Struttura molto graziosa e comoda vicina all’aereoporto molto pulita e ben riscaldata . gentilissima e molto disponibile la signora Francesca che ci è venuta a prendere all’ aereoporto e ci ha riaccompagnato. Molto carino e fruibile anche il giardinetto esterno con divano dove trascorrere momenti di relax. Possibilità di cucinare in casa con supermercato proprio difronte. Ottimo collegamento con i mezzi che hanno la fermata proprio difronte.Tutto molto confortevole. Siamo stati proprio bene. Torneremo sicuramente.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, who also arranged pickup and drop off to the airport. The rooms are in a beautiful villa in a very residential and quiet zone, only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Recommended for overnight stay before catching an early flight.

The breakfast selection could be improved (e.g., adding yoghurt and fresh fruits).

Near airport. Very nice rooming house, not a hotel. Modern, clean, residential area but easy walk to restaurants and fabulous restaurants they were. Transportation was easy and very friendly. Listen to the restaurant recommendationa!

The place is 10 minutes from the airport by car. We ordered a transfer and that was the best decision! The room was small but convenient. The kitchen is common but clean and good equipped.

Bien pour une escale d'une nuit à proximité de l'aéroport (grâce à la navette payante proposée à tout heure, pour venir de l'aéroport ou bien pour y aller, très pratique), chambre assez grande avec balcon aménagé au calme, grande salle bain (dommage nous étions incommodés par les odeurs de remontées d'égouts), petit-déjeuner proposé avec café dans la cuisine commune et quelques viennoiserie industrielle sous sachet en chambre, supplément pour le check-in tardif, wifi disponible ainsi que l'air conditionné.

Facility is 5 min drive to the airport, if you book a shuttle. Facility provides shuttle service, if requested. There's a market close by which is convenient for overnight stays.

Nothing to not like, if you're just looking for airport accessibility, not longer stay.

the staff

the room was dark and dusty. the bed sheet was not ironed and smelled. it says breakfast included, but there was a sweet not fresh pastry and opened milk and fresh juice to be shared with other guests.

Alessia was helpful saying for me to stay in a place that was safe for me being on my own , the bed was very comfortable, bathroom had been renovated and their were restaurants nearby.

The outside of the building was horrible, dead plants and leaves, dead pot plants on balcony. There was no milk to have coffee or cereal, no fruit just some packaged bits, this is not my idea of breakfast included and kitchen was not nice!

The location near the town is excellent. Cost was reasonable for a place near the airport. Alessia facilitated easy transfers to and from the airport--which made it easy to make my flight connections from Florence through Rome back to the US. Cold water and juices were in the refrigerator. Soap and shampoo were in the shower. Nice kitchen area with balcony overlooking the garden.

Liked that there was an electric kettle and milk for morning tea. I did not find any black tea, however. Corn Flakes were unappetizing. One bun and some biscuits were OK. Great to have the milk available. Thanks.

The room we had was clean and well presented, The staff went above and beyond to help us.

The outside was not as nice as the inside. The garden needed some attention.

The property is a traditional Italian Villa close to the airport. The staff was friendly and responded quickly. Special thanks to their driver Paola for picking me up from the airport in the middle of the night! The room was functional. It had AC (not noisy at all), a big double bed, a fully equipped toilet (soap, towels, hairdryer), and snacks/jam was provided for breakfast. The shared area includes a fully equipped kitchen with access to breakfast items (coffee, juice, milk) and a terrace to enjoy your breakfast. All equipment was new and in excellent conditions.

I cannot think anything negative about this property.

The place is so close to the airport that the landing airplanes are going almost over the house. It happens e.g every 10 minutes and it is noisy. The planes are not coming over night, they start approximately at 6 a.m.

Very professional and friendly staff, handy location with pickup service to/from Fiumicino airport at a reasonable rate. The room was clean and spacious, the house is very nice and quiet and I had a good night sleep after landing in Fiumicino.

The self catering breakfast was very basic, just few snacks and cereals available.

It was colorful I loved the decorations, it had air conditioning which sometimes is hard to get in Italy. It had a full kitchen and a balcony.

Very conveniently situated for getting to the airport. Host was vert helpful in getting us a taxi into the city in the evening. This property was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Highly recommended. Great value.

The location is great if you need to be near the airport. There are places to eat and it’s a fast trip.
