5 minute walk to the beach with path directly across the street! Home was clean with careful consideration of all of our needs. Loved the layout and 3rd floor balcony! Would definitely stay here again.

Property was beautiful, well kept, comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming. Short walk to the beach, which was good exercise, and can see pool from back deck. Ocean water and pool water were perfect.

We had 8 stay here and we all fit comfortably! Our three kids loved the bunk room and the other two bedrooms were very comfortable. It was a nice touch to have dishwasher and laundry pods available for guest use. It was a quick walk to the beach and we even saw an alligator in the pond water right outside the front door! Would recommend!

We had a great time. Really enjoyed everything. The property was very close to the beach and shopping and was very well maintained. Hilton Head is beautiful. We seen deer on the beach, an alligator just lounging by the pond and so many different birds it was wonderful. We would definitely comeback.

Really can’t be beat for the price. The beds were super comfy, the pool was right there, and the beach was an easy walk. The chairs/wagon/umbrella/beach toys were really nice to have as well. We had a great time!

This was a great place to stay for us. This is a 3 story condo that had the space we needed for 7 people. The condo was nicely remodeled and fully stocked with everything one might need. The location was great as we just drove down the street to the beach. Parking at the beach was free and everything is quite lovely in Hilton Head. Would recommend to friends!

The location was very good. Property needs some improvements. Buildings looked a bit shabby but the area was clean. The unit's kitchen and bathrooms need upgrading. Faucets corroded. No handsoap. The linens in the bedrooms need replacing. Some sheets were stained. Very hard to get in contact with owners. VRBO returned our calls but property manager did not. We have used VRBO for 4 visits now. This property was the most expensive so far but the least attractive and least value.

This was the perfect place for a family with 6 teenage/young adult girls. We were just a block from the beach and the rental was nicely refurbished. We would stay there again.

Glad we could stay here for the second time. Our house was attentive and responsive and we had a great week on the island! Having a wagon on premises helped us not have to bring one to tote the littles around!

We had an outstanding time at the property. We did have a clogged drain and the property owner was very responsive and had a plumber there in no time at all to fix the problem. One of the nicest accommodations we’ve stayed at.

The house was perfect for the 8 of us. My kids really enjoyed the bunk bed room. It’s so close to the beach, 1-2 block walk, and the area is so cute. Would definitely come back. Thanks
