Great location in the heart of Cogligny. The unit itself needs some updating in kitchen/ bathrooms but sufficed for a long weekend and no issues with cleanliness.

Great property. The location is unbeatable, with the beach across the street, town park next door and Coligny Square shops and restaurants a 5-minute walk away. Once you arrive, there is no need to drive anywhere. The property is also first-class. Very clean, nice building and grounds, pool is well maintained. We spent a LOT of time just sitting on the living room balcony enjoying the view. This is a perfect spot to just get away from things and relax.

The unit was in the perfect place for my friends and I. Tucked away and we loved that piece. However, the place was very outdated. The kitchen needs a new dishwasher, it was very rusty and the furniture looked run down and there were patches where work was clearly done. Also, part of the floor was beginning to come up around the kitchen living room area. Again, it was good location wise but the photos are a little misleading to work that was needed.

Close to the beach, roomy 3 bedroom condo containing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Overall our stay was so-so. The accomodations were not perfect - the master shower didn't work, and the place could have been a little bit cleaner. But, the worst part of the whole trip was a local who apparently lives in the building full-time. One afternoon while enjoying the pool, a local woman, whom I assume owns a local food service establishment (taken from the conversation she was having on her cell phone with one of her employees about a customer) was pacing about the pool area frantically and hastily rearranging the pool furniture to her liking. Tossing chairs and tables about as to isolate her seat from anyone else there. The entire time, she is continually dropping the "F" word, or the "S" word, LOUDLY to whoever she's talking to on the phone. Another guest (before we got to the pool) had left a pool noodle and when my 11-year-old son blew water through the tube she did not hesitate to berate him, loudly and in front of everyone present, "Young man, don't do that again! That's"F'n' disgusting!" I'd had enough. I asked my children to get out of the pool so we could leave. I then addressed the woman, saying, "Ma'am, I'd appreciate it very much if you could watch your language in front of my children." It was at this point that she turned her wrath towards me. "You know, it's people like you that are the reason I am this way!" (Assuming she means vacationing tourists.) She continues, "...we have to deal with @ holes like you every day." BEWARE OF THE LOCALS!

The property is in a very good location. The actual unit is dated and pretty worn out. Broken cabinets, door handles, faucets, burned out lights bulbs, etc. Additionally, a thorough cleaning is badly needed.

Place needs TLC desperately!!

Close to beach, shopping, restaurants. Pool onsite was great with teens tired of beach. Comfortable beds and furniture. Enjoyed balcony. Cooked 3 nights and had all tools I needed. Overall great place to stay.
