Nice place, conveniently located, and nicely equipped with beach chairs, wagon and plenty of bikes. Short walk or bike ride to the beach and Coligny Circle. Would do it again.

The villa was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all the beautiful trees surrounding the beach. The owners of the Villa are very helpful! The public access to the beach was easy to find and it wasn’t a difficult walk with the beach wagon. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our time at Hilton Head. Property was great, perfect location. We loved biking everywhere and were happy there was a bike for everyone. Owners were accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Great condo and great people to work with! Had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It's great that they have the bikes available, we took morning rides on the beach and was able to bike to a few places to eat. Its a bit of a hike to the beach but if your spending the day at the beach its great! We will be back!

First and foremost, Tom and Joyce were very easy to communicate with. Upon booking, directions and materials were mailed to us and they were very responsive via email to our questions. They also checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything, which was nice. We didn't have any major problems during our stay, but I know if we did, they would have addressed them immediately. The unit was clean and as advertised. Neutral observations: I would call the furnishings "renter grade." The furniture is wicker and the electronics are dated. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the extras that you would need. However, there wasn't any room for pantry items, as every cupboard was full. We had to put our dry food on the bar area, which took away seating. The owners supplied all sorts of beach gear: chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, wagons, and even bicycles. It's so generous and convenient to offer these items, but they are certainly in used or even damaged condition (other than a new beach umbrella). However, I'm certain this is a result of careless renters. I wish the door had a digital keypad lock for convenience. The location of the parking spot is fantastic, literally steps from the door. The pool is about 40 steps away and heated. My boys loved it! The beach was a bit farther than we expected, but we were pulling a large wagon and toting two kids with us. I timed it and it took us 9ish minutes. Overall, Tom and Joyce were great hosts.

The property was great. The owners were quick and easy to communicate with. The property was really close to a public beach access. Would definitely stay again.

Glad I stayed in this location as the beaches are much wider. Spent some time at Loggerheads. I just wanted one of those fancy beach shades some people had until I found out they were $$$$$ My son does not like to stay in one place for too long so being so close was great and he loved the heated pool!

Very much enjoyed the pool and all the great items for kids to play with. The bikes were also a hit. I’d say the only drawback was outside of the owners control - we had someone above us that was on the phone into the wee hours of the morning. That kept my wife and I up on separate occasions. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay very much!!!

Owners are fantastic! They gave us all the information needed to have a wonderful vacation. The villa is well equipped with everything needed for a beach day or a quite day at the pool.

We had a great time at HHI and this property was in an awesome location and was just the right size for my husband and I. W/in walking distance of the beach and an ocean front grill/bar. We enjoyed riding the bikes too! We will definitely be back!

We had a great first time visit to Hilton Head. It was perfect for our family. My two girls thought riding bikes on the beach was the coolest thing ever. The villa was clean, stocked, and beachy. It was very quiet too. And a close walk to the beach. Working with Tom was a pleasant experience. He went above and beyond to keep us informed and connected. We hope to be back soon!!

The condo was conveniently located a short walk to the beach. The bikes were great! The property was very clean and comfortable. There were many nearby restaurants. Looking forward to our next visit.

This Condo is perfect. Plenty spacious but has a cozy feel. The kitchen was well stocked and found everything needed to prepare several meals. The location is great...just a short walk to the beach. My husband and I took full advantage of the included bikes. You can't beat the bike trails on Hilton Head. The owner, Tom was wonderful to work with and provided detailed instructions/information that made our stay effortless. We hope to return soon!! Susan & Tom

The property is very convenient for beach time and close to amenities. The place is cute with a beachy Devore and it is close to the pool. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. On the surface it looked clean but we discovered the a.cans furnace needed a good cleaning. As well the dryer wasn’t working and the garbage disposal was broken

Tom's place is great for people looking for a comfortable, very well equipped and convenient place to explore Hilton Head from. Refrigerator with icemaker and water dispenser (huge plus for me), a literal pile of bicycles (at least 8), full beach gear (umbrella shade, 4 chairs, boogie boards, noodles, a sack of children's toys), a parking spot if you drive (which you pretty much have to get to get to Hilton Head). 2 bathrooms - super important for me and the boss. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and full kitchenware - toaster, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven - which we all used. There is a grocery store within easy bicycle ride or even a moderate walk away - Piggly Wiggly - as well as the main shopping center in the area with all manner of restaurants and shops. Beach itself is very easily accessible. Note that Hilton Head beach is accessible only at certain points - those with public access are not that close necessarily at any given point but there is one right by this place which is both walkable and bike-able (some others are literally dirt paths while others like the closest one are a full 2 lane mat to the beach. We loved Hilton Head and Tom's place, and we'll be back!

We enjoyed our brief time there. The condo was great, fully equipped and comfortable. Tom and spouse were excellent hosts; communicated effectively by phone and written instructions.

Location close to beach access and to shops, restaurants and other activities . The only negative about the property is there wasn’t any comfortable outdoor seating.

Easy access to the beach & very clean property. Tom always responded quickly when I had a question. His place has everything you need for a family with kids. The pool access was definitely a plus too.

We loved the location. A short walk to the beach. The owner was in close contact with us and made sure we were satisfied with the villa. Definently will be staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was very clean. It was great having the equipment available (bikes, umbrellas, chairs, mats, boogie boards, toys, pool floats, beach wagons) and not having to worry about that part of our stay. The access to the beach was an easy walk and closer than expected (less than a 10 minute walk) which was a pleasant surprise. The only down side of our stay was that the upstairs neighbors, who are the permanent residents, were rather loud when walking around (and possibly moving furniture??). They were up and about at 3am one night and woke up our toddler, who had a sound machine on in her room. Although this was frustrating, it didn’t ruin our trip. We had a great time overall and would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at the condo—only a couple of blocks from the beach! The rooms were comfortable with everything you need to cook, clean (washer/dryer), etc. It was also nice having beach supplies there!

We stayed here from the 4th to the 11th of June. The apartment exceeded expectations. Everything was supplied that was needed. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with good lighting, mirrors and shower is a must for me. TICK! Great kitchen/dining area with all the appliances. TICK! Cozy seating lounge. TICK! Although we didn't use the tv we did admire the fact that there was a DVD and video player, something to consider for a rainy day. Parking directly outside and access to bicycles, chairs etc. TICK! We couldn't fault anything. We travelled from Ireland so having extras was not an option. But our hosts

Unit was very clean, convenient to walking paths and the beach, and venues for our nephew’s wedding.

Very satisfied with my experience. The parking is a bit challenging, but other than that, I would definitely stay again.
