The beds were so comfortable and the staff were perfect. They sorted out our payment difficulties for the taxi when we arrived and were always so helpful and smiley. A special mention for Ginny for her excellent service but they were all lovely. The robot room delivery was an interesting touch!! The location was perfect and the rooms were a quiet.

I thought we were getting a buffet breakfast. My mistake! I would have liked more choice on the menu but liked ordering the choices via an iPad!

Staff was very helpful, room was very spacious and clean and all looked new. Bed was very comfortable as well. A good thing is that you could take water bottles at reception for free and they also had a laundry guests could use for free.

Hotel is pretty far away from main city attractions and also from the nearest metro station. Breakfast was very poor and the dishes they offered felt like they were more for a lunch than for a breakfast (eg chicken burrito, sandwiches or noodle soup).

The fact that they advertise that the rooms have balconies when they don’t have them. The laundry’s drying machines only had one out of three working. The gym is as basic as you can call a gym.

Der Duft im Raum war etwas moder. Icv denke früher hat hier mal jemand geraucht (ist aber nur eine Vermitung für den etwas mottigen Geruch). Sonst sehr sauber! Matratzen sind nicht auf einem Rost, sprich direkt auf dem Boden.

The staff were efficient and helpful. Room was equipped with a smart TV with lots of options for drama series and movies. The bar is nicely decorated. Instagram worthy.

The rooms were small and not very well maintained. The reception was at 2nd floor. There was no proper parking for taxis or e-hailing drivers to stop and pickup.

the staffs are very kind, they try to help even with translation app. the location is just great! very near to popular tourist spot like bell tower and drum tower, Muslim quarter as well!

The room is not really sound proof. I can still hear cars passing by from the street in front. but the traffic is low at night.

All good, I enjoyed the stay

The room match my expectations with basic facilities met. It was spacious and just nice for 5 people. There were two toilets as well so we do not have to fight for toilet rights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, when I needed to get food delivery, they have helped to get my app sorted out. There are some eateries opposite the hotel so that is one plus point for those who wants to supper.

The renovation was a bit old and there are some spots in the room that obviously needed some update/repair. I wish there was an iron and iron board in the room. The iron in the shared laundry room was extremely hard to use that I just gave up. The description of the room in the website mentioned ironing facility but it is not actually in the room which was a disappointment. Also, there are steps that lead to the lift so if you have heavy luggage, it will be a challenge. There is a slope on the staircase but it is too steep and honestly not much help. I don't understand the idea of using pebble stones at the entrance as well, considering that travellers need to push their luggage, it isn't ideal to have such pebble stone design, we had to carry the suitcases over the pebbles, up several staircases to reach the lift.

Очень гостеприимные сотрудники ресепшн пыталась во всем помочь . Общались через переводчик , английский к сожалению не был их сильной стороной .вкусный Европейский завтрак с яичницей и кофе . Уютный номер . От метро идти минут 10 пешком . Район в целом нормальный, рядом площадь с палатками уличной еды . Чисто в номерах , кровати удобные .

Неудобная ванная комната о чем и писали в предыдущих отзывах , но это терпимо .

Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’odore di fumo in camere per non fumatori. Lo staff è stato gentile e ci ha cambiato camera, l’odore nella seconda era migliorato ma non assente, abbiamo dovuto dormire con la mascherina. La mattina durante le pulizie l’odore di fumo è in tutti i corridoi. Migliora perché spruzzano un profumatore ma dura solamente qualche ora. Avrebbe bisogno inoltre di più Manutenzione per segni/macchie ecc. la colazione buona ma solamente 4 menù disponibili (nulla di dolce)

Air conditions were a bit loud

Very artistic with lots of artworks placed around the Hotel. Fashionably designed. Good coffee. Set meals for breakfast with a small selection between sandwiches and soup dishes- the meals will definitely fill you up. Fresh fruit and joghurt are served with the breakfast. Very well furnished.

You have to get up some flights of stairs to get to the elevator, there are some ramps but it's still a bit difficult to get up with heavy suitcases. Pick up is only available if you pay in advance.

The size of the room is much smaller than advertised. The view from the room was onto a dirty back alley. Dirty stained carpet floors everywhere. Breakfast options (5) very limited and standardized. For the price of the hotel (600 RMB per night) i simply expect bigger rooms and better breakfast. Coffee is, despite their great machine, sadly only mediocre.
