Really great communicators and really helpful. TV didn't come on and they just had upgraded service. Dropped them a note and they were back in touch with me on the same day. A neighbor of theirs stopped over to fix. Would definately rent the apartment from them again.

Great little place. Far from everywhere that we went but it was fine because the price was good.

Our condo had everything we expected and more! The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into making their guests comfortable. Lots of recreational supplies (boogie boards, snorkel equip) and kitchen utensils (right down to clips for potato chip bags) and condiments. Best lodging value on the island!

This was a great place to stay and a fantastic location. Easy walk to a fantastic beach. Owners are great and communicated very quickly on some questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

The property grounds were well maintained and very clean. Beach right across the street and close to nice places to eat. The condo was great. Had all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. Would stay again next time in Maui. Thanks for the hospitality.

My wife and I had a great time staying here. The location was super convenient and the condo was a comfy and cleanly place to sleep and relax after a long day of adventuring around the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Friendly hosts. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was large and will start. It is across the street from the beach and close to grocery stores. Would highly recommend. The bedroom is large in spacious. No complaints about this place!

This rental is in a great location - just across the street from the beach and many restaurants within walking distance. The unit also felt gigantic after spending time in tiny hotel rooms on the other islands during our trip. The only downside was the a/c unit isn't located in the bedroom, so it can be difficult to cool that room down. Several fans were provided for the unit, which helped alleviate this to some extent. Overall, a very good stay.

The property owners were super nice and provided a wealth of information regarding Maui, places to see and things to do. Would definitely come back again!

Comfortable enough for myself and two daughters .

Right across the street from the ocean. The beach here is a good snorkeling spot as well as enjoying the sun and sunsets. The condo is on a well maintained property within walking distance to so many things. Walking distance to kihea cafe and paia fish market which are the best two places to eat. Very responsive owners of the condo and great office. We could not have asked for a better visit and a lot of the credit goes to having this condo.

This condo is in an excellent location! Beach, restaurants, stores all within 2 minute walk! Condo is in need of updating but is clean and with a price like this who cares. Only con about this place is that the beds (we tried both) are a little worn and are uncomfortable. Great for couples who want to be able to cook at home, be close to the beach and don’t need the Ritz Carlton!

My husband and myself stayed here at Kihei Kai Nani Complex. I take reviews very seriously, as I am a owner,operator of 2 vacation rentals also. This complex is built in the seventies, the grounds, and pool,laundary are very well maintained.The pool has great loungers ,table and chairs under a shaded area, the only negative is it is in the parking lot.We never had any problems with this in general.On one occasion someone started his car and returned to his suite ,leaving his fuel fumes to choke us out. The location is fantastic, a bar (pub) next door, deli,mexican restaurant,etc. On the other side is a small stripe mall with everything you need from snorkelling gear,resturants,and food. As we are smokers it would be nice if they could have made a nice area for us to smoke inland not the designated smoking area, in the front of the entrance parking lot/driveway. The beach is right across the street, beautiful sunsets, and I never found it to be to crowded.(March2019).The turtles pulled up everyday for a little suntan. Our suite was very dated, other then new carpet in the living room,I'd say it is all original .Bring indoor shoes as the tiles have no seal left on them and they are very sticky.I had white pants on one day, and after sitting on the couch had to change them as they got dirty,Im thinking, to many people sitting on it with sunscreen.Nothing a sheet thrown over can't fix. The back deck was a little disappointing as it gets no sun, so its mossy and mildewy.This is also the pathway to the BBQ for 20 other units so you have a lot of traffic walking by, not very private. The bed was awesome, very comfy. This unit is filled with everything you need, very well stocked.Just remember to check everything before you haul it to the beach, we took a broken mask and chair on our first day trip. I would highly recommend this complex and would stay there myself again. I would not stay in this unit, unless they put a little TLC. into it. I believe a little constructive criticism, can only help us improve. I hope this has been helpful. Happy Travels March2019

Checked in and the place was not well kept. The floors were sticky and place was not properly cleaned. We couldn't find extra garbage bags or paper towels. The location is great though. It's right across a beach. The pool is well maintained. However due the hurricane, it was closed. Though the weather turned out okay, they kept it closed. Thought we could do without an air conditioner but it was quite uncomfortable. Blackout curtains would have been nice.

We loved staying here. The condo is in a lovely area of Kihei, across the street from a gorgeous beach, and surrounded by lots of cool shops, and restaurants, The condo was extremely cute & homey, with all the amenities we wanted, and even a few we didn't know we wanted til we had them (like beach chairs with storage/coolers and drink holders built in them 🌞�🥂�) Best of all, the bed was very comfortable. The on site management were really sweet and helpful. We definitely felt the Aloha spirit here, & really loved it. The owners were responsive & very helpful/accommodating when a small issue came up at the end of our trip, which really was the icing on the cake of a wonderful stay in Kihei. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Maui, and we hope to return in the future!

My husband, 3-year-old daughter and I were staying here for our first vacation in Maui, and we had a wonderful trip. Everything was as described, and the condo complex is literally across the street from the beach. We would love to stay here again!

Centrally located Easy access to beach Great king size bed Nice lanai at ground level. No air conditioning but because it is a ground level suite it is cooler. There are fans and windows which provide good circulation so the suite is a nice temperature. The bathroom and shower area are nice but the rest of the suite needs a facelift Overall a nice stay Thank you

Mr. and Mrs. Weber's condo at Kihei Kai Nani is very comfortable. Not only is it a very convenient location to the beach and restaurants, it is on the bottom floor with the patio facing a parking lot which makes it superb for privacy. The condo has every convenience including a lot of beach "stuff". I would highly recommend this condo for the rental price as it makes it a very affordable holiday. The location is nice and other condos in the complex are fantastic. This one did have a great price but you get what you pay for as it needs to be updated. In addition, the lanai gets no sun leaving the condo dark all day.

Absolutely, loved this place, exactly as described, perfectly located & The Weber's were so wonderful to work with. Been to the other Islands and stayed in lots of different condo's, this just really had a real down to home feel, Had the best snorkeling trip in 7 visits with Blue Water Rafting, highly recommend. Foodland offers a discount card you just need to notify them of the condo you are staying at numerous condo's participate in this, a huge savings when using the card I hope I will be welcomed back, as I wouldn't want to stay any place else on my next return trip.
