Convenient location closer to FCO airport, flexible staff who allowed us to keep our luggage prior to check in

it is 10 minutes from the airport. fumicino is actually a nice little town right by the water and there is at least half a dozen very nice if someone expensive restaurants that are open late at least during the summer. The hotel rooms are small but clean.

This hotel is advertised on Google and booking.com as an airport hotel, which clearly means that it caters to people who are flying in or out of FCO. Yet after I booked I was informed that I had to arrive by 8:00 p.m. or I would be charged an extra 20 euros (I'm sure in fine print somewhere there was information about check-in times but why would anyone look for that at a hotel that's built as catering to travelers?). making matters worse, I was told repeatedly that there was no way to check in after 10:00 p.m. and then if my flight was delayed I was simply out of luck. finally when I sent a photo of me standing at a very long taxi line with 15 minutes to go the woman said not to worry if she would wait for me. how can a hotel that is advertised as an airport hotel charge extra after 8:00 p.m. and close completely after 10:00 p.m.? it's cost incredible stress as my flight was in fact delayed and when I arrived, despite not checking a bag just to make sure I didn't use extra time and wind up with nowhere to stay, I had to take a taxi for €30 instead of the 8 Euro shuttle to make sure I got there before 10:00. The taxi stand was very crowded and I wound up arriving at 9:58 p.m. The woman who worked there was still there doing stuff on the computer and in fact was still there for at least 20 or 30 minutes after I arrive so I have no idea what the fuss was. meanwhile my steak cost me 33 euros more than it should have when you had up the 20 euro fee and the extra 13 for the taxi. I think it is unconscionable at an airport hotel would charge extra for arriving after 8:00 p.m. and threaten to close at 10:00 p.m. . I would therefore not advise anyone to use this hotel if you are going to arrive anytime in the evening because any delay will produce incredible stress and potentially leave you without a room. I would advise that booking.

The receptionist did his absolute best to help me with arrangements to get to the airport. Very eager to help and his English was surprisingly good!

Very noisy. I could hear everyone getting in and out of the hotel during the entire night I stayed there. Could hear people talking on their phones in the corridor. If I wanted a sleepless night, I wouldn't have booked a hotel. I'd have stayed at the airport.

I do not recommend. Room was dirty and food was horrible.

The staff were amazing, nice, helpful, tried to do their best for my needs. It's close to the airport, and quite a good price for to location. There is also a shuttle to get to the villa.

It was very noisy all night. I had the room exactly next to the entrance in the building, and I could hear every turist that came into the building. I heard every time the gate opened, and after that the door of the building which was exactly next to my door, and that gave me the feeling that someone was opening my door. It was not pleasant at all, and I couldn't rest during the night.

Very close to the airport, clean and cool room. Airconditioning helped a lot, as Rome was under red code of extreme heat. Very helpful owner.

Nothing to complain really. Only thing to pay attention to is the fact that the bus shuttle to the airport (8€ one way) is available only during mornings. Otherwise private taxi (22€) is the option left.

Very good location near the waterfront in Fiumicino, and a plethora of seafood restaurants. We were able to easily walk to these and ended up having an outstanding dinner per Flavio's recommendation. The restaurant's specialty was fish, which is not surprising given it's located in a fishing town.

Unfriendly check-in hours of 1600 hrs to 2000 hrs make it difficult to stay here if you arrive FCO at anytime outside these hours since you cannot check-in until 1600hrs. The property is neglected in several areas, including unacceptable bathroom cleanliness. Fixtures were loose, shower head was difficult to adjust, curtains wouldn't close, and so on. The outside of the property is also suffering from neglect, weeds growing, dead plants in pots, and untrimmed plants at the entrance could poke a visitor in the eyes.

Charming little town conveniently located near the Fiumicino airport. Bright and spacious room close to riverfront, restaurants and shops.

The owner was kind enough to wait for me to arrive from the airport and also book transport back to the airport the next day. It was a last minute booking because my plane left without me, even if I had a boarding pass and was near the boarding gate.

Room was disappointing. For the same price, I would have had a better room in the Rome city center. I booked it because I wanted to be as close as possible to the airport so I don't miss my flight again. But it's not as easy as it looks to get there. Overall, room + airport RT transport more expensive than going all the way back to Rome.

Oscar went over and above to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast in amazing especially the home made carrot cake that Oscar does!

This property is close to the Rome airport

Reception was closed until 4 PM and then closed again at 8 PM. Accommodations were marginal. No hot water in our bathroom. Dogs barking. Steep narrow stairs to the room. Weird arrangement of room. Hair stuck to the shower walls....not ours!. No glasses in the room.

It was a comfortable place to stay for the night. Quiet and peaceful. Italian breakfast in the morning. It was nice to be able to sit outside of the room in the garden. Near the airport and there is also some stores and restaurants nearby.
