Tout était parfait, les chambres en dortoir sont impeccables, la salle de bain est à l'intérieur de la chambre, le petit déjeuner est très bien et les personnes adorables. Bonus : ils ont une machine à laver et sèche linge disponible gratuitement ! Et l'hôtel est très bien situé à 5 minutes a pied d'un métro.

Rien c'était vraiment parfait. Ah juste une chose : si vous leur demandez comment se rendre à l'armée de terre cuite de xi'an ils vont vous envoyer au plus simple vers un tour bus qui part juste à côté. Donc pensez a leur préciser "subway" si vous voulez les indications pour les transports publics.

I think this was the best hostel with share rooms i have been to. I was amazed with the details, the shampoo, body shower of high quality... The staff was very helpful, it was a pleasure to stay there. I had to cancel one day because of a change in my itinerary and they did that without making me pay the fee.

Rooms and amenities are really nice. And the staff is also really helpful and nice. It is a great place for someone who works remotely, there were a lot of good spaces you could work from in the hostel.

it is extremely clean and quiet. The neighbourhood is filled with simple eatery and easy access to subway system and bus routes.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! We stayed in a dorm and although it was small, was a incredibly well thought out! Super clean with a storage locker, totally private bed spaces with a heated toilet seat to name just a few things! The staff were also absolutely wonderful. We came to Xi’an for Chinese New Year and came back late most nights, but the staff always made sure we had somebody to message to get incase the door was locked. Super great location as well!

Very friendly and easy-going staff, they gave me a free upgrade and provided a lot of guidance on there to go and what to see, the location is gorgeous, just 500 meters away from the Bell tower which is very center of the city

The hotel is freshly renovated and all looks beautiful. The bedroom was small but just enough for one person. All bed sheets and towels were new and soft. The location is very convenient, a walking distance from the subway, from the Muslim Quartier, from the Bell tower and many lovely small local restaurants around.

The noise can travel quiet easily through the all and you can hear the other guests walking, talking, and just being noisy

Good location, Metro station is near. Shopping centers and restaurants are ver near. Liked chinese style rooms. Staff was very polite and helped out with many things like health code. Good choice for muslims. Muslim street with different halal food is 10-15 min walk.

cozy environment, cultural interior, neat and clean in every corner. Friendly staff. heat in the room and even bathroom. I would say cheap price instead of just reasonable for this high quality service and definitely high recommended for foreigners and those who want to experience a special stay.

Everything here was over-the-top excellent. The decor was strikingly beautiful. The staff were super helpful. The beds and rooms were lovely. Breakfast was great. Sorry to be so superlative. I LOVED it.

Excellent location, although difficult to find at first! Staff were lovely! There is a bar downstairs, where people hung out at night. There is also a pool table. I met quite a few interesting people! On the 4th floor there is a outdoor Terrence where you can sit, eat, study ect! You can rent a towel for ¥5!

The bathroom has spiders and insects in. The house keeping didn't change the bin! No breakfast😭 The room got quite cold at night, there needs to be a blanket or something available! Only foreigner there due to Covid 19, no one is traveling:(

Functional dorm of six with ensuite bathroom. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Quiet location, and yet a mere ten-minute walk from the muslim neighbourhood or the bar street near the South Gate (Defu xiang). Also close to Zhonglou (Bell Tower) metro station. Did not have breakfast there, as there were plenty of delicious (Chinese) options in the adjacent streets (baozi, noodles, roujiamo, jianbing, ...) English-speaking staff

Business seemed very slow when I stayed here, so I don't think any of their usual tours (to the Terracotta Army, Jingdi mausoleum and so on) were running...

First of all, the hostel and its staffs were amazing! China in itself for less experienced travellers can be hard to navigate around so when I needed help the most, the staffs really chipped in to help me plan a route to get to my desired destinations even if it took about 30 mins or even more. Their English was also good so you are unlikely to have any miscommunication. Take the tours! There is the terracotta army tour that you are very likely to be interested in Xi'an so I suggest if you really want to go there, I would suggest the hostel tour above others so you can make friends and plan more visits with them even. The tour/tour guide was very knowledgeable, interactive, funny and amazing. Breakfasts were great too. It was well cooked. The hostel is close to most of the interesting sites you want to see in Xi'an city so it is a very good location to be in. Although, if you are coming to the hostel at night, it might seem scary walking down to the hostel road but I can assure you (having walked to the hostel late on my stay) the area is pretty safe and it's not really far from the main road so despite looking like it is dodgy, it is a really safe area. The staffs are also quite responsive and helpful when communicating here at booking.com so you will get lots of help even pre-booking.

To be honest, I really have to only put one thing I didn't like which was the shower wall tiles seemed bit broken in my room but regardless, this didn't affect me from having a bad experience using the facilities. The toilets were maintained clean too so that counteracts this criticism to a huge level. Another thing (which maybe it was just me), I missed my taxi pick up. Luckily, they didn't charge me for this but in the future, to prevent the possibility of missing the taxi driver, we may need a clearer sign or a clearer defined place for the meet up so traveller and driver could identify/find each other.

Staff is helpful and always smiley. They speak English very well and are always available to help with any request! There is a cute cat living in the hostel :)

The first night we got the double room we booked but we found it small and not really comfortable. The matress was hard the only window was small so there wasn't enough light. Moreover the room smelled cigarettes... So the day after we asked to change and they kindly let us move to a twin room, which was bigger and more comfortable. They should maybe do some renovations. WiFi didn't work very well.

Nice and quiet room with air conditioning. Great staff who can speak so good English and picked up us up at the train station, free water, etc. Great value for money!

After the laundry, my pullover was dirtier than before. And instead of replacing the towels, they only re-fold them :(
