Excellent ensuite accommodation in a delightful house, in a quiet, characterful road, a stone's throw from the seafront. Hosts Ian and Matt are welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Excellent short break
Right from the moment of arrival we were made to feel welcome. The accommodation was just as described and brilliantly situated for access to the beach, restaurants and public transport.

Hosts were very welcoming, friendly and gave great advice about local amenities. Good location for local bars and restaurants whilst the centre is around 15-20 minute stroll along the main road or sea front. The beach is only a couple of mins walk and in sight of the property. Would highly recommend.

it was wonderful! on the advice in advance of arrival or on the spot. Ian was very friendly, nice and happy. the room is decorated with a lot of love and the bathroom is fantastic. in 2 minutes you can walk to the beach and in less than 20 minutes walk in the city. The 'seven sisters' are very easy to reach by public transport and it takes just 1 hour to get to london. gladly again!

lovely house, very clean, fantasied host . after the show we had a great meal to finish the night, and a walk along the sea front, before driving home in the morning, after a good night sleep.

Many thanks to Ian and Matt for allowing us to stay in your amazing beach house. The house was amazing from top to bottom and you were both so pivotal in making our stay in Brighton so amazing. Have recommended you to a couple of close friends both near and far who would totally appreciate the amazing style, fluidity and ambiance that the house so effortlessly provides. Lovely place with a great host.
Ian could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Beautiful home, which was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with pristinely ironed snow white sheets and the power shower was heaven. Great location too, very close the seafront and within easy walking distance of all the eateries of Hove. Highly recommend it.

We have stayed in Brighton a number of times while visiting our daughter and I have to say that this is the best place by far, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and well presented. As a host, Ian was great, really helpful and accommodating. The location is ideal with easy access to everything but quiet and calm when you need it, lovely stay many thanks

The best host experience I have ever had - a lot better than any AirBnB!!!
First of all, the hosts were really kind and communicative straight after the booking! We received loads of information about local recommendations without having to ask for it!
The check-in as well as the check-out were really easy. The location is perfect, it is really quite and very close to the bike share hub. The room is absolutely stunning! Really light-flooded and spacious enough for a weekend. Absolutely amazing interior!
Ten out of ten recommend! And will hopefully come back soon!

Amazing room, lovely host. Wish we stayed longer!
Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Matt but Ian was so welcoming and made our stay stress free. We were only there for one night which is such a shame as we would have loved to stay in that room forever! It's so beautiful, and the bathroom is amazing (particularly the shower). Everything is spotlessly clean, and they have thought of every last detail from fluffy white towels and comfy pillows to a personalised welcome sheet with the Wi-Fi code. Really hope to stay there again sometime, hopefully for longer so that I can make a start on all the lovely books they have displayed. Thanks again!

Beautiful, very clean, great vacation place, fully recommended
Lovely Brighton boathouse just steps away from the beach. House is beautiful, with large sunny rooms that include all amenities of a five star hotel, only homier. And close to restaurants and all! Both hosts are wonderful! We will definitely return on our next visit to Brighton and will recommend it to all our friends. Thank you Ian and Matt!

Great stay in Brighton
Real home from home in a lovely welcoming Homestay in Brighton. Hosts were great company, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Ensuite room was immaculate with lovely extra touches. Would definitely recommmend. Within easy walking distance to Brighton along seafront.
