A great big room with decent Air Con. i spent one night here and was great to have such a big space and time to cool down a little.

Great location, close to many restaurants and walkable to Tubod beach. Room was cleaned everyday by the staff. Confortable bed. They provide additional services such as scooter rental and laundry for a fair price. Staff is very nice too.

I stayed in November of 2023. The lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. She helped me (by phone during the reservation) to get a ground floor room as my knee was feeling shot out, I didn't think I could do the stairs. She arranged for my laundry to be done and answered all my questions cheerfully. The A/C worked well. The room was enormous.

I didn't realize the ground floor room was at a different location down the street and referred to as the annex. It appeared to have previously been a storefront on the main street. Because of it's location on the main street and next door to a Sari Sari Store it was very noisy. Loud motorbikes, dogs, a loud cat and people late into the night. Additionally, I was awakened multiple times during the night to rats in the attic running around, trying to chew their way to the store next door. The shower water handle was difficult to figure out and hot water was difficult as a result. There were no complimentary bottles of water and no drinking water available aside from the store next door.

Great staff, went above and beyond to recommend places to go, and suggested some hidden gems so very thankful! Easy to check-in early, room was very spacious and clean, and the AC was a blessing.

Good for big family

Not much just no pool and we have to walk to the beach but that’s manageable

The room is spacious and complete. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our family room came with towels, a drying rack, a fridge, a mini table, a wooden sofa, etc.. The receptionist made us borrow a helmet when I needed one since it was pouring heavy rain. The place is close to very nice Siquijor destinations such as Coco Grove, Runik, etc.. It's a walking distance from Tagbalayon restaurant.

We requested early check-in the night before but we were surprised that there's an early check-in fee of 500 Pesos upon arriving. Not that it's a bad thing but we should've been informed upon requesting. The staff considered not charging us because there was a power outage when we arrived so we just left our stuff in the room then headed out for lunch and came back past 12 PM which was our check-in time The electricity was already back by then.

The staff are super nice, always smiley and we really liked the quiet and effective air con. We also had a fridge which was great for cold water in the mornings, and we also appreciated the daily cleaning. The property is also very close to the nicest beach and resort on Siquijor.

We had quite a big bug problem, as flying ants would literally land on our faces at night, which we think were getting in as the aircon unit wasn’t fixed tight to the wall. The bathroom sink also wouldn’t drain and a lot of ants would come up out of the sink drain. The toilet seat also isn’t big enough for the actual toilet. There were also only two power outlets we could use (the third was for the fridge), which meant that without our own multi-plug, we would have struggled a lot to keep everything charged (power banks, phones, camera, laptop etc). The balcony is also not a balcony, it’s a corridor outside that allowed our neighbours to get into their rooms- literally their footpath to their front door. There was no private access to a balcony, or view of any kind. There were also loud kids every night which did stop around midnight, but still pretty frustrating as they’d bang on the walls. Finally, we suffered power cuts almost daily- this one isn’t the property’s fault, but was an issue.

The room was big. They clean the room, replace the towels and sheets everyday!

The a/c wasn't really making the room cold during our stay. They provided an electric fan for additional comfort.

Great little Guesthouse. Rent bikes for cheap. Cleaned rooms every day. Free filtered water.

The expected power cut issues but this is an island issue not with the hotel.
