Great place with a perfect location!

We moved our daughter into CSU during our state. Great location to access the campus easily. Plenty of space for the 3 of us in the house. Great place, we'll rent again for sure.

The home was beautiful, clean and great location. We enjoyed all the home had to offer. Lots of room for the family to spend time together.

Close to downtown makes this a great to access one of the most charming big small towns. Great stay.

My husband and I loved the location of this home...right off the bike/running path, close to shopping, and walkable to the "old town". I think the kitchen could be stocked better for people who cook. The layout is very functional and perfect for couples. We loved the hot tub after long hikes. The house perhaps is taking a beating from everyone renting and may need some TLC soon. We did enjoy ourselves immensely. The keypad on the front door does not work but the lock box to the side does work. Do not run the dryer and the oven together=loss of power and you will have to trip the electrical breaker outside.

nice place, good location, sofa outdated, hot tub water was not the best and hot tub is old, street parking was a pain but made it work with 3 cars, very close to old town....we walked pretty much every day (15-20 mins) would stay here again.

we really enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly as advertised, and an easy walk to the white water park on the poudre and then on to downtown. Everything was clean and the kitchen was extraordinarily well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. All in all just a great place to stay in Fort Collins.

We came to Fort Collins for a "beercation"! Hiked, whitewater rafted and hit several of the local craft breweries. Great adventure ;)

The hot tub is shared and closes after 10 PM.. It is also on a roof so windy that you have to hold on to the lid for dear life to open or close it and freeze to death nearly trying to get in or out. The booking said it slept let's examount of people I don't remember what it was but I think it was 12 there were 8 people in my party and it was uncomfortable for 8. There weren't even enough serving dishes for that many people and I had to go to the store for dishes. Lastly without explanation my bill was almost $500 higher than I anticipated for a 3 night stay, Because of fees that I didn't get an explanation for. Even after reaching out to the property owner. My friends and I came out for the month of January to ski on the weekends. We loved the location in Fort Collins, close to so many bars and restaurants. It was a bit of a drive to the mountains, but it was worth it for the awesome house. Hot tub was a great touch, would definitely go back.

This rental was perfect for our group! Eight of us stayed there for a friend's weekend wedding. The house was both beautiful and met all our needs for beds, bathrooms, kitchen space, etc. - add in the fireplace and hot tub for a real vacation feel. We walked to downtown and walked/ran along the river trail system. Highly recommended!

We could not have had a better home base as we dropped off our twin daughters at CSU. This home is so thoughtfully appointed. The owners have taken extra care to assure that the home is incredibly well stocked and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We came for a continuing education course at CSU. This place was perfect! We had a slight issue with a double booking but the property manager was really helpful and everything worked out well!

We had such a great stay, very close to Old Town. We were able to walk back several times! Really enjoy everything!

We had a group of 6 adults and enjoyed our stay at the house. The owner promptly responded to all our inquiries and was extremely receptive of our needs sitting our stay.

The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had.

Overall great stay, the upkeep of the property was a little disappointing. Carpet stains, broken tiles, holes in walls. Also, would have preferred longer use of the hot tub.

We had a great stay for the weekend with our family and friends. Adding some plastic cups/dishes would be helpful for families, but other than that we had everything we needed. Thanks!

Great location and comfortable bed! LOVED the rooftop!

House was clean and well taken care of. They had all amenities that were needed for living for the week. Some minor negative things were that we didn’t know we would be sharing times for the rooftop patio with other renters. It would also have been nice to have a couple of chairs for the front porch. Other than those couple things the house was very nice and no problems throughout our stay. Thanks for sharing.

This was our first time to Colorado and we were joined from out of town family members for a wedding. The house was perfect for us and the location was fantastic. Oddly enough, another family member rented the other portion of the house and we didn't even know it, so it gave us some time to enjoy each other's company. We have already talked about visiting again and we will look to visit this home again.
