Super friendly and helpful staff. Big room and big bed.

Need renovation and more cleanliness, then, would be perfect.

The stuff are very friendly from the receptionists, the restaurant staff, special thanks to the porter who I didn’t catch his name, all security personnel where friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like was the sofa set and table. I stayed in king suite for the third time i just wished the sofa set were more modern and comfortable.

not sure what the property can do about it but the approach road has been in bad shape for many years. makes difficult to walk/drive when raining

Breakfast was as good as you get in Ethiopia. Rooms were very nice and spacious, nice desk for working at and good aircon and room facilities. I liked the fact that each room had an iron in, so its good for business trips.

Had to pay 100$ for early checkin, but we did arrive at 7AM so I guess this is understandable.

The reception manager was so rude, she’s terrible. I stayed for 7 nights but she kicked me out in the middle of the night without Offering an alternative. she was really rude, I’ll not recommend this hotel and I’ll certainly never return.

Location is good for a quick transit stay. The room was excellent as always, large, very clean, I love the large shower, large and fluffy bath mat, the bed is very comfortable. I like that there is a kettle in the room.

The cup in the room is small, I prefer a mug :) the wifi in the room was sketchy.

It was very close to the Airport.

The front desk people should be having a smile welcoming guests. They should be more accommodating. I was charged an extra day for being 3 hours early. The room service phone is always busy.

Everything was perfect

The room is big and comfy. The water pressure and temperature is great. We could walk to a grocery store and there is a great restaurant nearby, Mamas Kitchen.
