The location was outstanding. The property had all of the amenities that we wanted.
The carpet needed cleaning and the toilet in the master bath would occasionally run.

Almost Everything
We didn't have heat(unit was frozen) entire weekend and my husband had to repair both fill valves on toilets, as they weren't refilling the bowl , luckily my husbands a facilities service manger

Island Club is a great location on the beach. Security at gate is a plus. Staff is very nice.
Island Club is a mix of time share and full property ownership. Our unit is not booked thru timeshare at Island Club. Atlantis 1101 needs some MAJOR TLC. The carpet was ugly with stains. Even the lampshade was stained. Windows were filthy. Bathrooms were not updated at all and the fans were rattling. One toilet needed lid removed after every flush. Vertical blinds on living room patio door were broke and missing slats. Living room sofa was ripped in the cushion.

It was near the beach. Also, it was very clean.
It was very expensive and the stairs was hard to carry your stuff around.

The accommodation was absolutely stunning. such a nice design of the rooms. each one of them were very special.

The property itself was fine, however, I was very dissatisfied with the customer service. I accidentally left some clothes in a drawer and called as soon as I realized that they were missing. After 45 min. of being on hold and having the call dropped and returned, the customer service agent charged me $27.50 to look for my left items. I checked back in every week for 3 weeks when they finally looked for them and found that they had been stolen. Even though they didn’t look for the items in any kind of timely manner to make sure that they wouldn’t be taken by another guest, they refused to refund the money they charged me. This is very disappointing with an otherwise nice stay. Please don’t advertise on your website that you will look for left items in a timely manner if you aren’t actually going to do it and then just take your guests money.

The welcome package was in a lock box, had all the info emailed to me prior to arrival to retrieve them. The only snafu was that the key for the condo wasn't in the package. Luckily the property manager was on site and asked if we had any issues and I told her we had no key in the envelope. She quickly went and got them for us.

We will most definitely be back! Can't wait to book here again. Everyone was friendly and it was so quiet. The grounds were clean and kept up. Our place was clean and up to date on appliances. It was perfect for our family of 5. The only thing I would say needs slight improvement on is the door to our place was easily opened by our one year old and he could walk right out. I would suggest a lock high up of some kind. Also the dryer didn't dry all the way, we had to hang a couple of things up.
Loved the keyless doors. With three kids, we loved not having to always worry about having a key with us at all times. The pools were closed down while we were there so no review there.
Shower is wonderful, incredible pressure. Tons of pillows -bedding is very clean. (I'm picky about that stuff.)
We enjoyed our stay so much. The walk to the beach and playground was only a couple of minutes. It was like staying at home. Loved it!
just the dryer and lock on the door - other than that no complaints here.

The bath towels are horrible! Great for washing the car or dog, but not me.
And there was an abandoned dishwasher in the planting area we walked by every time we left.
