The whole are is good for vacation

The place was great! Exceeded expectations. Kuya Kenny was super friendly and reliable and gave us everything we needed. Place itself is located in front of a nice beach area, and we were able to rent two motorcycles for a party of four from them. Breakfast was good!! Overall a great stay.

Very minor con but it took a while for the aircon to cool the room, but they gave us a fan while waiting anyway.

Great people that help you out with everything, nice rooms and we felt very welcome. We rented motorbikes with them and explored the island 2 days, a real must do! Beachtowels on request available. The restaurant had doors at the seaside so although it was realy windy, we could still sit there. They have a very nice and homey vibe.

The meals take a long time to prepare and come one after the other, also breakfast. The beach is not really swimmable. The chairs in the restaurant are a bit too big for the space, which makes it a bit cramped.

The location of the property is very convenient. The staff are attentive to our needs and they are very helpful. I also love our room because it was equipped with what we need and it was big enough for our group.

Value for money. The price that we paid match-exceeded the expectations we had for the guesthouse. The facade, facilities, room were neat and clean. The free breakfast was a great compliment. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Not that much, just that you cannot really enjoy the beach front facility especially if its high tide, but aside from that, all good.

The location was great! Close walk to Beer Street. The hotel sits right on the train street so you can see the train pass by outside your terrace. The room is sound proof. The staff is very friendly and helpful with recommendations around the area.

It is a very nice guest house. Location is great, near the diving center. Amazing and very acommodati f staff. Having their own bikes to rent. Room very spacious and clean, all you need. Amazing food. Recommend it!

The hotel is located at the tourist center of San Juan. We booked a 3 person room for 2 adults and a baby. The room was clean and the bathroom was decent. The walls are pretty thin and you could hear other guests. The staff is really helpful and fixed some minor problems during our stay (water temperature; only cold shower water). They also helped us book the transport to our next location. The hotel offers scooters for rent for a reasonable price. The hotel has a small private beach in front of it, but due to the season it was dirty and we preferred not to swim there. The breakfast they offer (not included with the room) was good and had multiple options to choose from. Overall, decent hotel for the price point of € 30 per night excluding breakfast.

The AC above the third bed means the one that’s sleeping there gets really, really cold.

I love the fact that there is beach access to the place itself with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff were very kind and patient in accommodating our needs who are Bebe and Jessa. Even the owners of the property who are there most of the time are very engaging with the guests. The ambience both night and day is so relaxing.

I think the food is a bit pricey. The wifi connection speed also needs to be improved. I suggest more comfortable beds.

The place is beautiful, clean in and out, secluded, peaceful and private. White sand beach is just few steps away. The view from the inhouse resto/cafe at sun down is just magnificent. The staff are very friendly and helpful! Room has a mini-refrigerator full of cold drinks/beers for sale. Highly recommended!
