Stayed between Christmas and New Years 2022. Location was great. Short shuttle ride and a short walk to the gondola if you prefer. Worked great for the 6 of us. Would stay again!

Walking Distance to the base of Steamboat. 4 bedroom with plenty of space.

We were very pleased with the condo. It was very spacious! We also truly appreciated the parking garage, it snowed while we were there and it was nice to be in covered parking. We would seriously consider staying here again if we come back to steamboat for vacation.

We really loved this condo. We have a family of 7 adults plus a toddler and this was perfect. They are doing a great job of managing around COVID-19 and making sure everything was safe.

The pictures made the condo seem a lot bigger than it actually was. The fridge didn’t work and the microwave handle was barely hanging on. When you pay as much as I had to, especially with all the extra fees, and the condo was supposedly inspected prior to my arrival I at least expect everything to be working properly.

Nice, clean place. Plenty of room for our family, shuttle service was awesome, short walking distance to skiing if you choose not to ride shuttle. Loved our stay there!

It was clean, there were some problems with the appliances. Needs some renovation.

Fun weekend and the house worked perfect for our group! The only complaint i has is there is no AC and it was unusually hot in steamboat that weekend! In the mid 90’s!! Other than that - it was a good location and everything was great!

This is a great place. My family and I loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Its a quick walk to the gondola and an easy bus ride to town. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to cook and it had plenty of room in the 4 bedrooms for our 8 person group.

This was our first ever visit to ski at Steamboat Springs after 25+ years of skiing elsewhere. Six adults (one couple, four adult males) and this unit was perfect for us. It even comes with a few moose to escort you home after dinner (true story!). The location was extremely convenient - a short 2 block walk to the gondola base that was slightly uphill in the morning and thankfully downhill after skiing all day. With ski/boot storage at the base we hadn't anything to carry to and fro. There is a small market / liquor store in between the base and the condo for necessities. We rarely took any shuttles directly from the condo since it was so easy to walk to the base and hop on a bus into town during the day. Three of the four bedrooms were spacious, the fourth with twin beds was a bit tight for two adult men. Bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen was huge! LR/DR area is a bit small but was sufficient for our stay. The headboards need some work - at least the two in the "master" bedrooms were loose and banging the wall with every tiny movement. Not a major issue, just a bit annoying with a restless spouse getting up too early. The unit was actually too warm towards the end of our week. We had to crack open the patio door at night to let in some fresh cool air. I'd rather do that for a bit than be miserable in a freezing condo. If we continue to come to Steamboat Springs we will definitely consider this complex and this unit for future vacations.

This was our 15th annual men's retreat, but our first time staying here. It was a convenient location, very comfortable, and nicely updated. Although we didn't stay very long, or cook any meals at the unit, it was clean and well kept, easy to get to, and very comfortable.

We had an amazing time and really enjoyed our home away from home. I highly recommend time in Steamboat Springs and just as important, using Retreatia- Canyon Creek. The condo was perfect for our family. We each had our own room and bathroom and were able to prepare meals and do laundry while there. The access to everything going on around us was perfect! The description regarding Canyon Creek were more than accurate. They even checked in with us while we were there (email). We enjoyed the opportunity to go into town and shop; ride the gondola to the top of the mountain; go to the river and play; go to Fish Creek Falls; and to do all of the things we were able to do while there. Again, I highly recommend Canyon Creek and time in Steamboat Springs.

We were celebrating our mothers 80th birthday with all of her children and a few grandkids. Very nice place to relax. The pool was enjoyable.

We had 4 adults, 2 older teens and 4 16 year olds. Yes, you can sleep 10 people - but only 8 will have a bed. The king bed was very comfy. The queen in the 2nd master is a little hard. The place was very clean. The location was good - nestled in with the majority of condos close to the ski square. We faced the mountain but were next to a slightly busy street. The underground parking was good. Here is the thing. It was HOT. Steamboat can be hot or cold in the summer. It does cool off at night though. So, the only issue was no A/C. And it was a serious issue. It made for some grouchy people. The pool is tiny so don't expect to swim laps. Would we stay here again...yes! Warning to visitors...the 4th of July week - weekend - right after is VERY BUSY. I'm talking PACKED with people. Tubing the Yampa was refreshing. I just love Steamboat.
