Location and space of the place. Really helped that there were 2 bathrooms.

A lovely well equipped property with a nice garden. Super comfy beds and clean fluffy towels with a spacious living and kitchen atea. Alicia was also an attentive host before, during and even after our stay

The outside of the property could do with a little tidying up but given we arrived during hurricane hillary that may have contributed.

Lots of room Washer and dryer Coffee provided Security cameras Air con in all rooms

The kitchen cupboard fronts could do with a clean but that’s me being picky!

Beautiful home close to a lot of fun places and restaurants.

We were traveling with family and I truly could not imagine better accommodations. We had plenty of personal space, while also having the lovely family areas and yard. It was also super close to the Strip and Fremont Street so getting there and back was a breeze. On top of it the property management group was lovely to work with. I would not only return to this property but I would recommend it to anyone visiting Vegas with a group.

The house was beautiful, and the space really made me feel like I was at home. Plus since it's not too far from the strip, our plans for the most part were super easy to get too... I would absolutely stay here again

It was only like two minor inconveniences, the remote to the TV in the living room didn't work, and the hot water in the showers didn't really work all that well
