We love Los Barriles and your home is the perfect way to enjoy the area. We will be back!

Walking distance to everything, communication with host and property manager was great, condo was clean and safe. Would definitely stay here again! * our friends did have money stollen from their bedside drawer. Would probably be a good idea to not have the door code be the same as the condo number.

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back! The views from every room were breathtaking, very peaceful and quiet. Quick walk into town for shops and some great restaurants. We didn’t partake in the water sports but watching provided hours of entertainment The home was perfect and lots of room for family and friends - we will be back

The moonrise and sunrise views were spectacular. The condo was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed afternoon tea and reading on the giant balcony and watching the kite surfers. Los Barriles has an abundance of great restaurants and very reasonable prices. We highly recommend Casa de la Luna.

This is a great property in an amazing location. It is clean and beautiful and having the resort downstairs is the best of both worlds. The giant balcony is wonderful and we saw plenty of whales and jumping stingrays while sitting outside. It is heavenly! Our only issues were with the accuracy of the listing. It should be noted that the "converted bedroom" is a nook of the main living area with a pull-out couch, separated by only a curtain. It has no outlets, no closet, no mirror, and no door. Ask for pillows for this in advance. We found that many of the amenities that were either listed or expected were not available. We had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, drinking water, and ice. Not a deal-breaker, of course, but something to note as you're stopping at the market on your way in. Notably, there was no air conditioning and we found it to be uncomfortably hot at night unless the windows/doors were open. The only issue there was that the restaurant downstairs was loud until later in the night, and the ATVs started running very early in the morning. The breeze never quite made it into the converted bedroom when the curtain was drawn. I would definitely stay here again, but I'd recommend asking in advance if the amenities you're planning to use will be available, and even check in on a weekday because it's harder to find the things you might need on a weekend. We had to track down a travel crib late at night after a very long travel day with two young kids. We were looking forward to the casting rods and inflatable raft, but those were not available. I also wouldn't recommend trying to work remotely from here. The WiFi worked but the range was very short and the speed was intermittent. Despite those minor shortcomings (and I realize I sound high-maintenance --, I blame traveling internationally with young kids), this really is a remarkable property. The property manager, Pedro, is wonderful and can help you with anything you might need. Nicole was very helpful and responsive with her messages and recommendations. The staff at the restaurants downstairs is delightful. The food is amazing and reasonably priced and the views are perfect. I would definitely recommend this villa and I hope to return again some day!

Beautiful Villa and location. Host was very quick to respond and very gracious about questions. Nice comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen has everything. Walking distance to everything in town. No need to rent car noisy quads just to get dinner or groceries. We will definitely return!

Absolutely perfect! Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with our family. We are already planning our return trip to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Pedro was wonderful; he scheduled our transportation and fishing trip. The restaurant, property, and town made for the perfect trip. Beautiful, spacious condo with amazing views of the Sea of Cortez. Had everything and more that we needed. Absolutely loved this location and loved the place! The pool and swim up bar were so nice and the restaurant had wonderful evening music. Nicole responded quickly to any questions we had and the neighbors were very kind and willing to give us the local update on everything. We really enjoyed our time here and recommend going to Cabo Pulmo for snorkeling. What a great place and location!!!

Life made easy. Pack a single bag, hop on a flight to Cabo, have a shuttle van waiting to pick you up and take you straight to the front door. Pedro will greet you upon arrival. Whatever you need during your stay, Pedro is your guy. Beautiful villa, views, resort next door, private pool/bar and restaurant below. Fishing boats leave from the dock 100ft away. Schedule a shuttle van with Pedro when you are ready to go back to the airport. 10/10 recommend.

Always love staying at the Villas. This particular unit is amazingly appointed , large and beautiful. The owner, Nicole, is a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to any questions. Pedro the property manager is ever helpful. Hope to come back soon!

A wonderful property, this Casa is beautifully furnished with modern appliances and art. It comes with two kayaks and tennis equipment..the beach is steps away as is the swim up bar..perfect for family and friends.

Great location within five min walk to town and literally right on the beach. Pool area is private and quiet but bigger pools available on the whole property. Kitchen well appointed and plenty of areas to chill.

Thoughtfully laid out, clean, convenient property. Perfect for larger groups. Media room has curtains to make a wonderful mock third bedroom, and the 3 bathrooms are welcome touch. The property is well-stocked with games, entertainment, drink ware, and truly all you could want and need. The Plaza de Cortez hotel is a lovely place to be with pools and a restaurant and a concierge to help with any bookings. You are centrally located to anything you'd want. The balcony views are unbelievable. Will come back and stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful and adventurous 4 week stay at this 3rd floor villa on the Sea of Cortez. Every morning the Sunrises were spectacular from the large deck area. The villa was clean, and had everything we needed. Our host Nicole and property manager Pedro were very responsive to our questions and had many recommendations for local businesses. We look forward to visiting again.

We thoroughly enjoyed outlet stay and greatly appreciated all the amenities available at the condo. We had terrific access to the town of Los Barriles, the pool, the beach, the launch point for fishing. The deck overlooking the sea of Cortez was fantastic as well. What was there not to love!

We had an excellent stay. Pedro took care of an issue immediately. We were able to enjoy a few fishing trips with our friends. Snorkeling was not far away. We love Los Barilles. Nicole the property owner was easy to reach and quickly respond and answer my questions. Would definitely stay @ Casa de la Luna on our next visit. Loved the View.
