Once again we had an extraordinary time in punta mita. This property has everything you could want and more. Betty is one of the best cooks and most of the time we enjoyed her meals more than the restaurants off site. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in #703 Hacienda de Mita in Punta de Mita, From the moment we arrived, everything ran smoothly and made for a relaxing stay for our group of 7 adults. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Cynthia and given a tour of the area and recommendations for meals and things to do during the day. During our stay, we enjoyed exploring the different beach clubs and loved the easy accessibility to the town to grab coffee or dinner. We also had Betty prepare breakfast a few mornings which was delicious! The golf cart was a great amenity. The resort is a large property and the cart made getting to different beaches, the fitness center, pickleball courts and around town a lot easier. The condo itself was spacious and fit our group perfectly. We definitely hope we can come back again soon! The only improvements would be a stronger and more consistent WiFi (although that may be attributed more to being in Mexico) and better air circulation in the bunk room. It got quite warm in that space at night. That said, you won't be disappointed at this destination! Thanks for a great getaway.

Absolutely amazing condo on a beautiful property. The unit is stunning, with a gorgeous view and huge balcony. Everything you need to enjoy and relax, including premier access to other clubs so you can enjoy even more! The golf cart is new and really nice! It made exploring really easy! The owner is amazing as well! Attentive and you can tell takes pride in the unit. Will be back for sure!

HDM 703 is really nice and spacious! We had plenty of room for all 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids). The concierge and housekeeper were great and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the balcony is at was spacious with plenty of seating and a great view of the ocean. The walk-thru access gate to town was really convenient when we wanted to walk to dinner. There is NOTHING not to like about this condo!

We could not have asked for a better stay. The condo was as described and more. The staff was superb and Betty was an added bonus. We all enjoyed her meals way more than eating out. We can’t wait to go back.

This was the perfect antidote to a hectic year and with the wonderful accommodations, location and staff I felt like I was on fantasy island.

We returned yesterday after 8 days at Hacienda de Mita #703. It was our 3rd stay in this villa-and we continue to love it!! We had a wonderful time and everything was perfect. The villa is beautifully decorated and kept super clean. The housekeeper Betty is terrific. She is a wonderful cook and prepares the best breakfasts and lunches(esp. her fish tacos, enchiladas and guacamole!). Several times, we saved our lunches for dinner-eating in and watching a movie on the large screen TV in the living room. It couldn't have been more "chill" after a long year. The property also gives you access to the golf courses and all the beach clubs-Kupuri is my most favorite. After just one day back home, we can't wait to return!

My family had an amazing stay at Michelle's home. The condo is just as advertised with a huge patio with ocean and golf course views. Having membership to the beach clubs and a golf cart to use were ideal. We will definitely stay here again.

Came back to Punta de Mita for a second time and rented this beautiful condo again. Everything was absolutely perfect, the condo is spacious and very comfortable, the housekeeper Betty is wonderful and keeps the place spotless and is a great cook. The owners are great to deal with. Punta De Mita is absolute heaven. Wanted to stay there forever...

We absolutely loved the condo, the property, and all of the people who worked there. Betty is the sweetest lady who took amazing care of us and cooked us the best meals (I miss her!). The concierge team was wonderful and incredibly responsive. The condo itself is gorgeous, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. It was perfect for our group of two families with two daughters each, including three teenagers. The location could not be beat as we were a five minute walk into town and we loved having the golf cart to get to the beach clubs. The owner was incredibly responsive and so friendly. This has been our best VRBO experience to date - and we have had many. We loved it!

Great condo with fabulous service and view. The fourth bedroom is a laundry room with two bunk beds. Kids could not sleep there due to fumes from cleaning products, laundry and dust. The laundry room was not cleaned at all. That was the only downer of our trip. Everything else about the condo was great.

Michele and the concierge were wonderful to work with. Hacienda de Mita is perfect for people who want the resort amenities, but still want access to town. Michele’s unit is in the perfect location and the views are incredible. Michele was a pleasure to work with and so was the concierge staff as well as Betty the housekeeper. My husband and I and my two daughters( in their 20's) spent Christmas week in HDM 703. It was a wonderful vacation. The villa is beautifully decorated and spacious. It is immaculate in terms of cleanliness. It is everything described in the pictures and more. It's location in PDM is perfect. There is a pool for the building just a few steps away. It is hardly ever used, so it is pretty much your private pool to enjoy. You are also just a short walk to HDM Beach Club which has another pool and a jacuzzi. They offer drinks and they will order food for you from nearby restaurants and serve it if you care to eat there as well. The villa is very close to the outside gate which leads you to the small town just outside. So if you decide to walk around or eat there(which is really fun since most of the restaurants are right on the beach!), you don't need to take the golf cart! The villa also comes with a Premium membership. This means that you can use other beach clubs in PM. This is where having the golf cart was great. Nearly every day, we went to another club- the Sufi beach club, Kapuri beach club and Resident's beach club. We liked Sufi the best, It is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is wonderful and it has a small beach side shack for lunch. So much fun!!! But in addition to all of the above, the best part of the condo is the housekeeper, Betty. I booked the condo in part because her reviews were terrific and they were absolutely true. She cooked us a huge fabulous breakfast every morning as well as lunch daily. If we were not home for lunch, she would prepare us a light dinner. She did our laundry and ironing and keep our rooms neat. Always pleasant, she told be daily, " I am here to make you vacation great." So, it was a fabulous week. HDM is truly paradise on earth. We will no doubt be returning to PM and to this villa. After a long year of hard work for all of us, it was the perfect way to relax and be together. We all loved it so much!

I stayed here with my brothers and our sons for 3 nights. The condo is very well appointed and is in a great location. The 6 person golf cart makes getting around really easy. The bonus is Beatrice who keeps the condo immaculate and is excellent in the kitchen. I would highly recommend you having her cook all of your meals. Great!

We absolutely loved staying in this unit over our spring break. The Punta Mita development is beautiful and there are many options for beach clubs and restaurants with the Premier Membership included with this unit. The included golf cart was a tremendous benefit as well as you need it to get around the development. The concierge company did a great job of getting our groceries before we arrived, setting up our transportation to and from the airport and were available for any dinner or excursion reservations. Beatriz, the housekeeper and cook was the best. She was so very friendly and her food was delicious. We will definitely be returning to Punta Mita and hope to stay in #703!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this unit. The location is great with easy access to the beaches and local restaurants. We plan on reserving it again next year.

Amazing time at HDM 703. Perfect set up and facilities for a family with young kids. My girls had a blast and said it was the best vacation ever. We are already planning our return trip next year. Having Beatriz and our own golf cart was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

It was very nice and spacious. We loved the ocean views and the large patio that opened up into the main part of the condo. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Having Beatrice was the best part of the trip! We always had something to eat, which is very important when you have 3 teenage boys. The meals she prepared for us were better then the meals at the local spots and much cheaper. It is a quiet place after 10pm which was fine with us. We still hung out on the patio until late, along with other people in the complex, but it was not loud at all. We could walk to the beach and town if needed, but you don't have too with the golf cart that comes with the condo. We had 2 other families came with us and stayed in their own condos and all felt very safe, even letting the teenagers head down to the various beaches themselves. We have done Cabo in the past, Punta De MIta blows Cabo away. We will be going back. It was only about a hour car ride from PV airport to the condo. If you decide to rent the condo, Beatrice is a must! She was delightful.

So many incredible things about this place...I don't even know which to write about first! The property and unit is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We stayed here for a 40th birthday celebration with 5 girlfriends and it was perfect. The house itself is super clean, spacious, with incredible views, quality linens/beds and well air conditioned. It was so easy to get around the property with the use of the provided golf cart - or even walk. We didn't need a car once. And Betty, the housekeeper and cook, was amazing. She cooked whatever we were craving - mostly traditional Mexican food, and she did it all from scratch. Shirley, the concierge, picked up groceries for us ahead of time, and booked some really cool adventures like snorkeling at the Marietas Islands and stand up paddle boarding at the beach club. All five of us said we would be back!

Our family of 6 stayed here, and it was beyond lovely. The condo is fantastic - beautiful furnishings, perfect layout, and the best part was the housekeeper/cook who absolutely took care of us. She was very sweet, made delicious meals, and made us feel so much at home - truly making it the most relaxing vacation we've ever been on. We will definitely go back!

Our stay at 703 Hacienda de Mita was fantastic! The view was amazing, the pool is right outside the door, and the beaches are not far away at all. We had access to a golf cart and had no problems getting into the beach clubs. Everyone was so nice and helpful throughout the entire week. The meals that Beatrice made were out of this world. We will be back!

If you like soft breezes, topical scenery, beautiful views then you will not be disappointed. The beach clubs are wonderful Kalupari was our favorite. Sits high above the ocean with a wonderful pool that overlooks. All of the employees are wonderful, helpful, and nice! We miss it, but will return. I didn't golf, but will do so next time. Golf courses look wonderful. It does cost about $200-250 a round. Also, be sure to ear at Casablanca Theresa in the village. Outstanding Italian food.

We loved this property from the minute we stepped inside. The owner was extremely responsive and made the booking process very simple. From the minute we arrived until we left the connoisseur service was available and on top of things. Shirley made sure the refrigerator was stocked, our favorite beverages where there waiting for our arrival. She also arranged many of our activities and dinner reservations. Having her just a txt away was awesome. The home itself is a wonderful condo home overlooking the ocean. The patio with tuck away sliding doors is huge which makes the family room and kitchen feel so much bigger. Three of the rooms are big and nicely decorated including the ensuite bathrooms, the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids. Lots of room to spread out in this home. The cook, Beatrice, was fantastic...very friendly and made the best breakfast and lunches. The GEM golf cart is a "looker" and was great for visits to the beach clubs. The Punta Mita gated resort community is absolutely beautiful.

Great location close to town. Pretty views! Excellent service. Beatriz is wonderful and so helpful. We had a relaxating time and loved the concierge service. Everything was easy! Access to St Regis was terrific. Will defitnely come back!
