We are so glad we chose this property for our stay in Kihei! The other reviewers were spot on about what a wonderful unit this is. The ocean view from the property is amazing, and it was great to have a grassy area where our children could play when we were not on the beach. We took advantage of the large outdoor dining space every evening, and the fridge offered plenty of storage space for nightly cooking. Our favorite thing was watching the sunset, followed by the sea turtles coming up on the beach for the evening. We used the provided beach chairs to enjoy this beautiful event, and one night we counted 13 turtles of varying sizes. It was a delightful new experience for us to watch them come ashore. We appreciated the provision of beach towels, chairs and outdoor toys for our vacation. The host, Brian, was professional and very responsive to our communications. Even though the unit is in a neighborhood with little space between houses, it was quiet and we rarely noticed noise from neighbors or the street. The home is conveniently located to grocery stores, ice cream shops and gift stores. It was great to have cable TV, as this seems to be a lacking feature in VRBOs these days. The living room offered a good amount of space for our group of 7 and we never felt crowded. The individual AC units kept the house cool. We loved the daily visits of the wild chickens and roosters and the sounds of the myna birds. So much to enjoy at this property! Mahalo!

We had a wonderful week in Maui, the house is in a perfect spot with a beautiful lawn that leads down to a sandy beach. Kehei shops and dining are a short walk away! Brian was great to work with and the trip, and check-in/out were all super easy. Mahalo

This property could not have been more amazing! We came as a family to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary, and this house was everything. Convenient, beautiful, and well appointed. There could be no better way to do Maui than this house. A+

Get location and property. Access to beach, sunsets, yard and patio are terrific. Beach community is relaxing and friendly. We highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful house on a beautiful beach. Brian, the property manager, was extremely easy to work with. Access to the beach was easy, even for our 92 year old visitor. One slight caveat: in the visitor's book in the house it was mentioned that there are poisonous black urchins in the coral in the water right there by the house. Whether this is true or not we didn't establish, but we didn't feel comfortable getting into the water there too much. We just went down a ways farther. One more thing needs to be mentioned: there are Hawaiian green sea turtles that came up onto the beach every single night we were there!! I can't overestimate what a thrill that was! I highly recommend this house for a wonderful beach vacation & hope we get a chance to stay there again.

This property is really great for a family vacation. We had 6 adults staying here and we had lots of space to be together and have our own space. Kitchen allowed us cook many of our meals and huge big tables inside and out were great.

This place is in the perfect location! The beach is steps away, where you get to see beautiful sunsets and turtles. The sand is soft and you can walk either direction for great views and exercise. Go out the front door and you have a short walk to local restaurants and shops. The outdoor dining table was a fantastic place to eat breakfast while listening to the waves. Used the large outdoor grill for fish dinners! This place was perfect for our group of nine. We had a magical time in Maui! I would recommend this place to everyone.

My family (my wife and I, our 4 and 6 year olds, and both my wife’s and my parents) stayed here for a week. The backyard of the house leads up to the beach. The 4 bedrooms upstairs are spacious and well positioned. The downstairs area of living room, dining room, and kitchen was a great place for us all to get together to eat and socialize. This house is also within walking distance to various restaurants, food trucks, gym, grocery, and ABC stores. Brian was responsive throughout the week and did a great job of helping us have a comfortable stay. Highly recommend! If we go back to Maui with a group/family, this would be our number one choice again.
