Great trip but condo could have been cleaner.

We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, convenient to everything we wanted to do. Comfortable furnishings and mostly clean. The floorboards were dirty and there were dust bunnies in the master bedroom near the bed and dresser. Enjoyed the lagoon with it's wild life and sitting by the pool.

The property was in good condition with all appliances in working order and plenty of cookware for us to have some meals in. Plenty of room to stretch out and the decor made the place cozy. The location was also perfect for shopping and dining.

This was a last-minute (ish) booking for my family, and we thoroughly enjoyed how smooth the check-in process was as well as the convenient location. Would definitely recommend and consider booking here again!

Great beach rental! We arrived early and the house was ready when we got in. The house was very clean. The pool was nice! Almost no one was ever in it. The location was fantastic! Our group was able to run, walk, and bike everywhere- less than a mile to the beach. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Nice condo. Close to everything

If you're looking for a no-frills place with decent location, this is it. Everything is.....fine. Cleaning was sub-par, decorations/furniture is outdated and a little rough, but you're only two blocks from the beach and decent shopping/restaurants. One thing that I will say was a disappointment was the total lack of any supplies. No dish soap, salt & pepper/seasonings, coffee filters, etc. Literally nothing. Most other places I've stayed at have at least offered the basics. So to go out & buy all of that to only use for a week was a bummer. Probably wouldn't stay at this particular place again.

Great property. King bed was so comfortable!!

The entire unit could be updated. The bath off the king bed side was dirty and the shower curtain was moldy. The rug in the other bedroom bath was dirty. There were no cleaning products at all. The table on the back deck was never cleaned. The location was great. You need a better cleaning company and a more efficient inspection. Sorry for the negativity but you should know these things.

This property was spacious, clean and cozy. Very homey feeling. Everything we needed to be comfortable.

Perfect place. Just enough room for us all. Place was clean beds were soft plenty of items in the kitchen and a short 5 min bike ride to the beach.

The property we originally acquired was unsuitable for habitation. A friend recommended contacting Buddy at Seashore Vacations. Buddy was able to offer us 3 properties and 95 Courtside was a frantic effort to salvage our beach vacation. The property was located on the 2nd floor making it difficult to access for our special needs child for entry to home & pool. Also with construction underway for the lagoons that surrounded the pool it difficult to get to the pool easily. We found the home clean, cozy and maintained and ultimately salvaged our vacation. Fantastic place to stay! Plenty of room for the 5 adults and 2 under 2 we had! The beds were very comfortable and the balcony had a good view of a pond and pool. Only about a 8 minute walk to the beach from the condo.

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. It was an easy 1 block walk to the beach. I wish there was a hairdryer in the condo to use. The property clearly stated there were no beach chairs or umbrella at the condo but that would have been a nice touch. We had a very enjoyable trip. We would stay at the condo again.

We loved our stay here. Perfect location with a less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Both pools are great as well, with easy access to one of them right through the back door. The unit itself was great too. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable couches in the living room. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, it was tough to go back to my mattress at home after sleeping on it for several days.

The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We are a biking family so location is important. We were close enough to ride to most of the restaurants and attractions. Definitely recommend this place and we will certainly be back.

It was a great place to stay. The location was awesome and very quite.

Great location with being close to trolley stop!! Our unit overlooked the pond which was great in the mornings for our kiddos to see turtles. Pool was very clean. Decor in unit was a bit dated but comfortable and clean. Would stay again and reccomend to friends.

I love the single-story layout of 94 Courtside. The decor (beautiful floors, colors, etc) is so appealing. I rented 2 other condos, 95 and 115, for other family members, and we enjoyed time together at the pool. I would definitely request 94 Courtside again.

It was a beautiful property. Location within the complex was superb! Just steps away from the pool. Even though the facility was a block and a half away from the beach, you are farther away then that for beach access. Would definitely come again. And I am going to highly recommend this place to our friends!!

Nice and clean condo. About 1/2 mile walking distance to restaurants and outdoor mall. Block from the beach. Nice and convenient location.

Listing is very accurate. Condo is clean and all appliances were working. Kitchen well equipped. Location very good, easy and quick access to the beach, grocery stores and Coligny Plaza for shopping. Communication with rental agency easy, they are very responsive. Accurate instructions were provided.

The property was great and it was huge for a family of 4. I like that idea of one big tv. the kids had to go an play. I dont have any major issue beside the fan in the bedroom with 3 beds that it was not working, but they offer a fan.

Great location 5-minute walk from the beach. Community has a decent sized pool and parking is not a problem! Very happy overall!
