We have stayed in this condo before and will again. Very clean and kept up to date. Quiet with a ocean front view.

The unit was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean . The only negative was all of the fires on the beach at night and the ensuing smoke . We weren't able to have windows open at night because of the smoke . One night I counted 26 . I guess that's something you have to accept if you want to be ocean front in Seaside . But the unit was a 10 .

The unit we had was so beautiful, great view, easy walking to the aquarium and boardwalk. My 4 year old grandson had an amazing time he did not want to leave this morning. Once we arrived we only drove the car once and that was to go to the outlet mall. We will be back Thank you to the owner for allowing us to stay in there unit.

Both of my granddaughters were princesses for contestants in the Miss Oregon Pageant. It was so nice to stay in a place so close to the events so we could just walk back and forth and not have to drive. It was a very busy 4 days so to have such a nice place to stay and relax while enjoying the ocean view was wonderful

We had an amazing long weekend! Excellent communication from Lisa, and it was very appreciated! The condo was super clean, had comfy beds, lots of room for 6 of us and a wonderful view of the Promenade and the Ocean. Plenty of dishes etc. for us to cook dinners. Our daughter's wedding was just south of Seaside so this was the perfect place to stay. We have stayed at the Promenade Condominiums several times and look forward to our next adventure staying here again. Thank you!

Nicely furnished condo, clean & beautiful. My only comment is I thought we’d have more view being a corner unit, but building on left blocked view to left. Having said that - the view forward & right was absolutely stunning! It would be nice to have glass on deck cleaned before arrival for view when sitting in deck chairs. I did as much as I could reach & it helped!

There are many wonderful features at this property and the description and pictures are accurate. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy any of these great feature due to unseasonably hot weather (90+ degrees and no breeze) the entire time we were there and there being no means supplied to keep this 5th floor unit at a reasonable temperature. It was almost as hot inside the unit as it was outside. The thermostat in the condo still read 89 degrees at 9 pm on Sunday evening. There is an amazing view of the beach and ocean from the main living area and you can hear the ocean when the windows or door are open; however, we could not take advantage of it at all because we had to keep the blinds drawn and windows shut to try to keep the heat out. The property manager was kind and brought her personal box fan to us to help, but it really just blew hot air around. I highly recommend that the owner invest in some portable air conditioning units if she is going to rent this unit in the spring and summer months because this type of weather is going to continue to become more frequent with climate change. We intentionally chose this place due to the central location and close proximity to the shops, restaurants, etc. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any place in the area that was air conditioned to get an escape from the heat in the condo. We did enjoy dinner at Finn’s Fish House the first evening when it wasn’t quite as hot. We also enjoyed the amazing sunsets every night.

Loved this place! We walked all around Seaside... up and down the Promenade every day. The view was amazing. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Seaside.

Have stayed in this complex before in a different condo so knew we would love the location and view. Right in town on the boardwalk so able to walk to dinner and shopping. Had fun doing puzzles at the dining table while looking out to the ocean. Condo itself was great. Plenty of towels, soap, etc. Only thing I would suggest is a another bedside table in the guest room and some short instructions for the tv and remotes. Would definitely stay again, either in this condo or one of the others in the complex.

We loved our 2 night stay in this condo. It was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Check in process was easy. I would have loved to be able to completely open the blinds and take in the full view. My recommendation for the property management would be to have the blinds fixed. We were not able to move the blinds up or down so it did obstruct the view some. Also we weren't able to find any plastic wrap or foil. I would definitely recommend this condo.

The condo was spacious and comfortable especially for just me and my wife. The view was spectacular. Most definitely would stay there again.

We loved this wonderful condo. Top floor view of the sea and the promenade, easy walking distance from everything in Seaside. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, with everything you might need to enjoy your stay. Super clean, comfortable, quick response if you have a question. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and a Great View!

We had a great visit to Seaside. The condo was as advertised. It was clean, updated, plenty of room and had a great view. There was some construction going on at the property next door which caused some noise just outside our windows and patio. We talked to Sharon who was very helpful and accommodating. The construction ended after our first full day making the rest of the trip very enjoyable. We left a camera charger when we checked out. Housekeeping found it and Sharon returned it saving our son the cost of replacement. We would rent this condo again and recommend staying at any property Sharon manages. All things considered this was an outstanding experience.

Thank you so much- beautiful condo with a great view of the ocean. We had a wonderful time relaxing on the deck and watching the waves and relaxing in the spacious living/dining area. The whole place was very clean and great for my husband and I and our 3 granddaughters. Wonderful being withing walking distance of everything!

My family and I came to Seaside for my birthday. This was the best birthday/trip I have had in a long time. The condo was awesome. Everything I wanted to do was walking distance. The view of the beach from this condo was spectacular. I'm excited to go back. Everything was just perfect. We thought 3 nights was enough but now we are thinking 4- or 5-nights next time. Hopefully we can get this same awesome spot.

We were welcomed with broken dishwasher. We were informed on the day of arrival that they will fix it tomorrow. We rented this for a family- 2 senior citizen and one 2year old so it meant we would be cooking a lot over our multi-day stay. They did not fix it during our entire stay and also expected us to wash dishes everyday and leave it soiled only for the day of checkout. We asked for additional cooking utensils ( as we purchased disposable serving plates and spoons from near by shop ) because we did not want to waste our vacation cleaning utensils . But they did not entertain. Also there is a construction going on in next building, 5 feet from balcony and balcony furniture had lot of rust on it. So keep you kids safe. Overall , view is good but not exclusive. You can get 100s other rental with same view with better property management to deal with. Post check out property offered a consolation -‘we will offer you “little discount” , but never followed up on this later . They lack transparency. Also checkout process was wierd - you need to drive to place to drop keys. Go for other property for better customer service.

The condo is neat and clean and overlooks the ocean. The furnishings were comfortable and homey. It is within walking distance of many attractions in Seaside. It is a corner unit,, but the building next door is adding condos which will impact the view The windows that offer the ocean view have blinds with thick slats. We couldn't find a way to raise the blinds to get an unobstructed view.

My fiance, her daughter and I had an amazing three nights in Seaside thanks to this condo! The view from the living room is immaculate of the ocean! The balcony is on the oceanside just as advertised. The only low spot to the view (totally beyond the control of the owners) is the building next door has some scaffolding up with blocks maybe a grand total of 9 % of the view right now, but it was very easy to ignore and forget it was there. Everything is in walking distance from this condo. Beach is literally right there. Restaurants, POI'S everything within a single block. Very private and quiet. Rooms were nice, I especially enjoyed lounging in the recliner by the window with the window open. Im only 36 but I enjoyed acting 70! Seriously great spot, cannot complain at all. Thanks for offering up the place!
