Location

The heating was not working; the bathroom smelled like sewage; they moved me to a new room; the heating was still not working; tv not working (they tried to prepare it, still not working) USB wall charging was not working. Room service food was bad quality, french fries were unavailable, and other items were unavailable. I will never go again. This was my third visit in a month.

Restaurants quality could be improved

The hotel was beautiful, the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My room was large and well stocked--with water and sparkling water, coffee and tea--as well as bathroom amenities. Wi-fi was good and the pillows were wonderful.

The bed was a bit hard for my taste.

What to expect 5* experience. Good breakfast and food. Nice vibe! Perfect when you have a long stay over - spa and a couple of restaurants at site.

My stay at Hyatt was an experience. After an hour I entered the hotel, the bathroom sink collapsed in front of me. I had never seen a thing like this before. They changed my room. Breakfast was ok only for the sweets. Disappointing.

Rude staff at the gate. They also don't assist with luggage, so you'll have to load your luggage yourself on the x-ray.
