Posizione ottima vicino alla fermata della metro quindi facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione (noi siamo arrivati da Pechino con il treno veloce); struttura accogliente con tutti i comfort; possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente della lavatrice e asciugatrice (il che è ottimo considerando il forte caldo ad agosto). Colazione buona, prevalenza di pietanze del posto tipiche cinesi.
La vicinanza ad una discoteca ha reso il soggiorno non molto riposante in quanto la sera era molto difficile riuscire a risposare a causa della forte musica fino alle 4:30-5 del mattino; la musica, per quanto ovattata, era comunque udibile dalla camera. (Abbiamo soggiornato di sabato e domenica sera forse solo nel week end è frequente questo tipo di situazione).

Locatie vlakbij Bell tower en metro. Ook goed te bereiken vanaf Xi’an North high speed railway (rechtstreekse metro is sneller en handiger dan taxi, veel file in het centrum).
Sinds kort (voorjaar 2024???) is er schuin onder het hotel een enorme nieuwe nachtclub geopend. Wij zagen vlak voor aankomst andere reviews over geluidsoverlast. Konden niet meer kosteloos annuleren tegen die tijd, dus toch maar gewoon gegaan en gevraagd of we een kamer op zo hoog mogelijke verdieping konden krijgen. We hadden daardoor 1 kamer op de 6e verdieping, hier hoorde/voelde je de muziekdreun wel, maar konden we doorheen slapen. Onze 3 dochters hadden een familiekamer op de 2e verdieping (geen andere beschikbaar) en hadden enorme overlast en dus 3 nachten slecht geslapen. Het hotel kan hier niets aan doen, kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd (je hoort niets van buiten), maar hier helpt niks tegen (ook geen oordopjes, dreunt overal doorheen van 11 pm-4am) Dit gaat ze heel veel klanten kosten terwijl verder alles top was qua verblijf en ontbijt.

Hele goede locatie. Naast drum en bell tower, muslim quarter en andere winkelcentrums. Kamer was schoon en netjes. Een iemand sprak engels dus dat was ook prettig. Verder helpen ze je met alles en waren er faciliteiten beschikbaar.
In de avonduren voel je de bass doordreunen. Het is niet heel storend maar voordat je in slaap valt hoor je het wel. Voor hele lichte slapers niet aan te raden.

Hotel situato al centro di Xi'An. Dall' hotel all' esercito di Terracotta fai quasi 2 ore con la metro+bus. Hotel molto pulito e abbiamo avuta una stanza molto grande con due letti matrimoniali. Dalla stazione Nort Xi'An si arriva con la metro direttamente.

The hotel is very well located and is walking distance to most places of interests. DIY laundry service provided. Adequate Asian/Western buffet breakfast. The room is reasonably big and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent location to get to know the city, walking distance to the city wall, drum and bell towers, muslin quarter etc. There's also a metro station nearby to take you everywhere else. The staff was also really helpful answering my questions about getting around, but it would have been a challenge if a didn't know some chinese.
I saw a lot of reviews mentioning a noisy bar nearby, but the staff promptly explained that they were moving me to a higher floor to get away from the noise.
I honestly didn't encounter any problems. It's not a five starts hotel but it's excellent for the price and location.

Great location! Very close to the bell tower. Also very convenient to be able to use the washing machines and professional dryers free of charge,.
The hotel is above a disco, on the lower floors you can sometimes hear the music. So if you want to go to bed very early, and/ or sleep very light, this might not be the best choice for you.

The location of the hotel was perfect, in the center of Xi'an and close to the bell and drum tower.
The room itself was simple but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good as well.

The staff went above and beyond to answer our questions and communicate with us. They provided very helpful info on getting to Terracota army and touristic spots and had a travel agency inside. Great location, close to metro and Xi’an city wall entrance. The room was clean and comfortable, and we greatly appreciated the early check in. Great value and location, highly recommend.

Great room for a short stay. The room was small but comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. It was in a prime location right next to the Bell Tower. They also offer tours cheaper than rates found online.

Service and assistance are excellent. Able to get lots of good advices from Sunny (hotel GM.) via WeChat. Beds & pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast line has good variety of foods; both western and chinese style. Location is great near the Bell Tower, near the downtown airport bus stop, and also near the Metro and bus stop; it is easy to get around many sight-seeing spots in the city. Left-turn from in front of the hotel leads to the small alley around 6pm to discover a surprisingly great variety of local food stalls.
Generally it is quiet at night and no sound of traffic penetrating into the room. Though for the sensitive ears, there's slight low-pitched sound from the very far outside the hotel at bedtime but not a problem at all for my friends and I; we slept very well throughout the night after sight-seeing long walks.
The weather and the sunlight were too warm on the last 2 days of my stay, of course outside the hotel's control.

The location is central in Xi'an city. It's very accessible by taxi as well as subway, even the nearby attractions such as Bell, Drum Towers, the City Walls and Muslim Quarters are all within walking distance. The laundry facilities are provided free of charge and were really helpful especially during the rainy season.
The hotel main entrance is located in a narrow lane that has a dead-end which is very difficult for cars to get in, reverse and get out. As such, if you take a taxi, the driver will have no choice but to drop you along the busy bus lanes which can be especially inconvenient and hazardous for guests who are senior or disabled.

De locatie was erg centraal, maar het hotel lag helaas naast een disco die tot diep in de nacht hoorbaar was. De kamers waren ook te warm en de airconditioning deed het niet.

- Excelente ubicación, se puede ir andando al bell tower y a la puerta sur de la muralla
- Personal amable aunque sí es cierto que hay mucha barrera idiomática
- Habitación con camas cómodas, había ruido de fondo por la discoteca que hay al lado pero te regalan tapones de oido que me dejaron descansar, el resto de mi familia durmieron bien sin tapones.
- Lavandería gratuita, primer hotel que veo que tiene este servicio y nos vino genial
- Desayuno buffet oriental bastante variado y bueno incluido
- Late check out a las 2 pm con solo hacerte miembro IHG que también es gratuito
- Wifi muy lento, en muchas ocasiones no nos iba y hablamos con una chica en el lobby pero la única solucion que nos daba era desconectarnos y conectarnos devuelta 🤷♀️

Good size room with functioning windows and the air purifier was handy. Good location. Staff did not speak much English but they were very accommodating and helpful! The breakfast was small but something for everyone! The free laundry room was a huge bonus! Not something you see every day.
The hotel smelt faintly of cigarettes through all the corridors and even our "no smoking" room. When we arrived, we opened the windows, turned on the air purifier and found a plug-in room scent in the cupboard which we quickly plugged in - this all helped the smell. We were also very very hot, despite the outside cold Winter weather, and couldn't get the room thermostat to turn down - every time we put it on cool, the temperature in the room would get hotter. We had to keep the window open at all times to keep the room as cool as possible as it was too hot otherwise.

Hotel was conveniently located near Bell Tower metro station. Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, Ming Ancient Walls are all within walking distance. Breakfast was great with good variety and daily changes made; certainly exceeded our expectations for the price we paid for the stay. Room was clean and comfortable if not for the lack of A/C and loud thumping sound.
Hotel room A/C for winter was preset to heater mode. Hotel was unable to vary the setting. It was uncomfortably warm and we had to open a small window for ventilation. There was loud thumping sound which came on every night during our 4 nights stay there from outside of the hotel.
