This house was perfect for our two families. Clean, cozy, giant yard with a covered outside area. The host was easy to communicate with Horse riding adventures are close as is a trip to jasper but still get the quiet mountain scenery at night

House was just as advertised. clean and comfortable in the perfect setting. We would definitely come back here and would recommend to other family and friends.

Comfortable homely place with loads of space & amenities to make our stay a real pleasure. Brule is great if you want peace & tranquility. Views of the local hills & mountains stunning in the Fall. Watched a few DVDs when the weather closed in!

Great place quiet location

Lovely house in a lovely quiet area. Property had everything we needed. Is a bit of a drive from Jasper but worth it for the peace and quiet with spectacular views nearby. Can see the mountains from the property and we also saw deer. Would stay here again.

Great location for hiking in the Canadian Rockies! A family of deer would eat apples from a neighbor’s tree every evening.

As others have noted, Brule is a bit remote with no facilities to speak of and a distance from Jasper townsite. It is about a 20-minute drive to the town of Hinton where you can find gas/groceries/restaurants. The home is well equipped and comfortable. We cooked most meals there and the kitchen was well supplied. The gas grill worked well also for a couple of our meals. The back deck provides a nice area for relaxing with table and 4 chairs. We took a walk around the town in the evening and encountered no traffic and only a couple of other townspeople. At the end of the main street is a trail leading into a interesting canyon. Hinton itself had some interesting stops - the Beaver Boardwalk was a hit. North on Rt 40 is a Provincial Park that offers a number of trails. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Brule and would recommend the home for anyone looking for a quieter stay with access to Jasper.

We really enjoyed our stay in Brule. Initially we weren’t sure because it is quite far away from everything but the tiny little town has a lot of charm. The main floor of the house has been updated and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. The basement is quite “rustic” and smelled a bit mildewy but my teens didn’t mind. The Jasper park pass was a bonus we weren’t expecting. We would stay here again.

The location was peaceful and quiet. It was a beautiful drive to Brule. Our disappointment was that the park pass was not there for our stay.

Kitchen was well appointed and the home clean. Quiet small village it was a great location for our planned hikes and star gazing is spectacular ( away from ambient light).

It's a simple house with excellent renovations and a well-stocked kitchen. The back yard was quiet, and there wasn't a peep from the neighbours. Just be sure to come with your groceries before arriving in Brule. It's a bit far to go back and forth to Jasper every day (if that's what you want to do) but the value and the comfort are well worth it. A great getaway!

House was nice, but Brule is very small and remote town far away from town and Jasper NP

We had a great time visiting Jasper National Park. The location was convenient just west of Hinton. The property was older with small rooms and no closets, 1 bathroom and the only mirror in the house and no dressers. There were 4 adults sharing the space for several days, but we made do. Overall, it was ok.

It is really quiet location, play ground in front of house is fantastic for kids. Easy to check in. Communication is easy. Enjoyed a lot .

Home was comfy, well equipped and peaceful. There’s a nice playground across the street that even our teens enjoyed. About 30 minutes to gate of Jasper Park and an hour to the town of Jasper.

Nice location with views of mountains, easy drive to Jasper. Darren is easy to contact and deal with any issues.

My teenager, adult children, and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was easy to find, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. A 20-minute drive from Hinton and 60-minute drive from Jasper make it the perfect place to get away and enjoy nature.

We wanted to experience the beautiful Jasper area, without having to deal with busy surroundings where we stayed. That is why this comfy "home" in Brûlé was perfect, even if it was an hour drive to Jasper. With deer and several birds in the garden, astonishing skies filled with stars (milky way!) and a lookout real close to experiece Northern Lights, we had a blast. The property was real clean, has a well accomodated kitchen and bathroom, easy to use washer and dryer and good beds.

This property is a whole house. It was clean, well stocked with everything you needed. Very quiet neighborhood in a small town out of the way, but close enough to thoroughly enjoy Jasper, Jasper NP and the Icefields Parkway. There is not enough room for me to best praise this rental property. Loved it.

Stunning views of mts just over the playground from front windows…2 bedrooms up & 2 down, sparkling clean, anything one could need in the kitchen, quiet neighborhood- worked well for our visit!

The location in Brule is very quiet. Everything that you need to make your stay pleasant was present in the house.

This property is clean, spacious, comfortable and has pretty much everything need in the kitchen. My only small complaint is that it is an hour drive from the townsite of Jasper and also about 1.5 hours drive to most trails.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and had a lot of room for 5 adults. It was nice being able to enjoy sitting out on the front porch or enjoying BBQing in the backyard. Was a great location. Darren is a great host who made the stay great! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Brule! The house was very clean. The view is breathtaking! We stayed with our young kids (1 year, and 2.5 years old) and the playground across the street was amazing! The back yard also has tons of room for playing. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, pans, etc. I would suggest bringing fans as the house got pretty toasty and took a while to cool off. The location is great if you want to be off the beaten path or spend time in William A Switzer park. Brule itself was super quiet and provided a relaxing getaway! We will definitely be back to stay again!

This property was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces for morning coffee and at the end of a busy day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Could have stayed so much longer as we had everything we needed in Brule. Next time we’ll checkout the local amenities and trails and not focus only on Jasper.

Wonderful home off the beaten path in a quiet little town. This home was well stocked and had all the amenities of home. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio loungers in the evenings listening to the quiet and the sounds of nature. Darren was always prompt and very thorough in all his communications with us.
