La ubicación es muy buena. La habitación es cómoda y con lo necesario. Había cocina compartida que incluía café, té y agua. El staff muy amable. Nos tocó la habitación 3 y no se escuchaba nada de ruido de los bares, como habíamos leído en los reviews.

No había shampoo, acondicionador ni jabón corporal para la ducha, podría ayudar para los viajeros.

Location great, check in very easy. Spotlessly clean and nicely furnished/decorated. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but they were nice. Good number of towels.

Wifi didn't work and one of the double beds only had a single blanket, which meant one person had that and one only had a sheet. However, it was warm in the room, so it didn't matter too much.

Super clean, cosy and stylish, good location with many nice restaurants around. It is shared apartment with 3 rooms, but privacy is perfect, room had nice own bathroom and spotless shower. We needed taxi before 4am to reach the airport and it was very easy to get the help from the host, thanks for that!

No shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom or we could’t find it. If you don’t have these things in your personal luggage, that could be theonly small issue.

Price of stay was good. The place itself is clean and the rooms do look like the pictures. Air conditioning is nice and works well. The bathroom is big with a shower, though only hand soap was provided. The beds are perfectly fine, comfortable, and clean. Taxi ride to airport is fast from here, use the itTaxi app and book your taxi ahead of time.

Fiumicino as a location did not seem as useful as a map would indicate. Its proximity to the airport is offset by the airport/train station's lack of walkable access. Be prepared to spend 15 euro/person on aggressively driven taxi rides back and forth. The rides themselves are only 9 min, though. The train ticket to Roma Termini here is doable but also expensive at around 14 euro/person. Fiumicino is also a town past its prime. The beach is quite polluted and the town is partially in a rough shape. For what it's worth, the people were nice enough. The namesake river itself is not particularly nice, though the sunsets are pretty. This bed & breakfast serves no breakfast. This is 'due to covid', but you will see nobody observe a single safety precaution anywhere in Italy, so take that with a grain of salt. This is compensated with a somewhat lowered price. There are restaurants nearby that served their purpose fine. This is only communicated to you via a post-it on the door. You must communicate your arrival time upfront and someone will let you in and hand you a copy of the house keys. There is nobody present otherwise. We still had to wait around 15 min after the communicated time. There is no early check-in, you can negotiate a checkout time with the owner. The owners do not really speak English, though you will get by. There is a 6$ city tax you will still need to pay, preferably in cash. There is a shared common area with other guests with Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi does not reliably reach into your room, fwiw. There is a lot of late noise due to the nearby restaurants and you have to be lucky with the other tenants at the time of your stay. Bring earplugs.

it was very central and close to restaurants and we could walk and enjoy the beautiful sunset

we had difficulty trying to get into the property, the phone numbers on the main door are out of date. it took us quite a while to get into the property
