Beach is walkable but if you have heavier items might be worth it to have someone drop them off at the beach as the path is narrow. House was recently remodeled and is beautiful. Having the outdoor patio area was so nice! We found the rooms spacious and bathrooms convenient for all. Host was slvery accommodating and gave us some great tips on where to spot dolphins and were to eat, all were great!!! Of note, if I'm not mistaken the listing says beach towels are provided but they are, so you can leave those at home. Over great place and we will stay again.

Staying in this fantastic house keeps getting better with recent updates making it feel more open and airy! I have stayed here several times when my family comes in from Denver. Adults and kids alike love the comfort and the location that allows us to walk to the beach. There are even beach toys and boogie boards for all to use! I will from now on schedule our beach trips according the availability of this place. The owner was super responsive to any questions that arose during our stay and had great recommendations for fun things to entertain all of us. Thank you Brian!!

Very clean, host was very responsive, included golf cart, which we really didn’t need due to being so close to the beach. The kids liked walking to the beach using the boatdwalk. Highly recommend.

It was cozy and perfect location right by the beach. The golf cart to get around with the little ones was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

The propert was exactly as described. It was very clean and had all the conveniences advertised. Owner was in contact with us during our stay to make sure things were going well. Will return!

Great property, tons of small amenities like beach towels and chairs and plenty of cookware that made our stay easy! It’s a super quick drive to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable - the front bedrooms are set up well for kids. Overall the only thing missing was a grassy space for the kids, but with the beach so close it wasn’t a big issue. We stayed with two families - 4 adults and 3 young kids and had plenty of space. Would book again!

Enjoyed our stay at this home. Recent remodel provides very nice flooring and updated bathrooms. Home was clean with comfortable beds, extra pillows and extra blankets. We brought extra paper towels, tubs of foods, and beach towels. There is a sprayer outside entryway to wash sand off and rack provided to hang towels. You will be a boardwalk away from beach so no need to drive the van to beach with a ton of sandy kids!

Location was perfect-5 minute walk to the beach at most, the house was extremely well stocked, owner and house keeper very responsive. We loved it.

Awesome, homey feel! Great host and awesome amenities. Beds are a little firm but thats all personal preference. Great that it comes with a cart and awesome that our dogs could come!

This beautiful beach getaway has all the comforts of home. The house has many updates which made us say “wow” when we first walked into it. I love we were provided with all the cooking essentials and the beds were so comfortable. A huge bonus was having the golf cart available to go to the beach or nearby places. It’s a short walk to the beach too using the boardwalk. The owners are amazing people. Our questions were always promptly answered and they stayed in touch to make sure we got checked in ok and were available if any assistance was needed.

Very close to the beach and the golf cart was a plus to get to restaurants and shops in town! Loved that we were able to take our pups!!

Had a wonderful stay at this property, amenities were great and was just a short walk to the beach! Kitchen was well stocked and had great decor. We’ve stayed in Port A a number of times and there are a number of things that really sets this place apart from others: access to golf cart (it’s expensive to rent one on your own), short walk to beach, outdoor enclosed shower, beach towels/chairs/boogie boards for use, and pet-friendly! I can’t stress enough how nice the golf cart was to use to haul stuff to the beach or to get around town. The communication with the owner was excellent as well! Will definitely stay here in the future.

Great location to down town and the beach and you can see the water from the deck that was awesome. This is a great property to stay everything was clean and immaculate, the owner also provided things that most VRBO’S don’t all you need is swim suit, toothbrush, food and drinks everything else was there and provided. There were plenty of beach toys for the kids big and small beach towels. All the neighbors are very friendly and helpful to let you know things to do in Port A. The owner went above and beyond my family’s expectations when the golf cart provided broke down and with in an hour he found and purchased another one. Brian was the best host VRBO iv’e stayed at and definitely will be for my family in the future. Thanks The Kemps

We enjoyed our stay from sunrise to sunset. We had the comfort of a home experience with the full fun and leisure of an amazing vacation. We had the convenience to load up the golf cart with all of our gear for the beach or run into town, but we also had the easy access of the boardwalk to walk back and forth as often as we wanted.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The check-in process was simple and the home included everything we could possibly need. It's just a short walk to the beach and the golf cart was perfect for rides on the beach and quick trips to down. Brian, the owner, was very responsive, as well.

Host is available if needed, house was well stocked, beds were comfy. Location was perfect too. Also, great beach chairs and golf cart were a major bonus! We would rent again.
