Overall, super easy process and house was just what we needed. Super close to everything we were looking for.

We were joined by our 4 active adult children for 1 week post Xmas winter escape trip with Dolphins game as anchor. We enjoyed everything about this home, well thought out and considerate in layout and equipment. Location was great, only 1 mile walk to beach/boardwalk, stores/restaurants also close by. Couple golf courses nearby too. Pool/yard was great. Decent sized TV and we all had good beds. Very clean, no clutter, modern and up to date. Lots of towels. Bikes and golf clubs were sure handy to have. Overall, very comfortable, felt like home. Thank you Peggy, we hope we can return some time.

This classic Florida home is well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. Its close to all that Hollywood has to offer and, if you just want to relax, there’s a beautiful pool to enjoy. It’s spacious and can comfortably accommodate 4 couples or 2 families of 4. With the split layout, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath each on opposite sides of the common areas, you have a sense of privacy. There’s ample dishes and cookware, and a good variety of pantry staples. You won’t run short on towels for the bath or the pool. For active families, there are bikes, golf clubs beach chairs as well as a selection of books and games for when you’ve had enough sun. Our host has taken the time to see that things are well marked and was very quick to respond to my occasional questions. There is only one thing that a member of our group found challenging. There is no handrail on the steps entering the pool. Judging by pictures from many online listings, this is not uncommon. For our stay, this home was 99.9% perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying here again.

Very clean and well equipped house.We stayed here a year ago and enjoyed it so much so returned for another stay which turned out even better since we have two children 3 and a 18 month old. It is a very good neighbourhood being quiet and peaceful and within reach of all amenities.We had keen walkers and runners in the group and the beach is near and the boardwalk is great. Nothing is too much and a microwave which died on a Friday evening was quickly replaced the same evening.We travelled from London UK and hope to make more visits Hollywood Fl Thak you Peggy

We flew in a few days before our cruise embarked. It was a great place between the Ft. Lauderdale airport and the Port of Miami. Plenty to do within a short walk of the house. The kids enjoyed the pool and a couple days of relaxation before the cruise. Peggy was fabulous to deal with; very organized and prompt. Made the check in and out process a breeze.

The communication with the host was perfect. The back yard and the pool were great!

The house was everything that we expected from the listing and more. We had a great time and will keep it on our great house list.

This is an awesome vacation home located in a great area! Biking distance to Dania Beach and close to shopping and restaurants! The home has a beautiful pool and has everything you need- beach chairs, towels, bikes and even golf clubs. The kitchen is well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet. We had a lovely time visiting family in the area.

Great stay for a 18 hour drive. I had a set back where I was in a walking boot and had to bring a extra driver my oldest son along since I was the only one that could drive. and Peggy was very understanding.

Property is in a great location. It’s a quick drive to the beach. There is a park within walking distance with picnic benches and kayaking. Proximity to Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and the Everglades was nice. Peggy was kind and gave us information on navigating the property/community. One complaint was the cameras in the backyard. I understand that some guests don’t behave appropriately, but it made me a little uncomfortable staying at the property with 2 young children. I would have liked to know that they would be there in advance.

Peggy's house is fantastic for a sunny getaway. The house is updated and super clean - just like the photos. We had four couples (8 total) and it was so nice that everyone had their own room. The patio/pool area is great. I'm guessing we spent 50% of the time back there tanning, swimming, grilling and playing games at the umbrella table. The closest boardwalk/beach access was just 1.5 miles away and easily doable by biking, running, etc. The main beach access with garage parking is less than 2.5 miles away. We parked there several times for the boardwalk, restaurants and ice cream. There are four bikes in the garage, which saw a fair amount of use. There's also a park that's only 1/4 mile away with tennis courts, basketball courts and beach volleyball. All in all one of the best family vacations we've had!!!

House was just as advertised: clean, welcoming, and well stocked with necessities and many extras. Our whole family enjoyed cooling off in the pool which was well maintained. Peggy was very communicative and reached out upon check in just to make sure everything was in order. Highly recommended.

Peggy was very approachable and helpful. The property was easy to get to, exactly as described. Being fairly close to the beach was a bonus. Sadly could only manage a weeks stay!

The house was better than the pictures. Perfect fit for our family. Stocked with everything we needed. Close access to the beach and stores. Looking forward to staying there again.

One of the best VRBO's we've had. It had everything you need. Plenty of beach stuff in the bins. Pool was clean and warm. Kids were in it everyday after the beach. Super easy checkout. We definitely would come back again.

Peggy was wonderful! We had car rental problems and she found us a car rental place when the airport didn’t have anything! She was easy to communicate with during our stay. The house was spectacular. Very close to beach and downtown Hollywood! The Mexican restaurant she recommended was so good! I would highly recommend this VBRO!

We had a great time at Peggy's home! The home was very clean and comfortable and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The pool, patio and back yard were great! The house is close to the beach and nature parks. There are 4 bikes to use even though we did not use them since two of my kids are younger I did not trust them riding near traffic. We did use the beach chairs and a cooler and beach umbrella (that was very handy!) Peggy was quick to answer any questions that I had and very friendly. I appreciated the suggestions she gave us regarding places to eat and things to do. I highly recommend this property!

Check in and communication with the host was terrific. Beds were soooo comfortable and the location to the beach was great. A fun time was had by all! Thanks for letting us share your little piece of paradise.

The house was nice and clean when we got there, check in process was great and Peggy made everything easy for us. The pool and outside/grill space was perfect for our group of 8 adults, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the house’s location was very good too, near to the beach, Walmart, Publix and everything you’ll need.

Our entire family had an amazing trip. The house was nice. Pool water was a little chilly, but it can be expected in mid October. House is very pet friendly for a little dog.

Home was lovely exactly as you see it on the website. Right next to West Park, which our dogs loved. Hollywood boardwalk is literally just down the road and very easy to get to. Great area for walking and biking. Short drive to any neighboring towns on the beach. Lovely back yard and pool. Owners were great and very responsive.
