The property was as described, everything was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect.

The studio condo was very nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed in a great location. Property manager was very helpful and always on hand if we had a question. Will request to stay again when we return to the area.

Relaxing stay at this quiet resort. We didn’t really use the property amenities much as we toured the area most of the days we were there. Otherwise the unit had everything you would need. We’re told we had to supply our own toilet paper and dish soap which was kinda odd for the price paid. Got there and there were 3 bottles of dish soap and multiple rolls of TP ?? Cleaning fee was extra as well. Super easy communication with friendly host and property management.

The property was awesome- the pool & swim up bar were great, and can't complain about being right next to the beach! My only complaint was that I found a few bugs in the room, but otherwise enjoyed it very much.

Came there for 5 days for a birthday. 20 of us. All stayed at hotel las palmas we were at the villas. Very close. Wise choice! This way we had a kitchen. The hotel was sold out so the front desk suggested the villas . Private pool for villa guests. Place was awesome and super clean. Very nice staff. Not once was I disappointed. Highly recommend.

Great location. Walking distance to town and we are in our 70s. The studio condo is perfect for two and the bed was great. The property manager, Pedro, supplied us with an umbrella for the deck which made it perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Stayed here before and hope to again.

Most gorgeous view! We loved waking up to the most beautiful sunrises ever. The relaxing sound of the Sea of Cortez is the best. All the amenities you could need in the kitchen plus a grill outside is available to use as well. Can rent kayaks and enjoy time out in the water. We will definitely be coming back. Great nearby restaurants, bars and souvenir shops too plus the friendliest people everywhere we went.

Fantastic location on the beach with everything you need for a great vacation.

Los Barriles is a quaint little town with many gringos. Lots of great restaurants and bars along the beach. It was extremely windy while we were there so we spent a lot of time watching the kite surfers. Our morning beach walks were so wonderful and got our day off on the right foot. Part of Our pool was being tiled so we used one in the hotel next door. Very nice hotel and you can use all of the amenities. This condo is the best location by far. We had trouble watching movies due to the internet speed in the evening so plan something else to do. There are cards and games in the unit which we enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again. Great host, great property management. Top notch! Thanks for renting to us!

Great condo, clean, convenient location, property management was quick & responsive when the wrong key codes were given. My only suggestion would be to replace the mattress. I would definitely love to stay there again!

Great place to stay for a week. Wifi was solid. Place was clean. Everything worked fine. 2 Min walk to get the 4 wheeler. Perfect.

Beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez from the balcony. Comfortable, great location. Janice was always quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely stay there again.

My only change would be the bed. It had a mattress topper that kept slipping off and the pillows were in need of a switch out. Other than that the condo owner was very good at responding and communicating about things I had questions about. Great property management by Pedro if you needed anything. Definitely would stay again! Going back in March!

Great place. Liked the furniture layout as compared to other units. Some deficiencies, but made temporary repairs. We reported to manager. Overall a great unit, that we would rent again.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at the Villas. The villa we stayed in was very clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with appliances etc. Beautiful view and amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

If you like the condo/ownership feel vs the hustle-bustle of hotel living, this is your place. Set next door to the hotel, so you have all that available without having to walk through it every time you go to the condo. Grocery store is almost within walking distance and a full kitchen awaits
