Location of cottage was beautiful.

Lovely spacious picturesque cottages that are very dog friendly. location is fantastic, quiet location. would definitely go again.

There was no breakfast. Location was excellent.

The noise at 02.00 on Saturday night due to a party going on in a private house next door.

The cottage was very large, tidy, clean and comfy. It is in a beautiful green spot, what looks like an old farm with a play area for children. It has its own small garden and picnic bench and a BBQ, which is lovely. I think it would be great for a family with older kids or a group of friends.

We had asked for a cot, but when we arrived in the evening we couldn't find it (it was folded in a cupboard). We had asked if we needed to bring cot bedding and was told 'bed linen is provided'. I took this to mean cot bedding would be provided, but it wasn't. We couldn't get the high chair to work, it is missing a piece and didnt feel sturdy. I think maybe better communication before we arrived would have helped some of the above issues.

Fantastic location, wonderful use of facilities of tennis court and table tennis

Needed a few homewares ie iron board and iron, perhaps new oven, towel rail in upstairs bathroom to work, ckothes line for drying beach wear. Better sound insulation from connected cottage Perhaps replace carpets with wood or laminate flooring to make it more hygienic with dogs Stream and pond to be cleared a little more.

Situation is beautiful. Owners very pleasant and welcoming (of our dog as well) Comfortable beds, sofas, etc Absolutely beautiful gardens and landscape

Upstairs shower only warm. Sitting room lighting is dire..... Only 4(very large) wine glasses, one of which had a crack. Unfortunately another broke. Downstairs wall light reported not working but not resolved.

Literally nothing I didn't like.

Amazing location, beautiful old farm in the countryside. Big fields and spaces which the kids loved exploring. We stayed in Mill House which was perfect for a family of five. Rob was very helpful and told us interesting stories about the farm and its history.

Water pressure wasn't great but not a major problem!

The property was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The owners were very friendly and the area offers lots of nice walks. Our kids enjoyed the tennis and table tennis even though the weather wasn’t great. On rainy days, we all enjoyed relaxing in the big lounge watching a film on the high quality telly.

A few lightbulbs weren’t working. One toilet seat was loose. The cooker was old and a bit temperamental. Minor niggles in an otherwise very comfortable place to stay.
