Perfect accommodations for 3 couples. Spacious common area and rooms. Gail was a delight to work with while booking our stay and very attentive to us as guest. We look forward to returning in the future.

Spacious! This was our first family get way where we all stayed together. We had four families totaling to 12 guests. I was worried about the privacy of each family which was not an issue at all! We did a lot of cooking together and didn’t trip over in each other. The condo was equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and contained all the utensils we needed! Impressive. Beautiful view with the largest balcony space thus far. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this unit with several family members of various ages. The unit was very clean, comfortable, the view was amazing, and it really did have everything we needed. The pools are small for the size of the complex but that’s certainly not the condo owners fault We definitely will book here again.

The condo and the view was amazing. The condo had everything that we needed and there was definitely enough room. Will rent again when in that area!

Property was just as it was described. Lots of room for our 13 guests. Location was great and in walking distance of restaurants and shops. And the dryer in the condo was full sized and actually dried towels/clothes in one cycle which is great when you have that many people in and out of the water and showering each day. Property management was very responsive too.

Gail, My wife and I along with 2 other couples had a great stay at the penthouse Mar 18-23. It was very spacious and the sunset and sunrise views from the balcony were amazing. The 2 master bedrooms facing the gulf along with the multiple openings (2 Master bedrooms and living room) to the deck were really nice. We enjoyed opening the sliding door a touch at night to hear the waves! Only recommendation is perhaps buy a better non-stick skillet. :-) We would definitely rent this place again and will recommend it to any of our friends that are headed down to Gulf Shores.

The condo was amazing! The view was great. It was very clean and had plenty of room just like the pictures. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a great place!

We had a wonderful time and I would recommend it to others.

We loved our vacation at Lighthouse PH4! It was big enough to hangout and enjoy company while the kids were in the back area! It was the perfect home away from home for a week! We would definitely go back! Plus side our 1 year old started taking steps here so it will always be a special place 🙂

We had an amazing time. Location was great, never took long to get where we were going. Several things within walking distance. Property manager was amazing to work with!!! I can’t say enough nice things about the property and the manager!!! A+++++++ Will book again!!!!

Our stay in this penthouse condominium was absolutely wonderful. For our group which included grandparents, adult children, and grandkids (ages 10-16) this 19th-floor condo provided plenty of room to sth out, unwind, and enjoy. Everything we needed was there, a properly stocked kitchen and a huge collection of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. There’s also a very nice cooler. The beach was great and there is a beach chair service if you want. We took advantage of the service in conjunction with the chairs in the condo. The kiddos fully enjoyed the toys. There are tons of things to do nearby and great places to eat. I recommend everyone try the Fresh Off the Boat restaurant down the road in Orange Beach. The State Park pier is a short walk down the beach and pier fishing is available, great entertainment for the little ones. The photos in the listing show exactly how the condo is furnished and equipped. The ice maker on the condo refrigerator is not designed for large groups but there is an ice vending machine on the first floor near the pool. The beds are comfortable with nice linens and there are lots of bathroom and beach towels. Everything was just as we would have wanted it and we would stay again.

Great experience

The Penthouse 4 was very accommodating. The zero entry pool (children’s wading pool) was a big hit. The beaches were clean, the water was very clear; all leading to a fantastic trip.

The property was just as advertised: clean, spacious and well stocked for a crowd. Beach and pool access couldn't have been simpler or faster and the location was extremely convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.

Our reservation and check in process was flawless. The property manager does an EXCELLENT job in preparing you for your stay!! Down to listing all the kitchen appliances and amenities that are available for you to use!! The kitchen in FULLY stocked! CONS: 1. there was TOO MUCH. Every nook and cranny in that kitchen is full of “stuff”. I would highly suggest that the owners go through the kitchen and get rid of anything that old, triples, warped. A good de cluttering/organizing would be helpful. 2. The condo looked clean upon arrival but our socks quickly told a different story. Plus whoever stayed there before us has very long hair. The master bath counters and floor had hair everywhere🤢 3. The beds and pillows in both masters could use replacing. My husband actually drove to Walmart and purchased pillows and a mattress topper due to terrible back pain after night one. We did not leave those new pillows and mattress toppers. Ha. PROS 1. The Congo is HUGE! We had more than ample space for our family to spend an entire week together and not feel cramped. 2. The condo had tons of beach items for us to use!! 3. Great location! Has zero issues with waiting for elevators 4. LOVE the carts that are available in the parking garage. Great for unloading car with luggage and groceries!! 5. Close to everything!!! 6. Spectacular views! I would definitely rent this condo again!!!

We experienced some issues getting into the condo on night one. Although there was a keyless entry, the condo management team put the deadbolt lock on. This caused confusion, and some frustration. Albeit that was an inconvenience, the property owners were phenomenal and patiently helped us get through the issue. Overall our stay was exceptional. The views are remarkable. The pictures do not do justice. I plan to stay again.

Great option for a group as each bedroom has its own bath. Plus plenty of chairs and barstools for eating. Ample space. Immaculate and well stocked.

We cooked most of our meals in and the kitchen was well stocked and ready to go. The condo was beautiful with amazing views and convenient access to the beach. No more than 15 minute drive from every excursion we went to. We would recommend it!

This property fit my growing family perfectly. My husband and I used to bring the children to Gulf Shores every few years. We even got the twins there, TMI. Now they are grown and two have started families of their own. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We all had our own space when we needed it and room to come together to laugh and play. The only downfall I could point out is that there is no shade on the balcony after 10 am or so.

The condo was awesome! We all loved the view from the 19th floor. The grandkids and the adults loved playing in the ocean waves. Great white sandy beaches. Appreciated the condo being well stocked with chairs, umbrellas. We ate in most nights, but going to the Hangout Restaurant is a must. Great memories were made!
