This is our second time staying at one of the properties owned by this host. We loved this condo just as much as the one we stayed in last year. The ease of parking and entering the Condo with no need to ride an elevator is awesome. The room was clean and super nice. There is quick beach access and the pools are great. We come in March, so it’s nice that there is a heated pool, lazy river, jacuzzi, and kiddie pool inside as well as two outside. We hope to make this a yearly trip and always stay at one of this host’s properties.

This condo was a gem and perfect for our family vacation. Owner was friendly and very responsive. We will definitely book again!

The condo was amazing! Clean, and well stocked for our stay! The ladies at check in were super friendly and very informative! Beautiful oceanfront view from our balcony for some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets that I've ever seen!! The property owner is amazing!! Very friendly and and quickly responds with any questions or concerns. He answered all my questions and made sure that our stay was perfect!! Will absolutely stay here again!!

This was our first time staying at this hotel, the staff was fantastic! Checking in was smooth, something was getting repaired in a bathroom when we checked in, once they left i noticed we needed a shower curtain. I called the front desk and someone was there in less than 3 minutes! Another time in the week we needed maintenance for something minor and he was there in 5 minutes! Superb service. The condo was just as advertised, Joe, the owner was great to work with. The owners have the condo stocked with essentials and the pack & play & high chair were perfect as we had an infant also. The hotel was very clean (we stayed down the road before and it smelled bad), everything was freshly cleaned in the condo. The only issue we had and its of no ones fault is we drove over 12 hrs and used a roof bag for our beach chairs, well the hotel doesn’t allow them due to the parking garage ceiling, we just removed it before pulling in and figured a way to get the stuff upstairs, it was a little stressful at first but we managed. This condo fit my family of 10 perfectly and we are looking forward to staying again next year if its available!! Highly recommended!

Upon arrival we realized the parking garage was extremely tight. It made parking with a large vehicle extremely difficult. There were some minor things like the light switch cover in one room had a large hole behind it. Other things were a bit more than minor. The bathroom in the master bedroom had a strong mildew smell. There was what looked to be mold on the ceiling and the walls were half painted. The couch was very dirty and had what appeared to be blood on it in a few spots. The floors where filthy. We had a crawling baby and her hands and knees were instantly black, so bad that it stained her clothing. We all had to wear shoes at all times so that our feet would not be black as well. The ice machine is not far from the condo so it is very loud in two of the bedrooms, as well as the door to the parking garage opening and closing. The pools were so warm that they weren’t refreshing. There was a ton of construction happening which was a bit of an inconvenience. The sidewalk construction made getting in to the parking garage difficult. They painted walls and doors so there was a strong paint smell in the hallways and you had to be careful to not touch anything. The ramp to the beach was being replaced so you had to go out around. Overall it was not what we expected. Also if you have small children that need a pack and play, there is only space in the living room or master bedroom. I feel that sleeping of 12 would be extremely difficult.

We all enjoyed our stay at Grand Atlantic Resort! 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Great living room and kitchen facility! We did SO much laundry, with several teens along, and having the washer and dryer right there was fantastic! Right on the beach, excellent balcony, view & same floor parking. Would highly recommend!

Awesome location. View from the balcony was amazing. Joseph was great to work with. Had some issues with the tub in the master bath, and Joseph got maintenance on it right away. Would definitely recommend this property.

Joe was very responsive to my questions and we had great communication. The condo was just as described. Loved being able to park within a few steps of the condo. No elevator needed when parked on the 4th level of parking deck. Very roomy for my family of 6. Great views and amazing sunrises.

Our stay was amazing! We traveled from Villa Rica, GA to Myrtle Beach, SC for a college softball showcase. Through the whole process, the owner was easy to reach, and was always quick to answer any questions and/or concerns. We were even allowed to check in early!!! Up until the day before we were to check-in, I was in communication with the owner regarding Tropical Storm Nicole that was coming into the area and was worried that we may have to canceled our reservation, he reassured us that if that were the case, he would give us a full refund, which settled me nerves! Upon our arrival to the Grand Atlantic Resort, the gentlemen at the front desk was very welcoming and it made check-in quick and easy. The parking deck was covered on the 4th floor, which made unloading our luggage a breeze since it was raining when ere arrived. Our parking spots were just a short walk to the unit. The elevators were also right by the unit, which was a huge plus in our book! Once we got into the unit, the room looked just like the photos... VERY CLEAN and spacious!!! The views were amazing, the covered pools were heated, the lazy river was perfect for the kids and the beach was a short walk from the pool area. The next time we are in that area, we will be booking this unit again!

We had a great stay at Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort! The room was the perfect location on the 4th floor. Right next to elevator, ice machine, and parking garage. The room was spacious for my family! Overall it was a great stay!

Location of the hotel is good, right on the beach, but unit could have been cleaned better. The bathroom faucets were dirty and there were cockroaches in our room. Maintenance had to be done (spray for cockroaches, shower rod and towel rod coming off the walls). Couches were worn out. Host was responsive, but I don't think we'd stay again.

The owner was fantastic at communicating prior to the trip. Once we arrived everything was perfect. Beautiful view, super convenient location to parking, elevators, and pool/beach access. No complaints! We had a few small issues with cable boxes but maintenance arrived immediately and fixed it with a smile. Can’t wait for next year!

Unit could have been cleaned better, especially under the beds and dusting. I called front desk to ask about neighboring hotel quest using the amenities that I paid a very high price to have and was told to deal with the issue myself. I wasn’t comfortable doing that, as it was a large group of people. So that wasn’t dealt with appropriately. I think owners of the condos should be checking into this matter. .

Property was great! Clean and a lot of room for our whole family. Easy walking distance to may things. Property owner was easy to work with and responded quickly!

We had a wonderful time up until Wednesday evening, my husband John had a stroke so now we are at the grand strand medical center he is recovering slowly. We was happy with the stay.

Great communication, easy check-in, clean and very well stocked. We had a fun and awesome stay.

Our stay here couldn’t have been any better. The condo was perfect for our vacation. Condo was clean, comfortable and loved the ocean view from the balcony. Joe was a wonderful host and very responsive.

This condo was all it was advertised to be. It was spacious enough for 5 adults and the kitchen was well appointed. The view from the living room and master bedroom was wonderful which was a good thing because the weather was very uncooperative and we had to spend lots of time indoors. The owner of the condo made direct contact with me and quickly answered any questions we had. Great time in a lovely rental!!

We were meeting our family in Myrtle Beach for Thanksgiving. Four of us stayed here, but we could easily have fit 6 or 8 - depending on if people shared beds. We ordered Thanksgiving dinner from Cracker Barrel and this vrbo had everything we needed to reheat, make gravy and roast some veggies. The table seats 6, so a few people ate in the living room, but everyone had a fabulous time. The ocean view is INCREDIBLE! And with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there was plenty of room to spread out. We especially loved the layout of the kitchen/dining/living room area - because we could all hang out, enjoying one another, watching football, and enjoying the ocean view - all at the same time.

We really enjoyed staying here. We loved the location and the condo itself. We're a family of 8 and it was very comfortable for us. I really liked the kitchen, it had plenty of room for cooking and storing all the food we bought. The parking was very convenient. Our children really enjoyed all of the pools/lazy river. It has a couple of pools that are perfect for toddlers/little kids who can't swim yet. We would happily stay here again!

Great location and being right off the parking garage makes loading and unloading a breeze! Perfect spot on the beach as well!

Place was very nice, check in was not so good, check in was 4, not ready till after 6.

Easy getting information from Joseph Edwards. Easy to rent. Very nice condo and furnishings. There were plenty of dishes and cookware. Everyone was friendly. Only downside was you have 2 parking spaces unless the parking garage was full. If it is full you have to park a block away. I would Have liked to have been told about that situation. There was poor lighting at the overflow parking place. My suggestion is if each condo has 2 parking spaces they need to be numbered and only the cars for that condo can park in the spaces. Overall it was a great vacation.

While we liked the majority of the property there were a few issues involving the kitchen. The knives were dull as was the potato peeler. There was no mixer. And I was pleased with all the towels in the bathrooms but having one dish cloth and towel is not enough. Thank you for the toilet paper. All in all it was a great property. I loved sitting on the deck and watching the people. We even saw dolphins from there! We were disappointed when the lazy river was closed for whatever reason. My grandsons loved it the time we were able to use it. Hoping we will be able to return!
