A group of 12 girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The house was not far from the strip, had a stunning view of the strip (beautiful to see at night when it was lit up), a clean and spacious pool, an outdoor activity area, and more! There was plenty of seating both inside and outside, and room for all guests to either sit together or break off into smaller groups. The hosts were accommodating, responsive, and kind! I HIGHLY recommend staying at this wonderful property!

This place is perfect! Close enough to the strip, Freemont Street and all the other action of Vegas but far enough removed to not feel stuck. Our trip was for seven friends for the first weekend of March Madness and this place was perfect! Pool, hot tub, outdoor living space, plenty of TV’s for all the games and an awesome game room. We also loved the local sports bar that is right up the block. Owners were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We hope to make this an annual tradition!

We stayed at this beautiful home during Super Bowl weekend. It was a perfect location to enjoy the strip and all Vegas has to offer without being in the middle of the busy attractions.
The house is perfect for family and friends with all of the available entertainment and sleeping quarters.
The hosts are very responsive and seem genuinely concerned about the guests having a great time and their needs being met.
The view and grounds are beautiful!!!!

Jason and Misti accommodated my stay for a work gathering on my birthday weekend so we had around 20-30 guests, the house was clean and easy to navigate, if I had any questions they gave me an emergency contact. They were very kind and easy from start to finish. Thank you again!

Location was excellent. house was clean and very spacious for everyone and their belongings. hot tub and pool were clean and very nice to lounge in. everything functioned properly and the game room was a nice touch.

My family stayed at this property for Christmas. It is a beautiful property. The pictures and listing was spot on. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. It was close to the strip and to Red Rock. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend some time together in Vegas.

A bunch of us stayed at this property because we were in town for a soccer tournament. It was a beautiful house. We loved the gameroom. Played lots of pool and poker. The kitchen was huge and perfect for hanging around. We spent time in the jacuzzi as well. It was a great weekend. Thanks!

Went with 8 other guys for a Vegas trip. The house has everything you want when you are away from the action. Chill bar games, a basketball court, a relaxing pool, and a great view at night. Really nice spot. Very attentive owners also. If you have a large group, this would be a great place for your trip.

The house was exceptional! The game room was used often, and the kitchen supported every need. The pool was great and we had plenty of fun on the basketball court.
The privacy of the property is fantastic - previous houses in Las Vegas had direct and close neighbors with noise concerns (from us on them). This house has no direct neighbor - reducing the noise concern (recommend viewing from Google Earth).
The most unexpected joy was the view of Las Vegas at night. It is definitely better in person than on a picture.

We had a group of 10 stay here a few nights and the location and amenities of the place were as advertised. Very easy to get to and from the strip and had plenty to do on the property as well.

House has everything you need. We had a group of 12 and everything was as described in the listing. Jason and Misti are very accommodating. Only a 5-10 minute walk from Starbucks, Jersey Mikes, and a liquor store. Highly recommend for groups of friends/family.

Came here with a group of friends to play tennis, pickleball and hike outside in the warm weather (April). It is a beautiful time of year to be here. The house, pool, and sport court was a great place to do all. The view of the strip was an added bonus. The neighborhood wasn’t not quite what we expected but the property is well maintained and VERY quiet. We had a lovely four days. We might come back with husbands, or we might just come back by ourselves!

Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and lots of activities. Couldn't figure out how to completely turn off lights in game room and severe lights were out on the deck.

The house was great. There were enough beds for everyone which was huge plus. The patio was awesome for coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening before heading out. Would definitely stay there again.

So the house is nice but there was some things that need to be address.. Curtains draw strings broke, could only open 3. The master bed room tub had the sprayer glued on which didn’t stay nor would even work. The hot tub had a leak and didn’t work but the owner did get a maintenance guy there to get the heat going on it for us to use but there was still issues with it.
There are cracks in the ceilings and some lawn chairs that need to be thrown away due to have bent legs and torn cushions, which I would say it’s time to upgrade. Missing lights bulbs on the shuffleboard. Outlets that need new covers and adjustments to them. Need more decor on walls to help feel more than just a house built to rent out.
The house has great potential to be worth the amount they are asking for.

As a group of 8 adults, this property met our needs perfectly! It’s obvious tho, it’d be a great choice for all ages. Super location. Short ride to strip, great restaurants, shopping, etc. Clean, beautiful and spacious with multiple amenities and gathering spaces inside and out. Safe and private oasis. We’ll definitely be back

Very spacious property. Plenty of room for our group. Conveniently located for our golf outing and an easy Uber ride to the strip. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the pool, but the fire pits was nice. Would definitely stay again.

So our trip started out horribly dealing with flight issues. We ended up making it in to Las Vegas almost half a day later than expected! When we arrived, just seeing this amazing property completely turned our trip around for us! This property is completely gorgeous! I had just recently proposed to my girlfriend right before this trip, so this was a surprise for her! Let’s just say this house took us days to completely explore it all! The outside of the house was perfect as well. The hot tub, the heated pool, the indoor games, the full-Court basketball court in the backyard….The list goes on! We were well entertained from the moment we arrived until our departure date, and that didn’t even include leaving the house! 5 Stars for sure! The property owners were amazing with communicating with us and making sure our stay was memorable! Thank you so much! We will be back!

Me and my family stayed at this property for our daughter's 21st birthday and this place was perfect! When we walked in it was better than what was expected, there isn't a way to describe how beautiful this property is. All of our kids loved this place and want to come back for another family vacation. It definitely made the birthday and trip. You won't be disappointed.

No toilet paper, no dish soap, no garbage bags, thermostat had no batteries, all outdoor cushions were dirty, patio floor had food and candy all over it, master shower had hair in shower, guest toilet running and broken, hot tub worked once (half full and no light) lights were out all over outside patio, including pool, does not say main bedroom is off main house, full bed in one room with bunk beds, no "chatter" outside after 10 pm (meaning do not be outside past 10 talking) garbage pails were 1/2 full outside, nice looking house but not clean, owners should have cleaning people take video/pictures before and after as they tried to blame me for the toilet being broken. TV'S are confusing, No lounge chairs like in pictures. It was cleaner when we left then when we arrived. Not worth the price AT ALL. WAY TO HIGH, Cheaper to stay on the strip, clean room everyday and you don't have to strip your beds when you leave. If you do stay take pics and videos before and after.

My friends and I booked this beautiful property to celebrate birthday. While we were planning to attend a concert and we'd all been to Las Vegas more than a dozen times over the years, we were seeking a more upscale, private experience near the
Strip to accommodate our group. The listing very accurately describes this luxury home with plenty of beds, multiple bathrooms, a full kitchen, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, bottled water dispenser, dishwasher, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, lots of entertainment options, a gorgeous gameroom, sport court, elliptical and Keurig or traditional coffeemaker. Nine of us joined this weekend and we all slept comfortably with room to spare. The property owners were attentive and responsive whenever we had questions/issues--and overall this was a memorable and enjoyable visit for all. We hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you!!

Great house to stay at
Had a group of 12 of us staying at the house and had plenty of room for everyone without being cramped and we were only about 15 min from the strip. Even if you tired and wanted to relax there was plenty to do at the house with the pool, hot tub, basketball court, games, etc. We all had a great time and would definitely rent this place again if we come back to Vegas.

Beautiful Vegas suburb house
House was very nice, plenty of room for 4 couples to have space to hang out as well as privacy! Loved the game room, the basketball court and the pool and hot tub. Weather was cool so we made use of both the outdoor fire pit and the outdoor and indoor fireplaces.

Excellent Team Stay
Our team was in town for a convention, and this property was the perfect home for us! Exactly as described, and we appreciated the little touches such as toiletries and extra sheets and towels. If we need to rent in Vegas for another team event, we'll be grateful if we can rent this property again!
