It was clean nice and very comfortable with a very nice view I'll be back

we really enjoyed having 2 large room suite with full kitchen while vacationing with our baby.i usually book rooms on high floors but the view from the extra large 3rd floor balcony was incredible. we could see the ocean and pools and enjoyed the sunsets.

This is a great unit. It’s nice to have the full kitchen. Lots of space to spread out. Everyone at the resort is super friendly - that made the stay!

We just got home from Fontainebleau today, and it was nothing short of amazing. The resort itself is gorgeous. The regular rooms are overpriced for what they are ... however.. this listing is gorgeous and really not THAT much more money ..for WAY more space and amenities. The only things I would give less than 5 stars on are not the owners fault. The cleanliness was subpar given the extra cost at the end- but that's on the resort not this owner! It wasn't dirty by any means but you'd think it would be sparkling with that extra charge! The view is perfect and the balcony is incredible. The only thing I would suggest is adding another mirror around the unit. There was only 1 full length Mirror in the bedroom-bathroom and I was always looking for another one ! If we do go back to this hotel in the future- I will absolutely stay in this unit!! Thank you for a great stay!!

I have been to this property before and absolutely love it. Previously I have booked with the hotel directly or on short term rental apps. This was my first time using VRBO. The cleaning fee is not something you pay when booked the other ways-FYI. The cleaning fee would be one thing if the room was actually clean when I got checked in. There is stains everywhere on the carpet and what looked like clumps of mud. There was someone else’s trash on the deck. I am not sure the room was cleaned aside from the sheets on the bed. The furniture is very dated and banged up. The tv remote works half the time. The washer/dryer is really just a washer.Do not plan to sleep on the pull out couch as the mattress is an thick as a Kleenex. The check in process was awkward. They are clearly not favs of VRBO renters. We were treated like we didn’t belong there. The way they explain the cleaning fee is terrible. I was told “you weren’t told about this yet but there an extra $200 that will go on your card”. It was almost like the check in staff enjoyed telling people that that rent from VRBO. I’d go again but I’d never book this unit or with this management company again. I regret booking this room and wasted $500+.

We had a great stay in this apartment. Check in and out was easy and the room is very spacious and well kept. There was quick access to the pool and beach. Would definitely stay here again.
