We absolutely loved this unit and all the amenities of the facility! We have 4 kids (age 7-13) so the ground floor unit was perfect for our family. It truly extended the living space with the well kept green space for lawn games. It is right off the pool and ocean access. The ancient fish pond in front of the resort made all of us enjoy the ocean so much more with a safe swimming area.. not to mention all the sea turtles that use its rocks for sunbathing every day!! The beds were beyond comfortable, even the sofa bed! The unit was supplied with more starter supplies than we have ever seen before.. beach chairs, snorkels, boogy boards, laundry, and kitchen essentials. We absolutely recommend this location and unit! Thank you so much for making Maui an unforgettable experience for our family!

This was our second stay in this condo. Sande and Bob are wonderful to deal with. We were greeted with a nice note and beautiful flowers. We love this condo for several reasons. 1. Ground floor condo with ocean view. 2. Fully stocked with condiments, floaties, beach chairs, etc. 3. Steps away from the pool and beach. 4. The fish pond makes for an ideal kid beach. Super shallow and no waves. It’s also fun for adults to float in. Turtles every day. We love it here and will continue to stay with Sande and Bob. Thanks for another great trip to Maui!

Comfortable and great location.

If we ever come to Maui again, we would highly consider renting from you. We loved eating dinner and watching the sunset on the roof. Your condo was in a desired location.

The condo was as described. The location was very very convenient and literally a minutes walk to the beach which was a very clean private beach. Condo is located in the heart of Kihei in very close proximity to great food and shopping options. Above all, the responsiveness of the host was the best. They even came by to meet us at the end of our visit. Every amenity needed was available in the unit. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect foe my husband and our adult daughter. The location on the first floor, close to barbecues, pool, and the beach were just what we wanted. Yet, we felt like we were in our own world. Nightly sunsets were gorgeous. The 600 year old native fish pond made for smooth waves on shore. The sea turtles that come in are incredible!

Family of 4 (with 2 small children) plus grandparents stayed for a week, and it was wonderful! Perfect location right across the lawn from the pool and the beach a few steps further. The sand toys and boogie boards were so nice to have at the condo for our kids, and the water in the lagoon was calm and safe for our kids. Highly recommend this for anyone traveling with small children!

Lovely condo, just steps from parking, the pool, and the beach. Check-in was easy and communication from the owners was prompt and friendly. My husband and I booked this unit specifically because it was ground floor and near everything as we were hosting my 88 year old father. Little touches throughout the condo show the care the owners put into the place. The unit is clean and nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics, is well-equipped and easy to cook in and while it lacks a vegetable peeler, it does have a cast iron skillet which was a welcome surprise! We really enjoyed the fish pond/lagoon area for swimming and sea turtle viewing, and wandered the beaches on either side of the complex. It was fun to watch the sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop, and there are several bbq grills both by the pool and on the rooftop for a cookout. There's a handy ABC store and farmers market nearby, and everything else you could need (restaurants, groceries, shopping) is easily found in S.Kihei. For tourism, the Maui Ocean Center and Hui No'eau Visual Arts Center are standouts, but our favorite visit was to the Humpback Whale Sanctuary Visitor Center next door--Suzanne the docent is a brilliant and hilarious educator and we will remember her lessons forever! (If you go, remember 15-15-15.) We really enjoyed our stay here, it was such a perfect and relaxing visit. We definitely would book this unit again.

Maui is just a dream island! Sandy was a great host and reached out to us after the fires. We are so happy we went. Her place is a great location. We did many things in the area. Our favorite was going to sunrise at the Haleakalā Mountain and the road to Hana. She had everything we could need we loved being on the lower level we loved the sea turtles right on our own back door in Mahalo.

This condo is on the bottom floor with direct access to the pool and a quick little walk to the ocean! It was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. We could not have had a better place to stay with family!

A very relaxing vacation and just what we had hoped. The location is great, just far enough away from Kehei but close to enjoy the amenities. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed. The ocean is walled off providing a great warm pool area for swimming and the turtles love the beach far to the right of the property. The only drawback is if you wish to be in a place without children this might not be for you. The pool was lovely but also full of children. It's hard to get kids to follow the rules of no diving or yelling. When we had a few moments to ourselves it was so peaceful with the ocean waves crashing behind us. Overall though a wonderful property. Clean pool right by the ocean, three grills located beside the pool / ocean and a spotlessly clean condo. The condo was just as listed with functioning A/C, full kitchen, etc. I'd definitely return to this unit in the future!

This was our first visit to Maui and it was the perfect place for our family! Clean, conveniently located, and well stocked. We were able to be on the beach in a matter of a few steps. The view can't be beat! Other than food and drinks and our personal toiletries, we didn't have to buy anything as the condo was very well stocked. We saw sea turtles every single day of our stay! The protected swimming area allowed us to swim any time of day even when the water was rough outside the protected area. Added bonus, we got to meet the owners, Bob and Sande during our stay! They are delightful!

The condo is located right on the beach and many turtles to see in the early morning within walking distance. Great viewing of sunsets from the lanai also. The condo came very well stocked with beach chairs, ice chests, umbrellas, boogie boards, and snorkel gear. The owners responded right away to fix the one issue we had regarding an appliance that was not working and they came out and fixed the problem in minutes. Overall it was a great time and great accommodations. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Our family gathered to celebrate two anniversaries, the Fourth of July and two birthdays. This condo was first class in all respects. Tastefully decorated, BTW. It was so well equipped! We found everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, and playing during our 2-weeks there. No trips to the store for supplies! We used the rooftop bbq’s every night and ate all our meals on the lanai. Such a view! We enjoyed memorable sunsets—and the beach and turtle lagoon were favorite “kid activities.”

This property was in a great location and had fantastic views! The ancient fish pond just down from the property was a plus, we were able to see many sea turtles each morning! Overall the property was clean but the bathrooms could have used a ventilation system, they were a bit musty. There were lots of little gnats all over inside too, but I’m sure that’s the nature of a beach house! I would certainly stay again with the easy check-in process and “extras” (such a beach gear) that were provided at the condo!

Very Happy with the property. Loved the Turtle Sanctuary.

We loved the check in process and owners were responsive. You can't beat the property location and its proximity to both beach and the pool. We enjoyed seeing turtles every morning and building sandcastles then heading up the street for shaved ice. The condo was very clean and there was a ton of activity stuff! A lovely pool noodle and floaties, etc., for the pool and sand mats and umbrellas, sand toys, for the beach. So helpful! Lots of kitchen gadgets (and even spices). The guest room ceiling fan wasn't working but luckily there was AC. Can't beat the sunsets.

We recommend. The complex is well maintained. The unit was clean and comfortable and had A/C. It is in an ideal location within the complex, near the pool and sandy beach. BBQ’s and shuffleboard were also close. A nice view from the lanai. Most of the beach is protected by an ancient fishpond wall which created a breakwater and gentle waves, suitable for toddlers. We saw turtles on the wall everyday, and one on the beach. One of the best.

We should come back here in a heartbeat. The ocean views and sounds out the door are amazing. People around are friendly. The property managers were wonderful to work with.

Had the opportunity to explore Maui for three days. Excellent home base for our adventure. Condo complex was very nice. Whale watching is excellent!

A good location for families. We liked being on the ground floor, just steps away to the pool and to the beach (unfortunately the beach was not usable due to recent rains). The unit had everything we needed, a few updates would be nice just to give it a bit of spruce up (older bathtub/peeling of bathroom door), but we would return!

We traveled to Maui to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday, at her request. The condo was exactly as described and suited us perfectly. My mother was able to enjoy wading in the ocean, watching the whales and turtles and the evening sunsets without difficulty. We felt at home and appreciate you sharing your condo with us. We would not hesitate to return and recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

This was a great property in a great location. Everything at your fingertips and lots of accessories stocked for the beach! Although an older and dated unit, it was very clean and well taken care of! We had a great time!
