My wheelchair-bound sister was able to use the elevator and for the first time enjoy the whole vacation house and not just be stuck on the first floor (she called dibs on the room on the highest floor, naturally). I loved my morning runs on the beach that is right outside the house and goes for miles! Thank you for making our first trip to Hilton Head so enjoyable and for your hospitality!! We cannot wait to be back!

We had a great vacation! The size of the house was perfect! The beach access was exactly what we wanted…. The kitchen was better equipped than described. We over-packed! A little confusion on trash pick up. I think the pool needed a little more attention during our visit. I think we only got a chlorine tablet? But I would highly recommend this home!

I rented this house for my Mother’s 85th birthday. Her birthday was in April but due to Covid we were uneasy about traveling. A friend suggested we rent a house because it wouldn’t have the foot traffic of a hotel. I looked at so many homes and finally decided on this one because it ‘appeared’ upscale, beautifully decorated and had beachfront access, a pool and elevator. I was not disappointed. It looks as elegant in person as in the photos. The beach is wide and not full of people and the pool is large enough to relax in after dinner. I would highly recommend this home. It also has a great location.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Plenty of room for our 3 families to spread out in. Walked right out to a flat wide beach and then come back to a relaxing pool. The house had everything we needed, only place we had to go to was Kroger’s about a 10 minute drive away. After we stocked up we felt very safe staying and enjoying our time at the house during this trying time with the coronavirus.

Wow! We absolutely loved our first stay in this home! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious for our crew of 9 adults and 4 young children. The private beach access and private pool were just what we needed to continue social distancing during the COVID pandemic. The beach is extremely wide at this location, especially at low tide. Our kids spent hours playing in the tide pools and the ”river” that fills the marsh area. The pool, while small, was perfect for our young children. For adults, the pool was a great place to lounge and cool off after being on the beach. The ocean and marsh views from every bedroom window were amazing! While the location is very private, you are less than 5 minutes away from Kroger, Giuseppi's Pizza, and so much more. We'd recommend taking advantage of the daily free bike rental because there are beautiful paths to ride on as well as the open beach. If you are into surf fishing, we had much success fishing from the shore. We would definitely return!

We were super impressed when we arrived at how clean everything was and with the location of the home. We were pleasantly surprised at how many of us were able to use the pool as the pictures don't do it justice. We had at least 8 adults and a child either in or sitting on the edge of the pool at any given time. While it's small it's surprisingly functional. With the exception of the dining room chairs(white cloth that showed everything from other renters) which were pretty dirty and we now understand with be replaced at end of season this was the perfect spot for us. A few recommendations for the bedroom on the top floor end of hall - there are no bath towel bars, no sconce lights in the bedroom by which to read. The only light is the overhead. When we initially realized there was no propane in the tank John was there immediately to deal with it. He also stopped within moments to address a wasp nest outside the bunk room on the patio. We couldn't have asked for a better time or location. Would definitely stay here again.

We called for a repair and they sent a maintenance guy over quickly but they blamed it on the thermostat and said nothing was wrong. We just dealt with it the rest of the week and did not call back. 19 Singleton Place was the perfect family home for our family vacation! The home was very spacious, well appointed & comfortable. The views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the closeness of the beach access. The pool & deck area were a hit with the children! We would highly recommend this property. Thanks for helping us create some wonderful memories!

This home is beautifully decorated and a wonderful location steps from the beach. Our family of sixteen (8 adults and 8 "kids" ages 7-20 fit it perfectly. The few minor maintenance problems were taken care of immediately. It was a fun and memorable week!

Upon entering the house the main level was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The sofa and chairs upholstery was soiled, the glass sliding doors were full of hand prints and other smudges, the glass dining table protector was dirty along the underside edge; and the floors were not clean. The wall areas around the switch plates were also dirty. Albeit, the House was tastefully furnished and decorated, the cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired. As a result, I felt somewhat uncomfortable just thinking about what else might not be as clean as it should be. Also, two of our grandchildren ended up with ear infections from the pool water.

We stay here every year and love it. The location cannot be beat and the owners update something every year. This year we love the new patio furniture and firepit!
