This place was perfect for me and my boyfriend to use as a home base while we explored Steamboat for a few days! It had everything we needed (kitchen, shower, bed) and was very clean and surprisingly spacious. It was so easy to walk to and from the lifts with our ski stuff. Only about a 10 minute walk. There’s also a small porch area right outside you can leave your gear at. This place also had a good view of the sunsets;) would definitely stay here again!

The condo is super close walk to the slopes. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. Great communication with the owner. Looks exactly like what you see in the pictures. Highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Condo has a comfortable living area, complete kitchen with full-size fridge, oven, microwave, blender, and all the pots and pans and silverware I needed to cook meals. Full bathroom with large shower. Plenty of wonderfully fluffy towels and washcloths. Coffee, tea, and sweeteners in the cabinet. I went shopping for groceries, taking the local bus, and was thrilled that there were 2 large reusable shopping bags there to use. Even a laundry hamper! What hotel provides a place to put your laundry! Bus service is a block away, but I walked to the slopes every day in ski boots. Great location! I highly recommend it, with only one issue. When someone was in the unit above, I could hear their clomping footsteps for a few hours every night. Otherwise, all was great!

The property is in a great location and was great for our family of 3. Kitchen was great and very well stocked.

The unit was the perfect location and size for 2 people. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped to do our own cooking. It’s a little bit dark given that it is garden level but not a huge deal. It stayed cool even though the temperatures in Steamboat were in the high 80s and 90s while we were there. The outside storage unit would be good for storing skis however it wasn’t great for our bikes as there was quite a bit of stuff stored in the unit.

We were in Steamboat for our grandson's youth baseball tournament, some shopping, and some mountain biking. The unit was perfect for the two of us. Everything in it was updated and amazingly clean. The location was a quick walk or ride (by bike or car) to all our activities. Thanks, Chris.

This place is great for 2 people as it has everything thing we needed including parking right in front of the unit. It is on the ground floor which is convenient. The walk to the slope is easy once you maneuver the stairs in the parking lot behind the unit. It even has a place to store the skis and poles. Chris responded quickly to any questions we had so we really enjoyed our visit.

The place was clean and as advertised. It’s a very short walk then ski down to the gondola. Ideal location to ski Steamboat.

Everything about this stay was so good! The area is bigger than it looks in the pictures, <5 minute walk to a spot to ski down to the gondola, kitchen area was clean and had more than enough utensils, and the laundry is fast and convenient ($1.25 per wash or dry, bring quarters - somewhere in town begrudgingly gave us change). Best of all, Chris is quick to respond to anything and everything - gem of a host on the platform. Would love to come back!

Check-in and communication was easy. The condo is right by a short run to access the gondola and is within walking distance of base village, a few restaurants and bars, and the transit center to head downtown

This studio was perfect for our ski trip to Steamboat. It was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, and the location was so convenient for skiing. Highly recommend!

This was an absolutely perfect stay in every way. Property was in great condition, very short walk to the slopes, and convenient access to the city bus. Rate 5/5 would stay again next time I'm in Steamboat.

We love this town! This is the 2nd year we have stayed in Chris’ Condo & will consistently keep coming back! The apartment is in a great area and only 10 min from the center of town & from Walmart. The apartment comes equipped with all of your essentials in the kitchen & a cozy fireplace that makes it amazing in the winter. I highly recommend staying here

This condo is located just a few minutes from the base area. Nice quiet neighborhood for walking. Only a short drive to the downtown shops and restaurants. Great place to stay!

I like the overall look and feel. The place looks recently redone. The the property manager was quick to respond to my comments/questions. The location was convenient near the mountain. Parking was right out the door, making loading and unloading super easy. Would definitely rent again. -A

What a great time at a perfect condo I had at my stay here in Steamboat Springs. Chris, the owner was exceptionally good at communicating everything that was necessary to check in and out of the condo or helping me with any questions I had. I’ve never had an easier experience from start to finish. The condo itself was awesome. It was just a few minute walk to the slopes and a great bar and restaurant. The condo was clean, the bed was comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the shower had great water pressure. I recommend anyone looking for a spacious studio in Steamboat to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the fold-down bed very comfortable. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the trail making it easy to come back for lunch.

If you are going to Steamboat to ski, the condo is a 5 minute walk to the mountain. Once at the mountain, ski Stampede about 200 yards and you will arrive at the Gondola and Christie Peak Express lift. The unit itself was clean and nicely furnished. It looked like the pictures except it's larger in reality than it appears online. Plenty of room for two people but more than that might get a little tight. The unit is ground level with parking directly in front which is nice when dealing with luggage. It wasn't pictured when I booked the reservation but there's a covered patio area with a nice view which was a nice surprise. Good communication with the owner from start-to-finish. I would stay again if I ever go back to Steamboat.

Nice room and location. Easy enough walk to the Gondola. Property itself could use better TLC, walks/parking/hot tub area all needed snow & ice cleared.
