Weather was iffy but the room home was perfect for a relaxing family re-group. We had my daughter's two doggies and the house and backyard were a dream. The kitchen, the bedrooms, the open LR and kitchen opening onto the patio was superb. Only two issues: we used the pool and paid for it to be heated and that was well done. Problem with keeping it clean from all the leaves from blowing in. Once the landscapers came late in the week, the yard and hardscape were much better.
The second negative was the water pressure in the kitchen sink and sometimes had warm, not hot water in the showers.
But overall, we gave it an A. We would absolutely rent again. Thanks Brendon for sharing it with us.

This was a perfect home for a large family! The interior is beautiful, the bedrooms are large, and the amenities have something for everyone! You can lounge by the pool, play outside games, or enjoy any of the large TV's inside or outside the property! We used the BBQ one evening and it was great! The house has it all! Would rent this home again!

Brendon was a great host with good communication and easy to follow instructions. The house is set up great for a larger group. The pool is wonderful and the backyard is spacious and private. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

The host Brendon was great. Maintained great communication throughout the process. House was just as pictured. Very clean. Lots of room and comfortable for our group of 9. Beds were super comfortable. Well stocked for staying in and cooking. Great central location close to Airport, and lots of nearby places to eat and grocery stores stores (Costco, Target, etc.). Highly recommend.

Beautiful Property
Overall our stay at Rancho Ventura was was pleasant and enjoyable. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable 4th of July weekend. Brendon was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed something and all of the instructions were clean. I would definitely book this stay again.

Awesome Stay in Phoenix!
We had a wonderful stay in this property. The entire place is well decorated, spacious and offers lots of privacy with large bedrooms. The yard is large, peaceful and has a lovely patio seating in the shade, including a nice outdoor dining table. The pool was also lovely. The kitchen is well equipped compared to other short term rentals we'd stayed and technology (Apple TV's, blazing fast internet) was appreciated. I'd note the very comfortable beds and linens, which we loved and offered a nice, quiet sleep. I would 100% stay here again!

Amazing stay for a bachelorette party!!
I rented this house for a short weekend stay for my sisters bachelorette party! I really enjoyed how this property was in close proximity to the airport & downtown Scottsdale/Old Town Scottsdale. Communication with the property manager and owner was quick. He even allowed for a late checkout as some of the girls had a later flight. The only issue we had was the vacuum in the pool wasn’t working, which wasn’t that big of a deal, but the owner was very responsive in attempting to troubleshoot it. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!!! Thank you.

Amazing home!
This house was perfect with a group of friends! It was very spacious, and the communal areas of the kitchen and living room were more roomy than the pictures indicate. It was very comfortable for a group of eight to stay here. The backyard is as depicted as well, and they have bags, and plenty of lounge chairs to make sure of it everyone is pleased. Would definitely rent again.

Really enjoyed my time here for our group of 6 girls. Great locations, plenty of street parking and easy to get around the town to major restaurants and attractions. The area felt safe and the home was exactly as listed on vrbo. I would definitely stay here again next time i'm in scottsdale!

Fantastic
We were lucky to find availability at this lovely house 12 hours before check in (our first property canceled on us at the last minute). I was a fantastic fill-in for 8 ladies looking for rest and relaxation. Debra was super accommodating and our stay was lovely. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was nice and warm. Beach towels provided. Close to the airport and some good restaurants. Highly recommend.

Wonderful friend reunion House at convenient location in phoenix
The house is modern, clean and matches the photos seen online. Lots of IT/tech upgrades. The house is well appointed in all bedrooms and spacious for a group to enjoy the amenities while still having privacy. Well stocked kitchen with spices and oils so no need to buy lots of one offs when you only need a bit. The pool area is great with room for all. We also appreciated all the pool floats provided. We enjoyed the location being so close to Fry's and Costco and all the old town restaurants. And also easy access to the airport. Great not having to fight all of the north scottsdale traffic to get around. we did pay the extra fee for the heated pool and glad we did. Definitely will save this house as a favorite when looking at Phoenix area again.

Great Central Location
Beautiful home, recently fully renovated, clean and well furnished in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were really comfortable. Wonderful resort type pool area. Enjoyed it being central, easy to get to from airport but also pretty close to Old Town Scottsdale. Perfect, relaxing getaway.

Look no further! This house was everything my girls and I were looking for. Loved everything it had to offer. Fully stocked kitchen cookware, shed full of floating, big comfy beds! Great communication with host. Trip to Scottsdale was a success!

Perfect house for a getaway
Stayed here with a group of girl friends and it was such a great experience. The house is well stocked with everything you need to cook big dinners, the beds are really comfortable, and the pool/ outdoor area was amazing! On top of that, Debra was super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Oasis
We had the best time at this property. The house is awesome, very spacious, extremely clean and perfectly comfy modern! I have already told several of my friends to stay here. Debra is great to work with and extremely accommodating and help. The backyard and pool are fantastic for a relaxing retreat! We 100% will be back!

Absolutely perfect!
We booked this house for a 50th birthday party girls trip. The house was even better in person than it was online! I am an interior designer and was blown away by the quality and decor In the house. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. We had a fabulous time! And Deborah was so wonderful and helpful! She stocked our refrigerator with all of our needs and was so friendly and communicative. The.pool area is beautiful. A pretty yard and landscaping and mature trees made it a great place to relax.

Excellent VRBO - especially for a girl's trip
This was a perfect space for 4 mom's and their daughters! The home was clean and supplied with all you would need for your stay, down to Tide and Bounty sheets. The ice maker does not work but other than that it was perfect, and it is easy to buy bags of ice! Debra is AWESOME! She is so sweet and is willing to get your groceries AND adult beverages for you at no cost....(she doesn't want tips.... you deserve them Debra!) What a great woman! I was struggling getting the front door open (I had the wrong 4 #'s) Patrick the property owner was right on it and helped us within minutes to get in. It was the perfect place for us! We all highly recommend this property!

Everything was absolutely perfect!! Seriously. Fully stocked, extremely comfortable, great location, nicely appointed, property manager and owner are so kind and responsive. Probably the best VRBO rental experience we’ve had.

Girls Weekend
The house is as pictured, bright and airy, all the beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. Backyard is a great size, would love more casual seating but there were only 4 of us so it was perfect. Pool is perfect! Water feature in pool very nice touch. Good location about 10min from Old Town/Scottsdale. House is very tech, but if you run into any issues Debra or Patrick easily available. Debra was amazing, wonderful customer service and grocery run scored major points with us! If looking for relaxing getaway, this won’t disappoint.

Perfect Girls Getaway
We were traveling to Arizona for a bachelorette party and this house was absolutely perfect for our group! The house was spotless when we arrived and so adorable. The backyard was so lovely and felt very secluded and we loved being able to jump in the pool each day. I HAVE to give compliments to the property manager, Debra. She was so incredibly nice and accommodating. I probably asked her a million questions leading up to our trip and she promptly answered all of them and was even willing to pick up groceries to stock the house prior to our arrival. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and the house was great!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay, the property, and the amazing property manager as well. Debbie truly goes above and beyond to make things perfect. i’ve stayed at a million different properties, and she truly is the most incredible host by far. the house is the perfect AZ getaway for you and a partner or an entire family/group! it’s huge and the backyard is definitely the icing on the cake :) can’t wait to enjoy the home again soon. it’s a must anytime you’re looking for the perfect AZ stay!!!!
