Everything available for our stay plus those little extras which were greatly appreciated. Selection of breakfast cereals with tea and coffee etc again appreciated. Comfortable, spacious and a relaxing homely feel to the property. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would return.

Looking out onto an estate but have known a lot worse at many an hotel.

Location was good close to local shops and short journey to town centre was good easy to get to and from all in all was a great place to stay

When we arrived we had trouble contacting the host. Wrong address given. When in the property it was infested with flies and bluebottle. Hundreds of them every room and dead ones all over the floor. Shower curtain mouldy and dirty. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

The apartment was incredible value for money. It was very clean and very comfortable and we couldn’t have hoped for better. There a buses near by that take you into the city centre or you can get a taxi ride which is no longer than 10 minutes from the centre. Wonderful stay.

There isn’t anything that we didn’t like. It was brilliant.

The property was cozy, clean and tidy. The surrounding was nice and quiet for a family environment.

Could be a little hard to use double stairs for an old aged person to get in and out.

The area is rough for starters, even the taxi drivers were questioning why we would book there, but we didn't know. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, hair everywhere, in the bath, on the floor, clumps on the toilet seat. There was no hot water so no one could shower. The flat actually looked like someone lived there and had stayed somewhere else for the night so we could stay, open cereal, butter, jam etc in the kitchen. Used bar of soap and open Toiletries in the bathroom. We also found 2 used toothbrushes and toothpaste in one of the cupboards and a dead butterfly on the bedroom floor. Concerning, considering the pandemic we expected at the very least for it to be clean and able to wash. If they thought that the state of the bathroom was acceptable then it puts doubt in my mind that the beds would be changed.

Location was quiet and lovely and perfect for work (which I was travelling for).
