This was a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We made use of all the amenities with the exception of the TV. Kitchen was ready to go and we were able to prepare healthy fare without having to leave the property. Hot tub and sauna were a big hit and we took advantage of both. The gardens are amazing! Hosts were caring and attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

The cabin exceeded our expectations in cozyness and friendly neighborhood. It was a great experience spending this weekend in such a nice place. I truly recommend try this at least once in your life. Perfect for a quiet retreat.

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend - fireplace with wood provided each night, function kitchen with what we needed to cook meals and cozy up with our coffee. Hosts were friendly easy going and wonderful. Got up early to head snowboarding followed by a soak in the hot tub. Doesn’t get much better than that. We would definitely return maybe in the spring to enjoy the garden and river.

My boyfriend and I pulled up to this beautiful log cabin and the host open the gate to let us in. On the back of the property is another cute log cabin which the host led us to and showed us around a bit explaining some of the tricks to the cabin. He also told us about the mice that were painted around the cabin and if we found them all you get a discounted night. An extra fun little activity while staying there. The cabin was still decorated so cutely from Christmas, the fire place made it extra cozy (I suggest you bring extra fire wood if you want a fire going more then just at night), the sauna and hot tub were amazing and it’s just short walk to the breath taking river. The hosts Coni and Scott are the sweetest people and are so accommodating. They created a very cozy and special place that we can’t wait to go back to. I definitely recommend this place! Get ready to relax!!

We were looking for a quick little getaway to nature for a few days, and this place did not disappoint! We enjoyed the Christmas decorations and coziness in the cabin, as well as the hot tub and hike down to the river. The hosts are also the sweetest people, and we can't wait to go back. Thanks!

We arrived and were greeted by the sweetest people. They explained the ins and outs of the old cabin (dont let that word old get you, its beautiful). We had free reign of the whole property including walking around the owners beautiful abode. There are ponds, archways, riverfront, wildlife, hottub, sauna, fireplace and firepit. Full kitchen big porches. I cant wait to stay again. Maybe in the late spring next time.

The cabin was very cozy and easy to find. We loved the proximity to town, while maintaining complete privacy and peacefulness. We found 7 mice, so we will have to go back in the future.

We have the best weekend getaway at this cabin. It has easy access to the river, which was very fun. But my favorite part was hunting for the mice!! 😆 The amenities were perfect. There is not a shower in the main house, but there is one by the hot tub. It had everything we needed, and the hot tub and sauna were a huge bonus! The bed is unreal. It was like sleeping in a cloud, and we slept in like we haven’t in 20 years!! Thank you to these delightful hosts for a wonderful experience!

Had a wonderful stay over the long weekend. The Cabin was comfy and the sauna and hot tub are wonderful and everything was so clean.

My favorite part of this cabin was waking up each morning and being able to hear the Sandy river. It was so relaxing and cute. I loved staying here, felt right at home.

Dropped our son off at camp and stayed nearby in the cabin. It was a great location to explore the area and enjoy some nice peace and quiet. Homey, with a nostalgic feel. We had a great trip and much enjoyed our trip.

The property and cabin were exactly what we were hoping for. Coni, Terri and Mary were so kind. We never left the cabin and just got to be. Searching for the mice was more fun than you would think. We had an incredible time.

Don’t know how this place has 4.9 stars cos it deserves the full 5. Shame on you people who gave it less than 5. Hot tub and sauna were the perfect addition. Huge open fire with logs supplied by owner gave us the ambience needed for the rainy days and nights. Beds were extremely comfy. Terry and Connie were adorable and the history of the cabin was very interesting. Will definitely be back.

The cabin was so comfy and inviting for a relaxing stress free getaway. Everything was absolutely perfect. Mary Ann checked us in and was so good at making sure we knew where everything was and how to use things. They really do care about their guests. Really appreciated all the little things .

Cabin was super cute, very clean, and soaking in the claw foot tub was so relaxing. We had to leave early due to a family emergency, so unfortunately weren't able to soak in the hot tub or relax in the sauna. Hopefully we'll have an opportunity to stay again.

The cabin is 5+++ stars. From the welcoming hosts to walking into a decorated Holiday/Christmas cabin and literally sleeping in one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, I can’t recommend this cabin enough. My girlfriends and I will definitely be back. Thank you for your graciousness!!

This place is like coming to your own private spa, with an awesome barrel sauna, great hot tub, a nice deck to relax on, and a lovely garden and flowing water pond with fish, and tall trees to gaze up at. I was a bit surprised when I made the booking to get a call from the host who wanted to set up a personal check-in time ( I’m used to just letting myself into rentals). When we arrived the host gave us a tour and overview which was helpful. It’s a little more contact then your typical rental, but after the initial meeting, we had total privacy. The gardens were lovely, the queen bed was comfy, and there was a nice selection of movies. All the details for our comfort had been thought of. Lovely place!

This wonderful place was the perfect combination of rustic and luxury. We parked the car for two days and just relaxed. Everything you need is right there..spa, sauna, beautiful grounds to stroll and a nice deck to enjoy the outdoors. We hope to visit again soon. Coni, Terry, and Mary have created a true oasis in this crazy world we live in! From the start they were kind, informative, and went above and beyond to ensure our time in this incredible place was amazing! The cabin is so beautiful and immaculate! The property itself is so beautiful my words would not even explain the beauty. The hot tub was sparkling clean, the sauna was lovely and they have an outside shower to rinse off before taking a dip and after. Everything was perfect down to the claw foot tub and luxurious bed linens. They have a bbq, full kitchen, and have bathrobes (and flashlights) to go out to at night. Plus they have special things we did not even expect like taking your picture the last day which they send to you and wonderful information on the history on the property. It is so rare to find such amazing owners that take such care and kindness to make your stay the best! We can’t wait to return to our new found special place! Not to mention see our new friends including their adorable pups!!! Thank you Coni, Terry, and Mary:)

Loved this rental. Super comfy cabin set in the woods. You can feel how much the owners have put in to making this a perfect hideaway. Would go back in a second if I didn’t live so far away.
