Very clean and comfortable! Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed it very much.

The perfect setting for me and my daughter (21) to spend quality time together. The most fabulous sunrise I’ve ever seen! Location, location, location!!!! Now I know I have to get a condo on the ocean! TV’s need better instructions and remote needs new batteries. I’d also suggest leaving parking pass on table. But all great and thank you!

The condo is a great size and location for a couple. The bed is really comfy and the bathroom and shower are well appointed. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean. The ice maker worked really well, which was great for our grown-up drinks! The AC also works really well. The complex is dated, and the condo was a bit musty, which is normal for being by the beach. A bottle of Febreeze freshened everything up and we didn't notice again! Overall, we had a very nice time!

Peaceful with great beach access

Great oceanfront condo. Enjoyed sitting on the deck every night. Easy access to the beach. Denise the owner was always there to answer our questions. Was clean comfortable for us.

This condo is in the perfect spot.. easy to get anywhere…clean.. comfortable..and the view is amazing!! You even get some wild life visiting.. deer and bunnies.

My wife and I would highly recommend this condo. We found it to be clean and updated. It was relaxing and enjoyable to eat breakfast on the balcony and take in the view of the ocean and the beach. The property manager quickly answered questions. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return.

This was our second time at Sea Side Villas but first time at this condo. The condo was super clean when we got there and the view was amazing! The location of the complex is in a great location! Close to restaurants and shops! The only minor thing we ran into was there was no broom in the condo that we could find. My husband had to go out and buy one so that we could sweep throughout the week and when we left. Overall, we would definitely stay at this condo again.

First time to the beach as a family. It was the best vacation we have had in a long time. Beach front was the best option for us for it to be our first time to the beach as a family. Planning on going back next year.

This is an outstanding, end corner unit condo with an awesome balcony! We have stayed in the Sea Side Complex before, but not in a unit like this one. There is even central air. The view from this balcony made the trip even better. Perfect location. We saw dolphins swimming from the balcony in the morning and could even hear the band playing from the famous Tiki Hut at Coligny Plaza. Denise is GREAT to work with! Check in could not be easier. We will be back!

The view was great, the place was very clean except for some crumbs on the counter. Had some issues with the TVs that were worked out. There was no information about the gym/indoor pool that is in the description (I was not going to the beach to exercise but it could have been an option with the less then ideal weather). Overall a great experience and I would not hesitate to stay again.

We absolutely LOVED it!!!! We will be back and hope to stay in the same place for years to come. It was a awesome place... Just a few things I would have liked would be a broom to clean up a little.. Maybe a few more kitchen towels. But other than that the place is excellent!!!!! See you next year!

We had a wonderful stay despite having medical emergency while vacationing. Denise was accommodating and flexible. The view is amazing and location was so convenient. Will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed the corner unit property, the location and the amenities. We sat on the balcony every night, enjoying wine and listening to the crashing waves. Steps from the beach and a short bike ride to shopping/restaurants.

Nice,ocean view,quiet.Bathroom facilities very nice.Not many steps but no elevator.Hilda bed not made.Some of the furnishing are a little tired but overall was a good experience.Would stay again.

The condo has a great location and great views. Cleanliness could be better and the condo is in need of an upgrade. The property manager was very prompt with responses. When told of certain items that needed attention, she already was aware and had not addressed them yet (too busy, too many bookings).

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary (I saw that another couple did the same) and so enjoyed this beautiful condo! It is so well kept, and the location on the ocean is spectacular! We will definitely be back.

This is an older condo but is updated inside. The view of the ocean was awesome and just what we wanted. We had perfect weather and was able to lay out on the patio and enjoyed the breeze from the ocean. We would re-book this unit again and would recommend it to anyone.

This would have been a perfect condo for 2 with beautiful sunrises and sunsets if we had not been in the middle of a monsoon pattern when we stayed. We arrived around 9pm on Thursday evening after spending the day in Savannah. The room had not been cleaned from the prior guest. Tired, hungry and now wondering what we were going to do. I called Denise and she was surprised and offer to call the cleaning person over right away but with it being so late I didn't think that would be a good decision since we would then have to wait until they finished cleaning but with no where really to go, amazingly someone in her family owned the condo right behind hers and was not rented and available. What could have been a terrible disaster turned out to be better than I imagined. We got up the next morning, not too early and actually met the cleaner in the hall and she had just finished up our unit. Rolled our bags over and all was great from there - except for the rain part :(. We made the best of it. We will definitely be back to tryout those sunrise/set views. Location was perfect to everything - seemed to be right in the middle of the island so you could leave and travel right or left or straight ahead is Colingy!

Overall the experience was good. The check in process was a head ache. Other than that it was a good experience.

We loved the balcony right on the ocean. The beach access was close and the pool was great. The shower was beautiful.

My wife and I wanted to get out to the beach to spend some alone time. We found this unit in Hilton head and decided to give it a try. The beachfront property was exactly what we wanted. The bold only beach view and breeze were phenomenal. Located in a great central location as well. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The condo is as gorgeous as the photos appear. We were pleasantly surprised with how close we were to coligny shopping. We did have some issues that we reached out to the owner and not only was she quick to respond she was problem solving within minutes of contacting her. Very happy with our stay 10/10 would recommend to friends and family

Very nice vacation property. Everything seemed perfect. Had a very nice view of the ocean and Tybee Island. Had just about anything we needed. Thank you Denise for a very nice first time experience at Hilton Head.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head to celebrate our 30th anniversary and my 60th Birthday! It was the perfect week. I loved the condo! Beautiful views, stocked with everything we needed, very nicely decorated and close to the beach! Denise was great to work with. I would love to come back and stay there! Thanks so much!
