Walking distance to the slopes and really comfortable property.

We were very pleased with the property! The condo had plenty of space for the four adults and five teens in our party. The outdoor patio was a special place to hang out, hot tub and eat meals! The kitchen was well appointed and allowed more time for us to be together. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very nice! Plenty of fun family activities in Steamboat! We'll come back again!

Really nice condo with all of the amenities needed, the kitchen was well equipped which was impressive as many VRBO's have lower quality utensils, pots, pans, etc. The condo has plenty of space with 2 private patios so there is space for everyone. Thank you!

The space was perfect for a girls’ weekend. Pre-arrival information was clear and the desk staff was helpful with questions, extra towels, etc. Location was great with enough parking nearby to accommodate our different arrival and departure times. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent vacation and would like e to return. This unit was well appointed and had everything that we needed. Everyone working at the resort was universally great.

This was the first visit to Steamboat for our group of 10 with 3 generations. Spent 6 days straight on the slopes and the snowboard instructors Dylan and Hannah and the skiing instructor Dean Walker made this experience enjoyable and fruitful. The accommodation at Bear Lodge in a single level condo close to the slopes and grocers met our expectations. All in all the consensus is that Steamboat is a solid contender for a repeat visit.

This couldn't have been a better property for our summer family vacation! From the room selection and multiple master bedrooms, to the outside patio for dinners, to the pool steps away, to it being a simple walk to the gondola and restaurants, everything was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay there again, or recommend to a friend!

Our son got married in Steamboat so we packed a 5-bedroom with family and friends. The staff was amazing, bending over backward to find cookie sheets and other odd requests. The condo had EVERYTHING AND THEN SOME, to accommodate our huge group.

We stayed here in June for five days to celebrate my birthday. This condo has more than enough space for us, our adult children and their families. Our four grandson's had a blast riding bikes, endless pool and hot-tub time (in the shared and private) and enjoying all the summer adventures Steamboat offers. Simply Steamboat supplied us with an Xbox for the few times they needed to come in out of the sun or during brief rain showers. The front patio was great for puzzle building and morning coffee. The condo had everything we needed to cook, play, relax, and enjoy our vacation. Our first morning there we were greeted with a mother moose and her two calves just outside the front of the property. The daily walks up to the base of the mountain to dine and play in the stream were wonderful as well. Our adult children were able to walk up to see live music and a movie at the gondola area on Saturday evening. Steamboat in the summer is a must do. Simply Steamboat did an outstanding job getting us settled in and providing any requests during our stay. We loved this condo and plan to be back again in the near future.

We stayed here for spring break with our family. The unit is aptly large, enough for our entire family and some relatives as well. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Everything is well appointed, kitchen, towels, robes, and plenty of extra pillows in varying styles. Beds are comfortable, unit is quiet and convenient to all that you'll want to do. We skied, found the shuttle ran often and was quick. If you opt to walk home after skiing, it is a short walk downhill back to the unit. What we loved...huge deck and patio spaces, private hot tub, close to pool and easy access to skiing. What we'd like to see improvements on...shower water pressure and wifi that doesn't drop frequently. Staff of Simply Steamboat is fabulous! They engage at the level you need be it simply getting you in your unit quickly or detailed information on anything Steamboat.

So we have arrived on Saturday and Jodie was waiting to greet us and walk us through our Condo. There was a great surprise waiting for my son who was turning 16 the week we were there - a wonderful hot tub and gas fireplace on a private patio! But the place was fabulous, big, large screen TV, great bedrooms with private bathrooms, fully stocked, and really clean. After Jodie from Simply Steamboat left, I opened the fridge and saw a birthday cake for my son. Just a great beginning to a wonderful week at Steamboat. Everything was perfect. A special thank you to Simply Steamboat - simply the best!!

We brought our whole family to Steamboat and this place was perfect for 12 people. Very specious and the private patio with hot tub was amazing. We had a view of the mountain just steps from the outdoor heated pool too, which was perfect with the kids.
