Overall a wonderful experience for my family. The cooks were wonderful. The property was very well managed and manicured. Our house was cleaned every day and completely felt relaxed without a worry in the world. Our concierge was prompt with responses , helped schedule all of our dinner reservations and very knowledgeable about the area. Our first of many times for sure!

We had the most amazing trip to Punta Mita. Hacienda de Mita is a wonderful property and this condo is outstanding. Communication was excellent prior to and during our stay. We have stayed in this unit in the past during winter and spring weeks and loved it. We were hesitant to come during the summer months. What a nice surprise!. I loved the temperature of the ocean and the amazing thunder storm shows we got to enjoy at night. The unit looks fantastic and the amenities in Punta Mita keep getting better. Lucero spoiled us with her amazing cooking. We will be back for sure.

Location: Beautiful condo within the gated enclave of Punta Mita Resort, and is very well located to pool, beach, and the access gate to the beach strip of the little village of Punta Mita, where you will find some excellent restaurants - Mina, Lobster Paradise and Tuna Blanca, among others - which were about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the condo. The cost was much better than eating at the Four Seasons or St. Regis, and the food and beachfront settings were terrific and festive. Condo: The two master bedrooms are large and well appointed. The third bedroom has two double beds (not queens), and the bath and bedroom is much smaller than the masters. The fourth bedroom with the bunk bed is really more of a utility room with a very small bathroom where you can smell the cleaning supplies. This condo is better suited for two couples and four children, or two couples, two single adults (sharing the double bedroom) and 2 children (bunk bed). While the place is beautiful, it is in need of some TLC and maintenance with items in need of repair. Beach Clubs and Getting Around: The beach clubs are beautiful - we loved the Kupuri Beach Club, and it was great having the golf cart to get around. If you do not rent a car, and people in your group have different activities planned, you may want to rent an extra golf cart to get around the resort. Staff: Two of the best things about this visit were Nancy, our cook and housekeeper, and Ivan, our concierge. Nancy was excellent in keeping the place clean and tidy, and made excellent meals. Ivan booked a whale watching/snorkel trip to the Marietas Islands, on site massages, pickle ball and dinner reservations, and helped connect us to contacts for tee times and COVID tests. He was great about checking in with us everyday, and very responsive to questions and requests. Warning: We had never been to Mexico, and rented a van. I would recommend you use a car service to get to Punta Mita instead. On our way back to the airport, a cop pulled us over falsely accusing us of running a red light. We were an obvious target - 7 tourists with a load of suitcases under time constraints to get to the airport. We ended up having to give the police officer some cash in order to make our flight.

Beautiful rooms, Comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. Close proximity to all the restaurants you want to walk to. But most impressive are the views! Also, our helper for the week made delicious breakfast and lunches! Wonderful place to stay.

If you're thinking of having the special beach property for your vacation this is it! Location, decor, and incredible cook, housekeeper Mina! Daniel the owner couldn't have been more hospitable, and Ivan the concierge took care of all our needs. All beach activities at your fingertips, and of course the great golf, tennis and pickle ball! Can't wait to return!

We have stayed in Punta Mita several times. Hacienda de Mita is our favorite by far. Our concierge and housekeeper were extremely attentive.

Mina was amazing cook and took great care of us. Ivan was very responsive and helpful with reservations and tours. Location of property is great.

We were 3 couples and we were there to play a little golf, do some beach time and enjoy the surroundings. There was plenty of room for all of us and the location and views were fantastic. The condo is in excellent condition and if we needed anything, Ivan was a quick call or text away. Overall a great experience with memories that will last a lifetime.

While the beach in front was not great due to recent storms, the overall property is beautiful. Mina, the housekeeper, was AMAZING! She created the most wonderful meals and kept the place spotless! If you speak Spanish, plan to book your own excursions/massages though because the upcharge through the concierage is significant - but convenient for English speakers. Having the included golf cart was key as we were able to enjoy all the various beach clubs throughout Punta Mita! We will definitely be back!

Punta Mita is beautiful. Great golf courses, tennis and beach clubs. Punta de Mita, the town, has the best food and is a quick golf cart ride away. The condo itself is amazing. Concierge, Ivan in our case, was attentive and helpful. Guille, our maid and cook was wonderful, her cooking was a highlight of our trip. Only ding I'd give this place is that it isn't really 4 bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is more like a bunk in a utility room.

We had a terrific stay at Hacienda de Mita. This particular property is ideally located with fabulous views of Banderas Bay. Very spacious throughout, beautifully decorated and truly fabulous. It is right on the beach. Accessibility to the golf cart made getting around Punta Mita so easy. Our concierge, Ivan, was very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Our housekeeper/cook, Mina, was always on time and treated us so well. The property's owner, Daniel, was very responsive during the booking process. Punta Mita is a beautiful place to visit. We found everyone at the restaurants, shops and surrounding areas to be friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

Hacienda de Mita is a great location in Punta Mita. It it close to town, has its own pool and easy access to Anclote Beach which is a great surf spot. Daniel's Villa has great amenities, furnished very well and most importantly includes Mena, who was took care of us during our entire stay. The Villa is on the second story, right above the pool, with an awesome view of Anclote Beach. It is very close to each of the Beach Clubs within the resort development. Daniel was very easy to deal with on the front end of the reservation.

HDM #304 is a beautiful property in a great location within the gated community of Punta Mita. We had rented 3 units in HDM for my wife's 50th birthday and our 18 guests. #304 is comfortable, tastefully decorated and a wonderful place to relax looking out over the ocean, especially at sunrise. The whole resort felt really quiet, which we loved, even though it was apparently 70% occupied. We pcked the week before Presidents Week so there were almost no children. Housekeeper Mina is wonderful, cooking us breakfast each morning and looking after us during our stay. The concierge team was also super attentive making sure we made the most of our trip. Using the golf cart, we made full use of the two main beach clubs, The Residents and Kapuri, which offer two different but amazing experiences on opposite sides of the property. Kapuri had better surf and a DJ some afternoons while The Residents was more relaxed and had the best sunsets. #304 is right next door to the local town accessed either along the beach or through the security gates. The town offered an authentic Mexican experience with bars, restaurants and boutiques as well as coffee shops and well-stocked grocery stores all less than 3 minutes walk away. At all times during our stay we felt 100% safe and the locals were super friendly and welcoming. All 18 people in our group said they would come back in the next year to this area and some even said they will likely buy !

We loved this unit and location! Eating breakfast on the balcony with the ocean view was amazing!! We especially loved Mina, and her breakfasts and guacamole!! Access to the beach clubs, and the golf cart to go there, made it easy to spend all day at the clubs. We had Grandma and our 18 and 21 year old children, and everyone enjoyed our week away! We'll be back again!

Amazing waterfront location, loved hearing the waves from the covered patio! Perfect for families as our kids enjoyed tons of time in the pool everyday!

My friends and I just returned from a 4 night stay in this unit and highly recommend it. The condo is very nice, clean and well maintained. The location in Punta Mita can't be beat in terms of proximity to town and access to the beach and pool. We would definitely come back.

This was an incredibly awesome experience. The concierge and the cook were the absolute best. They did everything for us and accommodated our schedule changes and coordinated all of our adventures. The meals were amazing, so delicious that we always made a point to eat in. They were super flexible with our schedule and were a joy to be around. We could not have asked for better service and they truly helped make this an awesome vacation. The unit was beautiful with access to the pool and beach just a few steps away. Well decorated, super comfortable with all of the amenities of home. This was truly five stars all the way.

We had a really wonderful experience. Everything was perfect from working with the owner to book - to the people in Punta Mita helping us enjoy our stay. It’s a beautiful property in a very convenient location - close to town and other amenities within Punta Mita. We used the private pool right below the unit every day but also explored the whole of Punta Mita (beach clubs, restaurants...) in the great gold cart. The concierge was very attentive to our requests and incredibly responsive. And the woman that cooked for us in the unit was so great - we miss her food and generous spirit already! We will come back in the future!

This was our second stay at this property... unfortunately only for four nights this time. It was marvelous... Mina was great, Yessica as helpful as we had remembered. Everything went smoothly, not a single issue with this rental. We had a wonderful vacation, albeit too short!

What an amazing place in an even better location with the BEST view! Everything about this residence was perfect - the rooms and décor were top notch, the grounds were impeccable, and the service was pure 5 stars. This was the perfect start to our getaway, as everything about Punta Mita is all about relaxation and being low key. The walk to town is literally 3 minutes, so we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet 'behind the gates', while also venturing out to explore some of the fantastic local food/drink options. During our short stay in Punta Mita, we explored pretty much every place via the golf-cart provided with the unit, and while some of the other areas were also very nice, we felt like this was the best of it all given the accommodations, views and location. Daniel was great to work with prior to booking, Ana Yessica took care of all of our pre-arrival needs, and Mina was an incredible chef for us! We will definitely be back!!!

This was our second consecutive year in Punta Mita and HDM. The entire stay was fantastic. Working with Daniel was easy. Very pleased with concierge Ana Yessica, She met our every need. Our cook was very good. Unit was clean and in good shape. Will be back next year!

We have been to this place several times and it is great for our family. Laura the cook is fantastic and the house is very relaxing with great views. The restaurants in town are also great with amazing views and great food! Going back in one month!

My family rented this property with another family for fall break. We loved Punta Mita and will definitely be back, but we would not stay here. The place was "ok" a little run down. We were supposed to have a housekeeper and cook. For some reason, they ended up being the same person so neither job was done very well. We never had enough food and when we would ask for more, she seemed annoyed. We also had picked out meals for breakfast and lunch beforehand, but pretty much were cooked the same thing every morning (our meal choices for breakfast were ignored) and again never enough. There were even times our husbands were golfing and we still didn't have enough food! The meals we did have were ok, but not great. Rarely were there sides and never a dessert. We were supposed to have 2 golf carts, but the bigger one was always broken down and we often had to wait around for a replacement. The concierge was nice, but would nickle and dime us for everything, maybe that is the way it is there! The location was good, but the beach was very rocky and couldn't really be used. We went to Kapuri Beach Club and that was awesome! We took a boat ride on Chicas Locas and which was also great, I highly recommend it! We were told we had to pay a premium to rent in October as this was supposed to be a "busy time". That could not have been further from the truth. It was totally empty; a perfect time of year to go to Punta Mita.

We’ve travelled all over the world, and this place is as good as it gets. We actually extended our stay while we were here, for a total of 3 weeks. And with 4 kids, it didn’t seem long at all. First, the views from 304 are lovely, sure there are some “protected” trees, but can’t stay any closer to the beach in Punta Mita. You’re on the 2nd floor, easy access to the parking garage/golf cart on 3 and the pool level on 1. What sets this place apart from other places is the attention to detail. The “concierge” Yessica is amazing. She formerly worked at the Four Seasons and is super connected with the service industry. From transportation (Angel) to in room massages (Evy & Klara) to chefs (Alejandro & Salvadore) trust her judgment – they are the best. No rip offs here, massages are $50.00, private cheffing $85.00. - totally reasonable for what you get. She even chartered a fishing boat for $200.00. The condo is tastefully done, and the best part is full time housekeeper/cook, Laura, super sweet. She makes awesome guacamole and a killer margarita. Waking up every day to hot breakfast was a treat, and she makes lunch daily, just let her know what time and lunch will be ready. Laura keeps the condo super clean, and the washing machine is going most of the day getting your laundry ready for the next day. What we really appreciated was her professionalism – non-intrusive and very respectful. For that we tipped her generously, she earned it. The pool is nice, although it gets warm/hot later in the afternoon/evening. The beach itself is very rocky. You’ll see surfers most of the day and wonder how they don’t kill themselves on all the rocks. The beach club has sand for kids play. Still, seeing the surfers all day long off your balcony is better than watching television! Also, there are 2 TV’s, a smaller flat screen in the master and a 40-inch in the living room. Bring a roku and hot spot to your iPhone with a vpn service (we used vpn unlimited - $4.99 for 5 phones/ipads, worked great) and you’re good to go. With 4 kids, having roku w/Amazon/Netflix was vital to our “nap time”. The owner provided 2 golf carts and we heard a new 6-seater golf cart was being delivered as we left. The golf cart is a lot of fun to take to the beach club, four seasons, st. regis and downtown. Downtown is outside the gate. Just before the hill there is a well-equipped market on the left side. They take credit cards and have everything. Highly recommend!

Spent a week in this beautiful home, and it feels like a home. A large home. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The environment is warm and welcoming. The concierge and housekeeper, Laura, make the experience seamless. Always clean. Always good food available, this was truly us spoiling ourselves after many years of work in the corporate world. Interestingly, you can stay in the gates and enjoy the luxury resorts close to the unit, or walk a few hundred feet , exiting through a gate and into a very cool small town. Great restaurants. Highly recommend saying hi to " TinTan" when you go to Si Senor. Love this place, love taking walks on the system of paths, working out in the gym ( $15) and enjoying the simple beauty. We have already booked for next year.
