Dean was so wonderful with comminicating everything down to the last detail! The bed was really comfy, remodel very nice, we were happy to be close to parking lot, small view of ocean from patio. It had everything we needed. Beach chairs, towels, coolers, snorkel stuff , umbrella. He went above and beyond helping me with a situation I had with cancelled flight. We will definitely stay again

Dean was a great communicator. There was plenty of notes and letters letting you know what to do or dont. Differently a great way to keep the condo looking good for a long time to come.

The Property was great. It had no view as it was on the first floor and there were bushes outside on the patio to keep things private. The location was EXCELLENT, right across the street from Kamole Beach Park 1. Restaurants were within walking distance either way you went. And Safeway and MacDonalds were just a 5 min drive away. The owner was FABULOUS. We were in constant contact with him. I sure appreciated this too. Pool was nice and BBQ area was clean as well. Overall i would recommend this place. 😊

Great location for a Maui getaway. Conveniently located two blocks from the beach and very comfortably furnished. Dean was great and answered all my questions about my stay.

Other than the broken non usable bed, ants, dead bugs behind the couch and the hair and dust under the bed it was perfect.

A thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay. The location is indeed fantastic - it's very close to the beach, a convenience store for any last minute needs, and excellent food. I timed it myself - walking from the door of the unit to the beach takes 2 minutes. The amenities in the unit were great too - they were thoughtfully set up and were in great condition. The bathroom was clean and the kitchen/living room setup flowed very well. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a clean, convenient unit right next to the beach!

I liked this place. The condo was a good place to relax. Had all the furnishings my son and I needed for a stay. Even some snorkel sets so we didn’t have to rent. Great pool area. Fantastic location with easy beach access and places to eat. The owner Dean was very responsive and helpful.

The property location is best. It’s 2 minutes from a great beach. It’s a perfect for reaching each area of the island. The property was clean, well kept, had a pool which is maintained daily, and the hot tub was relaxing at end of the day. The condo was as advertised - we were happy with the condition. Dean was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying there again. It’s worth the 5 star rating.

The location couldn’t have been better. It was directly across from a beautiful beach and had a lot of great restaurants and shopping within a block. Dean did a great job of communicating as well.

The place was just as stated on the condo description! It was clean, beautiful, quite, close to the beach and just perfect for our get away. It felt like home away from home. Communication with the owner was perfect! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to others. All that you need is here!

If you are looking to stay within walking distance of beaches, shopping and food this is the perfect location! Comfortable and clean. The only negative thing I could say is that parking can be a bit tricky, but it was not a major issue at all. Really appreciated the coolers, beach chairs and towels for beach time!

Wonderful property in a great location. Host was very responsive and kind. Property had all the beach gear you could need, and walking distance to a beautiful beach. We used the snorkeling gear almost every day we were there! There are also beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and even binoculars, among other things. Cafe and restaurants right in front is complex are walking distance and very delicious! (Maui Fish’n Chips and That’s a Wrap Cafe were to die for!) A short 5 minute drive north and you find food trucks, shopping, and plenty of nightlife with lots of bars and restaurants right next to each other. Very lively night spot. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about the property, the location, and the host.

My spouse and I stayed for a few days in this property. The apartment was just as advertised, and we had no issues finding it nor checking in. We were surprised by proximity to the ocean! Literally it must be a 1 minute walk tops. Parking was pretty straightforward, self register at the office. The area is nice with restaurants, cafes, shops and everything you may need. The apartment really did suit our needs, only critique perhaps is that the mattress is not super comfortable, and that shampoo/conditioner were not provided. Other than that it was perfect. They also provide chairs umbrellas eg. For the beach which is nice, no need to buy/rent. Shout out to Dean the host/property administrator for exceptional communication and eagerness to solve problems! I’d stay here again in future trips and I’d also recommend it to peers.

We had a wonderful week in Maul. The location is excellent, the complex and condo were clean and safe. The beach is really just across the street and it is fantastic!

This condo is in an ideal location behind Dolphin Plaza in Kihei. Very nice pool, hot tub and barbeque area. Easy walk out as it is ground level. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with decent knives, pans etc.

I had a great experience staying at this property. It was clean and orderly, and Dean is a very responsive and accommodating host. The location is great. You’re just a short stroll from the beach.

Fantastic condo on the main floor steps away from beaches. Short walk to many restaurants. Owner was very responsive and proactively communicated. Would stay again in a minute!

Dean was pleasant to work with throughout the process. The unit is clean and well stocked. The unit does need a new bed. We enjoyed using the many items provided with the rental.

Property was as described. Location was great and the beach was just a short walk across the street. All the essentials and then some are provided. Condo stocked with beach chairs, blankets etc. Was also a full kitchen with everything you need to use it and while we didn't really take advantage of it, it was nice to know it was available. There were restaurant options within walking distance and everything else we needed was within a 10 minute drive. Dean was very prompt with email replies and gave excellent details. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was in a great location and easy to get in/out since it’s near the front of the complex. Perfect for the price. Dean was Great with his communication, and checked on me once we got all settled in. Thanks for letting us use the property.

We loved staying in this condo. It is super clean, well-maintained, stocked with amenities, just minutes away from one of Maui's beautiful beaches, and close to several shopping centers. We also appreciated the great communication from the property manager which made everything easy from the time we booked the condo until the day we checked out. Highly recommend!

I don’t often write reviews but this one definitely deserved one! The location of this property is PRIME in Kihei! Very underrated!! The suite location is also 2 minutes (one block really) from one of the nicest beach in Kihei! Also one and a half blocks down you can get ice cream and finally a quick 6 minutes away from one of the most popular restaurants in Kihei known for taco Tuesday :) The property manager is super communicative and very professional. Inside the suite there was everything you needed and more. I will be returning back to this location because it’s worth the pricing unlike other suites that are charging way more than necessary. This made my first trip to Maui, a memorable one!!

My wife and I spent two weeks here for our honeymoon and had a great stay. In terms of the condo itself, it is really clean and spacious. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, there are extra towels and sheets, a dresser and a spacious bedroom closet. What really made us appreciate this place were the extra little things - Things for the beach, like the beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear, take out containers to pack food. The condo building is just off the main street of South Kihei Road. The complex (there are about 4 buildings) has a quiet time at night, which suited us fine. There is a pool, but we never used it. If you rent a car, there are two parking lots. The condo is just off the front one - Find the stairs and it’s the one on the right. This is a popular lot, so it was usually full by 6 pm. The back lot has a lot of parking spaces (note that anything under the roof is for owners) and it’s a few mins walk. Walking there at night is dark though; there are some lights along the road, but not like traditional street lights. Note that this part of the road is just for this building, so it's not like there's a lot of traffic. My wife and I thought the building is safe in general. The location was awesome for us; it’s right by Kamaole Beach I. There are a lot of great places to eat and it was walkable - Cafe O’Lei, Maui Tacos, etc. When driving, it took us approximately on average: > Wailea beach - 9 mins > Kapalua Bay in West Maui - In the morning, an hour > Target, Costco - 20 to 25 mins > Haleakala - On a Friday, left at 1:45 am and arrived at the summit at 3:45 am > Road to Hana - On a Sunday, left at 4:30 am, arrived about 6:30 am at Wai’anapanapa State Park In terms of communication, Dean was responsive in a timely manner. He left very clear instructions so we had no issues finding anything. All in all, it was a wonderful stay for us and would recommend this.
