My boyfriend, my parents and my niece stayed at this property to celebrate my niece's birthday. The house was absolutely gorgeous and was by far the best place we have ever stayed. I wish I could just pick it up and take it to every vacation destination that I visit. haha There was so many extras included in the house which was wonderful. The owner was very responsive and so kind. The walk to the beach only took about 10 minutes which wasn't bad at all and there's a cart to pull things to the beach which was a nice surprise. If we decide to vacation in Hilton Head again, we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

It had been some time since we last stayed in Queens Grant (about 12 years) and we were not disappointed. It was truly a lovely unit - as we walked in, the unit was so spacious and clean! It was beautiful! We were glad it was so close to the general store and tennis/pickleball courts. And it was about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Our Family enjoyed a very relaxing and fun stay on Hilton Head. The property was extremely clean and comfortable and had all the conveniences for our stay. A great place to vacation.

This was an excellent property, well cared for and could not have been in a better location. Bikes, brand new beach chairs, well appointed kitchen are just a few reasons we hope to stay here again. Location to Pickleball courts, the beach, the resort bike trails and Alexanders restaurant as well as across the highway to restaurants and concert we fantastic. The owner is very responsive and helpful, I hope we can book again.

This property is great for a family- walk or bike to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Location is nice and quiet, and also close to golf, tennis and pickleball. Fantastic location on Hilton Head. Telie is super responsive and helpful!

I chose this place for its location and it did not disappoint. Close to everything! We walked to Pickleball and tennis. Went to the General Store every morning. Close to the beach and The Dunes House. Very quiet and well stocked - we had everything we needed for a great family vacation and more. I wish we could have stayed longer.

This villa was not only exactly as advertised, but better! It had everything we could possibly need, and anything we may have forgotten. The entire place was very clean, the beds were super comfy. The walk to the beach was easy (10 minutes, mostly shaded) with two grade school age children.Two Bikes and cart were provided along with 3 beach chairs, and sand toys. A Keurig coffee pot and a regular coffee pot were available, a crockpot, blender, and every type of utensil and cooking dish you could imagine. Plenty of living room seating and dining space. Telie was very responsive to all questions. The air conditioner had a little bit of a hard time keeping up in the heat of the day, but did better in the evening. Overall a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay again!

We had a great experience. The house and the place had everything we wanted to do. Tennis, pickleball, biking on the beach, etc.

I think this was the best vrbo we stayed at so far. This place was so clean, well decorated, and it had everything you need for a beach trip. I mean EVERYTHING. We took ours, but it had beach chairs/umbrella/towels, boogie boards, bikes, and oh the kitchen had everything we needed too. Telie was so prompt and kind. We really enjoyed our vacation and want to be back soon. Thank you Telie!!!

One of the cleanest properties I've ever stayed at. Loved the privacy of the back yard. I even saw deer one morning out back. And, the air-conditioning worked great. It was on when I arrived, which was a pleasant surprise. Telie was super nice as well.

Telie, the property manager, couldn't have been better to work with! Bikes included was a big bonus. Kitchen had everything you need.

This property and its owner are fantastic! I was so impressed with the terrific communication, beautiful home, and ample amenities. Tillie thought of everything and made our visit so relaxing. I can't recommend this property enough.

The entire property is well maintained, clean and gorgeous! The location is central on the island making it easy to access all amenities, stores and restaurants

Telie was WONDERFUL to work with!! We had a small issue w/ check in & it was handled quickly, efficiently & more than reasonably!!! The home is very well appointed (kitchen was as if we were in our own kitchen…has everything needed) & loved having the bikes available for use!

I just loved this condo. It was very spacious. Great location. Quiet area. Short walk to the beach, steps from pickleball / tennis courts. Owner was the best. Communicated so well. The owner really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and had a nice time. Highly recommend this condo.

The villa was everything we hoped it would be; appointments, cleanliness, location. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to coming back.

We live in Charleston, SC and wanted to take a mini vacation not too far away from home and this location was perfect! The villa is spacious & very clean and very well located to everything! You can easily walk to general store & beach! Across the highway like 5 mins you are close to shopping & restaurants and grocery store - super convenient! The owner is super nice , helpful & responsive! We enjoyed the bikes! We would def go back and highly recommend ! 5 stars !

We had a terrific time staying in this beautiful, spacious, well equipped Villa. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and it was more than we expected. The Island is amazing, from the food, to the beach and weather were perfect and the proximity to everything was within walking distance. Family came from California and Florida to join us and they loved it as much as we did. We will definitely be back! The Candy's and Auntie

Wonderful villa located in Palmetto Dunes! The area was so quiet that it actually felt like being on vacation! In the past, beach vacations have been too hustle and bustle! We loved the property both inside and out. Any time there was a question or problem the owner addressed it in swift manner. My family is discussing about ooking agsin for next year already!

We had a great time and would highly recommend this property and property owner. Our only recommendation might be to add a grab bar in each bathing area as we had our elderly 90 year old parents with us who would have been blessed by the same. Grateful for all.

Beautiful and spacious villa that was ideally located within a five minute walk or bike ride to the beach. This villa offered great space for our family to spread out (with large kitchen, bedrooms and living room) and to also spend time together (dining area, outside patio and bbq, and television area). The owners were accommodating and informative hosts and helped ensure our stay was well planned. Will certainly look to stay here again and would highly recommend this villa.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this lovely villa on HHI. It is perfectly situated in Palmetto Dunes with just a short walk to the beach and the General Store and a quick ride to all of the best spots and restaurants on HHI. The villa is beautifully furnished, cozy, and welcoming—we felt right at home during our week there. We particularly appreciated how Telie keeps the villa stocked with everything we could possibly need for our vacation—beach umbrellas, tents, a cart, several beach chairs, and two bicycles (which were so nice to take advantage of with all of the paths in Palmetto Dunes). I have never stayed anywhere (on HHI or otherwise) with all of those great amenities on hand. It made such a huge difference for us. Telie was a wonderful hostess and made the entire check-in process simple and smooth. She was kind and checked in with us about our trip. We would absolutely love to stay here again—it was a memorable week, and we are so grateful we found such a good spot on HHI! Thank you, Telie!
