I stayed at this hotel in two occasions. The hotel is right by the ship channel that goes from the River Tiber to Fiumicino. From my room I had both times nice views towards the ship channel and the sea. It is a beautiful, modern hotel, and I didn't have any major issues. But I am usually easily pleased, and if I have a good view, I can overlook a lot of things, which I did. The truth is that this property is probably more of a 3-star hotel instead of 4. The restaurant has a view to the ship channel, but its amenities are more typical of a 3-star hotel. The food is just OK while the prices are for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is at about 5km from Fiumicino airport and the price of transportation varies greatly. Going from the airport to the hotel, I look taxis, and I paid one time 25 Euros and the other 40 Euros !!! For returning to the airport, I took the hotel's shuttle and it was only a few dollars. Overall, I am rating this based on expectations for a 4-star hotel because that is what they say it is. If it was a 3-star hotel, it would have gotten from me 9 or 10 stars. I would stay again, but I wouldn't use taxis.

The shuttle or cars don't stop in front of the hotel door, but rather in the street. So you have to drag the suitcases on the uneven, cobblestone like, pavement to the hotel door hoping that the wheels don't come off. Secondly, I would not use taxis to get to the hotel, but instead I would order an Uber so I can see the cost and have a choice before I wait in a long line for a taxi and pay some random amount of money. They seem to take advantage of the tourists.

Nice room with luggage storage. It is larger than the typical European room.

Though the hotel is situated at the end of the pier with a wonderful view of the ocean, it is also bordering a small slum village. There is currently some construction going on involving large equipment there. Also , the complementary breakfast was sparse and not good quality food.

Staff was helpful arranging transportation to Ostia Antica but not very friendly

The hotel is at a beautiful location, right at the pier where all the fishing boats are. The pier allows for very nice walks. There are nice restaurants in the neighbourhood

Some of the staff are nice but others clearly don't like working in the service industry. The hotel and the bedrooms are a bit run down and need a refurbishment: doors don't close well, shower too small with an old shower head etc.

Große, saubere, gemütliche Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, Betten bequem, gute Lagen zu Geschäften, Restaurants und zum Flughafen, Shuttle zum Flughafen. Für uns war alles bestens, haben uns wohlgefühlt. Jederzeit wieder für eine Übernachtung nahe dem Flughafen. Frühstück haben wir nicht genommen. Haben im Flughafen in der Lounge gefrühstückt.

Rezeption hätte ein klitzekleines Bisschen freundlicher sein können. Etwas rudimentäre Betreuung, Herzlichkeit und Lächeln schien weh zu tun, in der Hotellerie eigentlich Voraussetzung für die Rezeption, auch ungewöhnlich für Italien, haben beide familiäre Wurzeln in Italien, würden aber trotzdem beide wiederkommen wegen der Zimmer und der Lage.

We got to the airport on time

The staff is nice. The location is close to the airport. The restaurant is good as well and I really like the fried squid and prawns.

Though the location of the hotel is very close to the airport, however there is no public transportation between the hotel and the airport. The guests at the hotel have to reserve the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport a day earlier. And the hotel will charge you for 7 € each person one way. And if you take taxi, the average expense is about €25-€30 and I don’t think the price is fair for a 10 minute ride. Addition to the transportation, there were people party near the hotel and there was noise in the corridor. What’s more, I changed the room once because there was water dripping from the ceiling of the toilet. After I changed to another room, I also found the hairdryer not functioned.

The main reason we decided on this property for our overnight stay in Rome was because it was super convenient to reach by public transport. This hotel is clean, well positioned and safe. The area is a little port city and through the window you will see the river Tiber that in maybe a 200m pours into the Tyrrhenian Sea. If you want a convenient and competitively priced accommodation PICK THIS HOTEL. Why public transport - If you buy the tickets BEFORE you board the bus via COTRAL.IT app it will cost you 1.10E per person. The taxi and shuttle services are 15EUR+ in each direction. I don't want to haggle with taxi drivers so this was my pick. We were happier spending extra cash on food. In a pinch hotel provides shuttle service that but it is 7EUR Per Person Per Direction. Mind you if you walk into the bus they will charge you the same amount if you didn't buy the ticket via APP. You gotta validate the said ticket in the bus by scanning the QR code. If you're staying for longer costs could accumulate so this may help. Public transport of Lazio (and Rome) is Cotral www.cotral.it - Their webpage is made in Word and you have all the right to be suspicious lol. But it works. Bus picks you up between terminals T3 and T1. Walk close to street to find marking on the road in yellow letters and the very small sign post. HARD TO FIND AND SEE. When you want to navigate by Google maps the Lines in Rome make sense only to the people living there. Other humans need this little hint. The board in the upper right hand corner has #f10921 (yes looks like a hexadecimal color code, but that is besides the point) Once you locate the bus station which is an adventure in itself it will take you to the hotel in 16min. It drops you off literally on the corner of the hotel so any luggage you have can be taken easily. Return to airport from same station. Lines in APP mention airport. Up to 20min. Sun/Mon travel experience.

Charging for water in the fridge 1.5Eur per bottle wasn't really something that was expected. We had to ask for the hot water kettle on the reception (Chinese/Croatian family needs) - when hands are full a little inconvenient to carry but a minor thing. There wasn't many things to find and the progress bar didn't let me stop earlier. lol.

Fiquei somente uma noite no hotel, ótimo custo benefício, cordialidade, restaurante ótimo, recepcionista gentilíssima, ótima estadia. O serviço de transporte até o aeroporto pontual. Só tenho elogios para a estrutura Sono stata benissima!! Grazie mille

L'hotel è situato vicino al porto fluviale in corrispondenza della foce, posizione molto bella soprattutto se si ha una finestra che affaccia sul porto canale. La stanza è grande pulita e con un arredamento curato. Lo staff è di prim'ordine.

A clean, comfortable and friendly hotel in a great location overlooking the fishing port. There are dozens of restaurants nearby and you can stroll along the break wall. Hotel rooms have great views, good showers and comfortable beds. Shuttle available from the airport. We really enjoyed our night here

The hotel fronts the working port of Fiumicino, with views of water and boats. It is at the end of the Fiumicino Lungomare, in a quiet area which is nevertheless close to many good restaurants - especially seafood.

Being winter, the central heating was on, but it was very hot and made sleeping uncomfortable.

What a great location and place to stay if you need to be around the airport. Great places to eat - awesome pool with a killer view. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we will certainly be staying here again!

The hotel is in a great location and is clean.

We were in a room directly over reception outside the lift (Room 103). From 6am we could hear loud talking coming from those guests in reception and those waiting for the lift. I would recommend requesting NOT to be in this room.

after spending 2 weeks in various italys resort towns and enduring the endless traffic noise and superficial "luxury", this place was a true haven of tranquility. first time i rested i think during my vacation.
