Everything was perfect . The owner communicated everything we needed before and during the trip . Property was well lwpt and had everything thing we needed to enjoy the property.

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The private roofdeck was the best feature. The views were amazing and you can see the cruise ships downtown. We watched the sunset while grilling dinner. The staff at the Divi Golf are some of the friendliest people in Aruba and there is no shortage of amenities from the multiple pools, restaurants, and golf. Erwin at the main lobby is anwesome and was always there for us to get us a taxi to dinner in Palm Beach or Oranjastad. The beach is a short walk across the street and is our favorite beach in Aruba. The water is crystal clear and it’s never crowded. Brett, our host, checked in on us and was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely book again! You will LOVE it!

This condo is fantastic for the family who wants everything. We were two couples with an enfant. As in all the comments the roof deck is something very special. We had a beautiful sunset dinner with extended family on the roof top. One thing to mention the roof top is not accessible from the unit. To access you take the main elevator to the top floor where you have private full access to the area. Luckily we brought a video monitor for the baby that was able to work for us on the roof top while he slept one floor down. We took full use of the many activities available at the complex such as: pools, pickleball and golf. Very handy to have golf clubs as well as the cooler for the beach provided. From the condo the walk to the beach and restaurants is very easy. The complimentary tram is always around to take you anywhere within Divi limits. We definity will be renting this condo again. Had the best time. As previous time share owners of this resort we have been here multiple times. Great atmosphere great staff great location. This year we didn’t have enough points so I went through vrbo and stayed at this penthouse location favorite part was winding down each night on the spacious balcony each night with a good book. Host was very attentive and accommodating and checked in frequently can’t say enough great things about this visit will definitely be back next year !!!

The owner Brett and his wife have put all the extras in the condo to make you feel relaxed in your stay in Aruba. This is our second time staying here and We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room. The furniture is all brand new when we arrived this year. Both couches are sleeper sofas which was awesome. They thought about everything. Extra towels, speakers, coolers, floats, golf clubs, and snorkel gear. The Pent house floor is great to watch TV, sit in the hot tub and the tables and lounge chairs to eat or lay out is great. There are 2 gas grills to use if you want to cook. Great for sun sets. The walk to the beach is not bad. The resort also has golf carts to take you around. The facilities at the Divi golf resort are nice. Played golf and the course is good. Brett checked in several times to see if we needed anything. You do have the option to do the all inclusive with the resort. The cost was $190 per person per day for ages 18+. We never did it because the restaurants on the island are so good. If you are a group that wants to go in town or around to different restaurants I would recommend getting a taxi service. I used 297 taxi. Look them up on Facebook. Albert and Maria picked us up anytime we needed them. Very reliable. Tip- if you go grocery shopping download the super foods app and order what you want. They do deliver. Saves so much time. I recommend this condo to everyone I know. You won’t be disappointed.

The condo was absolutely perfect! Clean, spacious, had everything you would need while staying there. Easy walk to beach & pool. Carts were easily accessible for rides around property and to and from casino. All the workers were friendly & helpful. We chose to use taxi service and we never waited more than 10 minutes for one to pick us up. The owners of condo are super easy to work with and are easy to get in touch with if needed. I plan on rebooking here for our next trip. We loved the property!

The Divi resort(s) are all beautiful, clean, and the amenities are great! The condo was spacious, clean, and the private rooftop terrace was a huge bonus! The owner is excellent with communication, and we can’t wait to go back!

Everything you could want in a condo. Great private rooftop with hot tub! Little surprises like magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms and plenty of hair tools for those who use them. Coolers and pool floats/noodles to use. Although we don’t golf, there were several golf club sets available. Great communication with Brett. Any time you have a question or any issue, he responds very quickly. Would highly recommend this place!

After a long awaited family vacation, this property didn't disappoint!! The Divi golf resort was a perfect location on Aruba. It was right across the street from the best beach on the island and close to shopping downtown and great restaurants. The condo was everything described and more, pictures do not show how much room there is, it fit my family of 6 no problem. The rooftop terrace was incredible and we had our perfect family dinner there when we all arrived. Thank you Brett for checking in with us during the week and Aruba is my new favorite island so count on us to come back soon.

Beautiful condo within a five minute walk to a gorgeous beach. Unit has everything you need! We enjoyed the ability to grab a lounge chair anytime at the beach (no need to reserve or fight the crowds), relaxing at the infinity pool (fun slide), working out at the oceanfront gym, taking advantage of the happy hour schedule (2 for 1!), eating at the Beach Bar and Mulligans. Easy cab ride to high rise area excursions/restaurants and Oranjestad. Favorite restaurants: Beach Bar, Mulligans, Yemanja, Bingo and Craft. Enjoyed Jolly Pirates snorkeling and rope swing. Pro-tip: Take a cab to Ling and Sons to stock up on coffee, snacks, breakfast and lunch items. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time staying in this penthouse condo with our family of 5 adults. The condo was more than big enough to accommodate our group for sleeping, meals, relaxing, and fun. The private rooftop patio was wonderful! You'll have everything you need for a great vacation - we especially appreciated having golf clubs to use and all the pillows! The resort itself was perfect for us - a fun main pool, along with a quiet pool, a great beach, and golf. We had several meals on the property which were all good. Brett was very easy to work with and addressed any questions very quickly. Would definitely recommend this condo in this resort!

We loved this location and hope to return someday! The rooftop gave us a great place to start our days with coffee and a good book. The resort offered everything we could want and the short walk to the beach was perfect. The space in our condo was perfect for the four of us. We chose this location because of the great reviews and the rooftop space! We were a bit high maintenance and the owners went above and beyond to address our questions and make sure we had a wonderful experience overall. We took advantage of every amenity from spending every afternoon at the infinity pool to golfing and getting massages across the road. My friends who were staying on other areas of the Island chose to drive to Divi Beach each night for better sand and sunsets!

Divi Golf Resort is nice for a golfing retreat however if wanting to be closer to restaurants and social activity stay near the Hilton and Hyatt. The actual condo needs work, the lanai doors do not lock fortunately the bars are available as a second line of security, the front door needs to be pulled hard to actually close, we had to buy our own toilet paper, the sleep sofa mattresses need to be replaced with a quality to support adult sleepers, it was like a Seinfeld episode, the front bedroom window h andleopposite the elevator is broken and the window is taped in place, there is a standing mirror on legs that is broken on one leg in the dining area, the master bath showerhead does not stay in place and came crashing down on my arm, the rain head is great but regulating water temperature was a challenge, which way for hotter vs cold. On day of leaving the maid showed up while we were at breakfast leaving her cart outside and I had to tell her to come back when we were gone. We actually did her job, stripping beds etc. The sheets and comforters need to be replaced I had to wash the tan blanket because it had black marks over it, the sheets on the beds were ripped(probably from being used on the sleep sofas) the master bed comforter is ripped on the seams, the bath towels are not too soft and the towels provided at the pool are horrible. Divi needs to replace them and color code them. The washer and dryer were excellent! The towel bars in the bathrooms all need to be tightened, The access to the 4th floor is dirty and in need of cleaning-painting . We had to use flashlights at night to try and find the light switch the evening we were checking it out- never went back up. The refrigerator ice maker does not work had to buy a bag, one of the crisper drawers is cracked, furniture on lanai needs to be cleaned(cushions). Housekeeping services on unit need to be improved freshened up when renting prior to occupant's arrival. Renting a car is much better than having to rely on taxis to be available to take you places when you actually want to go, I would stay with Hertz or a well known car rental, we rented from the concierge desk and the first car was dirty, too small in spite of knowing there were adults(5) needing to be in it. On the 2nd car the speedometer did not work. Anyway, Aruba is a beautiful island, most of the staff was friendly and Mulligan's was great.

Just returned home after a wonderful time in Aruba. This condo unit was awesome! Just as described in the listing. Plenty of space for our group of 4 at the perfect location just across the street from the beach and walking distance to groceries. Plus a rooftop deck and hot tub? Yes please!! The condo is part of a resort (Divi Golf and Beach) so you have access to all the resort amenities including (I assume) their housekeeping team. Overall, the service at the resort was great but the unit was not quite as clean as I’d have liked upon arrival. Nothing gross or scary and NOTHING that would keep me from staying again. Just a couple small moldy spots in the master shower and a little bit of dust here and there. Nothing major. We could have asked housekeeping to come during our stay but it really wasn’t worth taking their time up for. The hosts (Brett and Kelly) were super responsive to all my questions and the departure list very reasonable. I’ve stayed at others Vrbos with extensive lists of items that need to be taken care of before you leave which can make that last day a bit stressful but this was easy peasy! Highly recommend!!

Condo was as advertised. Very clean and well stocked with most everything one needs. Kitchen and baths were well equipped. The location was very private and upscale. We are both70+ and in reasonably good shape and the beach was close but still a good walk from one end of the resort to the other. The resort shuttles were always around and at times they would see you walking and drive over to pick you up if that's what you needed. We felt that next time in Aruba, and at Divi Golf & Beach, we would want a unit that is out front closer to the beach area. The only other thing is that the king bed in the master did not have fitted sheets for some reason, so the bottom sheet kept curling up. The sheets were undersized for the bed. No biggie...just a tad annoying. The other thing was the broadcast tv reception was low quality, i.e., not high definition. Again, not a biggie for us as we have cut the cord at home and stream everything ... YouTube TV, Netflix, etc. We were able to sign on to my Netflix account but if we had wanted to watch the Super Bowl on live tv, then that would have been very disappointing. Again, it wasn't enough of an issue for us to even contact the owner. All in all, we would definitely return and this would be an ideal condo for two couples, or a couple with a small family. I have been to many islands in the Caribbean, and this was my 2nd time in Aruba. It is by far one of the friendliest places to vacation. The locals, taxi drivers, restaurant staff, etc. were all fantastic. The staff at the resort were especially helpful, happy, and friendly and seemed to genuinely love their visitors.

This condo is located in a beautiful resort. I loved everything about it. My only complaint would be the beds need to be updated as they are not comfortable. The one bed is listed as a king, but it is actually 2 twin beds pushed together. The living room furniture and carpet in the condo are outdated and should probably be replaced. Absolutely loved the private rooftop terrace. Would definitely stay here again. A word of advice...buy your alcohol at the airport. It is much cheaper than the grocery store! We also did not rent a car and I wish we would have.

Family of 4 stayed for a week at this awesome property! Everything as described—location, amenities and the fabulous private rooftop oasis! Location is close to the airport and a short walk to the beach. Three great pools at the resort too! Having the golf course nearby was awesome for us. Easy communication with Brett and so much information about the property and local places to visit. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This condo has all you need and is located in a great area with wonderful amenities! We'll definitely book again if we head back to Aruba!!!

My husband and I stayed 9 days. Property is an excellent space to sit back and relax. We enjoyed spending time on the roof deck. This our 7th visit to Aruba and we enjoy the space and privacy.

Having stayed at the Divi Golf Resort before we knew the property pretty well. This condo was by far the best place we have stayed in though. It was very well equipped for our stay and the roof top was unbelievably amazing. We will definitely try and book this condo again.

This condo exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived at the friendly and helpful Divi Resort to the moment we walked through the door of the unit. WOW! My family (Me, my wife and 3 adult kids) were swaddled in comfort. Two balconies overlooking the golf course added to the spacious layout that gave us plenty of room. Clean and very well appointed. Little things like a laptop w/printer, portable blue tooth speakers, rolling coolers and snorkel gear for the pool/beach and golf clubs for the well preened course were made available. It felt like home. Then the big WOW! The spacious, PRIVATE roof deck! Opening the door to that blew us away! Covered Jacuzzi tub overlooking the course with a TV, fridge, icemaker and two gas grills. We enjoyed snacks and binging Netflix there after a long day. The owners were very responsive to e-mails and also mailed a packet of useful info a week before we left. The resort is clean, friendly, walkable (even though there's constant golf cart shuttles to all three accessible Divi resorts and Casino), decent food options (we liked "Mulligans" big burgers and BBQ ribs for lunch and off-property, beachfront "Matthews" for dinner which is also reached via the shuttle). It's the quiet side of the Island so if your looking for the crowds and party scene, you need to take a taxi to the high rise section. However, quiet means you don't need to fight for a seat in a restaurant, Palapa at the beach or a deck chair at any of the pools. I'd also recommend the short trip to Ling and Sons supermarket to grab incidentals, beer, wine and libations.
