The condo was perfect! Great size, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed. Was a great surprise to find wagons with chairs and umbrellas, which saved us money not having to rent them on the beach!

2 adult couples stayed in this nice, clean 3 bedroom. The 3rd bedroom doesn’t have a closet but we just used it to put extra things in. The condo had everything we needed. We especially liked the roomy 2 other bedrooms & the large balcony with good furniture. We spent a lot of time out there when inside. The location is great, can walk to a lot.

Everything was great ! Great location! The only thing we thought needing updated was the condominium pool.

Only complaint 3rd bedroom does not have very good air conditioning. Very warm Also a small pantry would have been nice

Easy to check in--property was as advertised--my wife thought it was the best condo we have ever rented in terms of appearance, decor, etc. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved, welcoming packet was not on the counter when we arrived but was brought over to us within the first hour of arrival--balcony rail was too flexible, had to have maintenance look at it, they had an outside contractor come in to repair it, they were still involved with that when we left- the two guest bedrooms could use softer mattresses--kids complained they were too hard--master bedroom was perfect--condo is decorated beautifully--great location, easy to get in and out, people there were very friendly--balcony views of the beach are perfect--would like to be able to see the evening sunsets but can't do that based on the balcony location in relation to the August sunsets--we would definitely stay there again if possible on a future trip

Great place to stay

Condo was clean comfortable and in a great location. The view was great too! Located where you can walk to places to eat and shop.

The condo was fabulous, location was fabulous but the limited # of elevators was a nightmare, especially when one of the two didn’t work. No building with 18 floors should have only two elevators.

The property was excellent. Updated and in wonderful shape We had a great stay. The deck and deck chairs were fantastic! The beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon were an unexpected benefit. Communication from the Alabama Getaway team was great. The one minor complaint I have was with the small amount of toilet paper (one roll per bathroom) and dish soap (one very tiny bottle) provided. We ended up having to purchase some of each to finish out the week. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would happily reserve the same condo in the future.

Condo was well stocked with all needs including beach chairs and umbrella with wagon. Very clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay and will be back. Staff was beyond nice and easy to reach if needed. Only complaints are they need more than 2 elevators. Long waits for it & heat the kids water area. The splash pad water stayed too cold for kids play.

I loved the condo, the location, and the beds were fantastic! It was a great place to stay and I will look forward to staying again. I would not stay during peak season as there would not be enough pool for the whole complex but I am not a big pool goer at the beach.

Absolutely loved this unit and the view towards the Hangout. The outdoor furniture on the balcony was very comfortable for sitting outside and the rest of the unit was just as comfortable. Loved the master bath shower.

The kitchen was very well stocked with gadgets, bake ware, dishes... Surf and Suds next door had great food. Loved the balcony but it was cold when we came. The king sized bed needs to be replaced soon. Living room furniture and patio furniture were great. Very clean and quiet. The on line pictures showed a swimming pool with indoor access but the pool was empty. We were really wanting to swim. I have contacted the email address asking about a refund for an overcharge and have had no response.

Very nice..very clean..kitchen well stocked. Loved having the beach supplies and wagon for our use. The only down side was the construction that was going on every day in the condo above us

The building closed the pool for repairs right before our stay and the rental company was willing to help us find another location or provide a discount. They let us know as soon as they knew and worked to make sure we remained happy. They respond very quickly to any inquiries. Very happy.

We had a wonderful time. Everything in condo was great. Beautifully decorated. Would definitely book again!

We were very pleased with the layout of the condo and the fully stocked kitchen. The sheet on the pull out couch was very dirty and had to be changed immediately. Overall it was nice and we loved the beach.

I loved the location and accommodations were good with everything you need. Elevators were a nightmare but Alabama Getaways was always accommodating.

First the positives! Unit #1309 is great. It’s decorated nice and has a lovely view. The unit has a wagon, beach toys and chairs which was a nice unexpected find when we arrived. The only negative of the unit is the sleeper sofa mattress is very uncomfortable. After the first night we pivoted and slept on the sofa without making it into a bed. The big negative of this property is the elevator situation. We waited 15-20 minutes in lines to access the elevator. The morning we left it took an hour to load our cars due to the elevators being full. With only 2 elevators servicing 19 floors it was a hot mess our entire stay. I won’t stay here again because of this issue.

Beautiful place great location!

This condo is everything you will possibly need for your stay. The kitchen has every cooking appliance, dinnerware and utensils you could think of! We thought the location was great, we didn't have problems with the elevators at all, ( as mentioned in other reviews.) We will defiantly rent here again as its close to everything we needed and was clean!

Property was clean and well maintained. Refrigerator filters need replacement.

This condo met all our expectations. The pool was overrun with small children, even in the hot tub.

Our stay was simply amazing. The view from our balcony was so breathtaking. Will definitely be coming back and prayerfully in the same unit Seawind 1309, the staff was readily available but we were never in need of their assistance. They prepared everything for us where all we had to do was just enjoy our stay.

Bed in second bedroom very hard and uncomfortable. Filter on refrigerator ice and water needed changed. Reported to property Mgr but noone came to change it. Skillets and knives need to be undated. In fact, the electric skillet missing temperature control dial. Otherwise condo very nice. Very relaxing vacation.

My family of 5 arrived late in the evening but the check-in directions were very easy and accurate. The first thing we noticed was the sound of the waves and realized our building was only steps from the gulf. There were 3 bedrooms, 2 larger and 1 smaller. The bedding and linens were very crisp and inviting. My daughter wanted to cook and do some baking and the kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, and other things she needed. We discovered there was a small market right across the street if we forgot anything we needed. There were TVs in each bedroom which was very nice. There was great seating on the deck and the views were amazing. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops. The elevator was very quick each time we needed it. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs that was great for meals and game playing. The unit was very clean and quiet. We look forward to staying there again.

This condo has everything you want in going to the beach. It faces the gulf with gorgeous, unrestricted views of the water and beach. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is well stocked with everything you would want to cook and feed six or so. It is super clean and well maintained except for a couple of caveats. The sofa and chairs are well worn and sitting in them will cause you some discomfort. The double bed in the third bedroom is against a wall so it is impossible for two people to use it. That room also does not have a closet. The condo itself is staffed with maintenance and security people who are a credit to the condo and very helpful. The building is kept clean and there is ample parking. The only negative we found is the ice machine charging 5.50 for a bag of ice seems to be excessive. Overall, this was a positive rental. Try it, you'll like it.

Condo was located perfectly

we all enjoyed our stay there. The view was awesome. We stayed on the balcony alot . Our greatest concern was the balcony railing. It felt extremely loose. It made me nervous. That was my only issue with this property.

The rooms were clean and very nice. Only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom creaked a lot.
