Property was close to the beach, a plus for the beach walkers. We loved the privacy of the pool which we enjoyed everyday! Bikes were a big hit with the whole family. One of our most relaxing stays ever! Truly felt at home.

Our family gathered for our 28th year on HHI at this lovely home away from home. It is so well appointed with beach and pool equipment/toys, home equipment for our grandchild, pet accommodations, and so many other wonderful amenities.
The owners are exceptional to work with and go out of their way to be sure you have the best experience in their home.
We highly recommend 10 Canvasback by Toba and Andy!

We had a wonderful week staying at Toba and Andy's home. The communication with Toba is second to none. We've stayed in VRBO homes for decades. The house was perfect/well equipped for our family of 3 couples and 3 young grandchildren. The walk to the beach is a breeze.
Anything you need, Toba does her best to accommodate.

We had a fabulous stay at this home. Toba is a great communicator. Easy walk to the beach! We loved the screened in porch. Beds were all comfortable. Bikes were very fun to have! Close to grocery, restaurants and all we needed. We will hopefully be back again!

We've vacationed at HHI for many years now. This was our first time staying in Sea Pines. We thoroughly enjoyed it! The location was quiet, steps away from the beach, and an easy bike ride/drive to restaurants and shopping.
The house had everything we needed - room for 3 generations of family members, plus our two dogs.
Toba was very responsive and helpful during our stay.
I highly recommend it!

This house was great for everyone from the five month old to the grandparents. There was a crib, pack and play, high chair and infant tub:). The kitchen was gated for our dog while we were on the beach. The pool was a big plus for all of us. Nice separation of floors and a large living area with a big sectional sofa. We all enjoyed playing board games at night. Walk to the beach using a nice path. Overall great place in Sea Pines-our favorite!

Fantastic property. Great location. Terrific communication with the property owner. There were 10 of us, ranging in age from 2 to 71. We would definitely consider staying here again! This place was nice!

The location is perfect! Just inside Sea Pine and super easy to get anywhere. The house is very clean and spacious. Loved having the private pool. Just a short walk to the beach. Toba was EXTREMELY helpful beginning with the booking process and continued throughout the entire stay. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

We have been to Hilton Head 13 times. This is by far the nicest place we've stayed. Perfect for a group of adults, as all bedrooms can be set up as twin beds or kings. Just perfect.

The house is comfortable (big sectional couch for evening lounging, lovely screened porch, terrific layout), well-equipped, and in a great location near the beach and the Ocean Gate at Sea Pines. A huge bonus -- it's pet-friendly, and the owners have the kitchen gated off which worked perfectly for us.

The property was beautifully sited on a quiet cul-de-sac in Sea Pines, conveniently located near The Beach Club, biking trails and great restaurants. Our Hosts, Toba & Andy were very communicative and easy to reach. They were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with…the home was beautiful, and a perfect backdrop to a Family Get Together. Everyone said that they would love to return back there! Kudos to our Hosts!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Everything was as promised. The home is extremely well equipped with everything we needed for our thanksgiving celebration and fun week. The kids enjoyed the pool which was kept very clean during our stay. Very nice experience. Would highly recommend this home.

The owners were great to work with. The house was just as described. We loved using the bikes and the quick walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and organized with cookware and dishes. The king beds were very comfortable.

Great Communication
This was a great home, a great location, and awesome homeowners. The homeowner's communication throughout the process was amazing. They provided helpful and detailed information about the home and the surrounding areas.

Houses in this area have to be reserved 11 months in advance. As our family has grown and spread across the country, we were doubtful that all 10 of us would be able to make it and didn’t want to rent more than we needed to. With a couple of the young children sleeping on inflatable beds we were able to sleep everyone comfortably and the house had plenty of room for the group.
The availability of beach chairs etc. and bicycles was a real plus as we have brought them with us in the past. Also, having large beach towels we could use saved some packing space.
We did not have to contact the owner often but when we did she was eager to help us out and get things done.

We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Perfect for early am walks with the pup and evening sunset walks. Short bike ride to sea pines beach club. We loved our week here in sea pines. The owners are very helpful and kind. Just a great home away from home.

Great place to stay
Toba and Andy's home is lovely and perfect for families. The house is as pictured and very clean. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked and the heated pool was heavenly in March/early April. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are good sized. There are 2 suites with their own baths and 2 other lovely bedrooms share a bath.
It is a VERY short stroll to the beach on a pathway. And, the included chairs, wagon, umbrellas and rolling cooler are all that you need for beach time!
The only downside was construction on 2 houses close by---but that didn't deter us from having a wonderful time.

Wonderful respite
A wonderful vacation experience. The house was quiet, close to the beach, very clean, well equipped and organized to allow privacy to all members of the family. We loved that it was dog friendly, and had a wonderful pool, available bikes and access to Sea Pines. Toba was accessible, friendly and very easy to work with.

Fantastic Hilton Head Vacation
10 Canvasback Road is a perfect Sea Pines house for a extended family to stay. We had 8 adults and a i year old. The house was great. Clean and ready for us exactly as promised. Toba was the best owner I ever worked with in a home rental. Professional and caring with constant and clear communications. House has room for everyone with multiple gathering spaces and comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, pool and beach and baby supplies made for light packing, not to mention bikes and Tennis!!
