and blinds that wouldn’t work. Again just an overall feeling of disrepair and not properly maintained.

The property was great! Very clean. Great size for the five of us and an awesome location!

Overall this was a great place - well located and nice three bedrooms. Big problem: second floor shower/bath didn't work. (Undoubtedly fixed by now, but a problem to discover on the evening of a wedding when five of us had to use one shower.) This is also not a place to stay if you're a cook. Otherwise - great value.

The location of this property is great. The location is perfect - short walk to beach, short walk or bike ride to shops, and away from the crowds. The property was nicely updated, and we liked that parking was just outside the front door which was very convenient for bringing in luggage and groceries.

Our family really enjoyed the place. It was very clean and everything worked very nicely.

Everything was great with the exception of the master bedroom on the third floor. Did not realize that from the description but may have missed it. House was great

It is also walking distance to Coligny Circle. The perfect location! The living room, kitchen and bathrooms have been updated in this airy 3 bedroom condo. It is perfect for one or two families. The kitchen is adequately equipped but could use some additional serving pieces (bowls, large plates). Very comfortable stay.

I traveled with my young sons over New Years and we had a wonderful stay in this unit. It’s not a bad walk to the beach and we found a great park that is also close by and a very short walk. The unit was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. I cooked some and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The only thing that could make this unit better would be a refresh/update of the bedding in the master and queen rooms. Otherwise the condo was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to stay again.

Great location, nice layout. But the property could use to be updated - the paint, carpet, and furniture was pretty worn.
